I treated myself to the entire ritual with an add-on of a blowout since they no longer offer flat iron services. The treatment itself and the worker were great. I deducted a star because they simply cannot charge extra for a blowout and expect you to leave with your hair half wet. I know I have thick hair and that I have a lot of of it but I did ask via text if a blowout will take care of it. They said they would try to make it as flat as possible so my only issue is if you have thick or curly hair, don't expect to walk out looking salon ready. I would be happy to pay extra for extra time to actually dry my hair and for the length of my hair they need to add that as an option for example, if you have thick curly hair, it will take longer to dry it so they need to add an extra expense, which I am happy to pay for. I tipped my girl 20% because I felt bad that she tried her best to dry my hair with the tools that are given to her. But you can tell that she clearly does not have experience with thick curly hair, but I will not name her because I don't want her to get in trouble and it's not her fault. She was very patient with me. Overall if you have thin or straight hair that it's easy to work with I would highly recommend the experience, but if you have frizzy thick or curly hair that is hard to work with I would express concerns about time constraints, and ask for extra time. read more

I bought the year membership and there is membership pricing for every service you opt for going forward. I usually go for the Revitalization service which is totally worth the price. They service you for the entire 2 hours and I feel like my scalp is sooo clean and fresh afterwards. As a part of any beauty routine, maintenance is important and this spa provides the opportunity to maintain the overlooked scalp.
