They seem to be more responsive over email, so that's something to keep in mind. The work took less than an hour, and I couldn't even tell where the ding was, so they did an excellent job! There is a small waiting area with free coffee, and also a clean bathroom. The price was reasonable though my insurance was able to cover it. They replaced the windshield and supposedly completed the calibration, but called us later saying there was an error with the calibration and we had to take the vehicle in for calibration. When we asked for a refund for mobile appointment given they didn't do what they were contracted to do and they lied to us, saying there was no extra cost with mobile appointments. After listening to their rep lie we looked it up and there is a $97 charge for mobile services. Stay away from this company. Liars and cheats.
