While he asked for my identification, the bouncer joked with me, saw I was more than five decades over the drinking age, and told me to put the ID away, and he helped me order a drink. Everyone was warm, and several people even complimented me on my fedora. I only had one drink because my friends were afraid to come in. That's Milwaukee's problem.
