Hi, I stayed at this hotel in an emergency situation. I had checked into one hotel for a week. I came home from going out for the evening got into my bed and felt something crawling on me. Upon closer inspection I realized that my room has an infestation of bed bugs. I'm deathly allergic to these bed bugs and have already experienced a severe reaction in the past so I quickly headed to the shower put my belongings into the refrigerator and freezer grab my purse and headed out in the middle of the night to find a new hotel room. This is the only hotel that I found that was taking guests during the middle of the night or during the covid-19 emergency. I was lucky that Noelle checked me in at approximately 2 in the morning. She was so sweet, compassionate and sensitive to my situation. She provided me with an upgraded room due to the fact that the room size that I had opted to rent for the evening had no more available options. She gave me extra special customer care. I was so so thankful for her friendliness and excellent customer service. My room was beautiful. It was clean, comfortable and had everything and more that I needed. This is a very nice hotel but I expected to be a bit more expensive than the price tag offered for the room. I'd say that the upgraded rooms are just as nice as the Hilton or other comparable hotels that advertise themselves as luxury hotels. If you want a nice place to stay that's affordable in more of a no name brand environment check out this hotel. It's the nicest place that I stayed locally in a long time I would definitely return for another evening. read more

First off, Up until our (myself and my partner) recent stay at the Belltown Inn we would have nothing but glowing things to say, BUT, our most recent treatment needed to be made public for everyone to see. On the last night of our two day reservation we opted to extend out one more night, I had left that morning but was returning later. I called 2 hours before checkout saying I'd be in the pay the incidental fees. Something could have been said at that time, but nothing was. I went to pay the incidental fee of $100, since the room was prepaid on hotel tonight.com. I was informed that the Belltown Inn was not going to extend our reservation and the hotel asked us to leave and Hotel Tonight called me and offered a refund. When asked for a reason, they replied the night crew reported "excessive guests". That night we had two of our close friends come and visit us for a couple of hours. Not staying the night. I assume, that is deemed excessive guests, by the hotel. I wrote a lettter to the manager asking for clarification on their definition of excessive guests and a more detailed explaination for seemingly harsh response. That email never got responded too. We used to love the Belltown Inn. We patronized the establishment for a couple years. We needed a place not far from my home that we could go to be alone. Yet be close enough should my elderly father need my help and I had to run home. As longtime paying guests in good standing, this treatment came out of the blue after the NEW management was in place. We have yet been given a satisfactory explaination. A week later we stayed at The Mediterranean Hotel on Lower Queen Anne. Again we wanted to extend the reservation, so my partner went down to the desk to do so, and was informed that we were not able to extend due to The Belltown Inn being a sister property. What the hell is going on. Still no further explanation from Belltown Inn. You're only as special as your last review. read more

My friend and I enjoyed our two-night stay here. She found it through TripAdvisor and overall I'd have to say it has pretty good value, but there are some a couple of strong caveats: 1. We had a room facing the street and the dog park, and it was indeed VERY noisy; if you're sensitive to noise you should definitely try to request rooms facing the inner courtyard, but since the building is on a busy corner not sure how much quieter those will be. 2. No AC. It wasn't that big of an issue for my friend and me even though it was quite a warm weekend in Seattle. The fan and open window were adequate in keeping us at a comfortable temperature, but the open window exacerbated caveat #1. That said, it was a spacious, clean and comfortable room, and there was free Wi-Fi, as well as a free bottle of water and soda in the fridge--pretty unheard of! The beds were a little saggy but we didn't suffer any ill effects. Located in an up-and-coming area, it's close to a lot of cool stuff and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop patio wasn't too bad either, even though the furnishings and ambience were more utilitarian than posh. Pretty good for the budget-conscious--I wouldn't mind staying here again! read more

The good: Great location located towards the top of Belltown. Can easily walk downtown or walk about 1/2 mile up to Queen Anne. The staff is super helpful and loans out bikes and umbrellas as well as information for tourists. The rooms and hotel is small and boutique style. Not a lot of frills but well thought out and tidy. Rooms do have a mini fridge and microwave. Also tends to have great pricing for the location. The bad: If you happen to be there on a warm day during the summer there is NO AC. They do provide fans that work fairly well....but then you need your window open and the dog park across the street guarantees you won't be sleeping past 7am. Also you run the risk of being woken up during the night from noisy revelers in the street. All and all.....unless you're deaf....sleep is a little tough. Recommend only staying here during cooler times. You don't want to be forced to keep your window open. read more

I got what I paid for on Orbitz as a package deal, but man was it a bit miserable...Walking in the lobby was fine and clean. The elevator could use some TLC. The room and bathroom themselves were even fine. For what I paid I was not picky. The location was great and was near almost everything that you cared to walk to. The parking situation is a bit strange. They have a garage and the garage is literally in an ally so there the no address. The front desk person hands me a map with a star drawn it and tells me a series of directions no one could ever remember (there are a lot of one way streets around the hotel so it is a bit confusing). Once we found it, it was a breeze, however walking down the ally at night was not the best feeling in the world. The worst, awful, and unforgivable part of this stay was the noise. Our window overlooked the dog park and apparently the homeless hangout to the right of the hotel. At 1:00 in the morning we were awoken by them fighting and calling each other names that would make your grandmother blush. You can also hear every car and bus and police vehicle that comes by. To top it off the room above us came tromping in around 2:00 and I swear they were dropping bodies on the floor. For two nights I paid for my cheapness by being kept awake literally all night. You get what you pay for. I am writing this review as a guest in town for business. The location was good and the room had a refrigerator and it was reasonably priced, all pluses when travelling for work. I'll break it down: Pros: Location is excellent. Grocery store, restaurants, breakfast cafes all within 5 minutes of walking. Reasonably priced ($119/night on a weekend) Cons: No parking - either park on street or paid lot across which had whacky hours and was very inconvenient in having to either reload the permit or move my car entirely No A/C - room was very hot and muggy. They provide 2 fans (1 ceiling, 1 standing) but they hardly helped Loud - room was facing 3rd street, it was very loud and noisy throughout the night Old - the place is old, you can hear the ppl next to you getting frisky No breakfast provided If I came here as a tourist or traveller, I think I would've given it 4 stars since I probably wouldn't have to worry about a car, and I'd hardly be in the room. But no bueno for business travellers. They also charge for wifi but provided it for free since they didn't provide parking. read more

This place gets the elusive sixth star. I travel A LOT and I'm not blowing smoke when I say that this was the best hotel customer service experience I've EVER had. So let me start off the the negatives: There always seems to be some homeless people around the building (which is something they can't help. It's a huge Seattle problem). Also the walls are a little thin (one night I wanted to walk my next door neighbor through having sex *really he was HORRIBLE, rhythm man rhythym*). That's it! Those are the only complaints I have and they are minor in my book. If you want the four seasons, then stay at (and pay for) the four seasons, First let me start with the first class customer service. I'll put their front desk skills up against any place on the planet. Bryan was the best and gave real opinions. He didn't give canned answers or try to sell the tourists traps, in fact quite the opposite. In fact he directed me to three of my five star experiences in Seattle. The night crew had answers to everything I threw at them from finding a late night place for chocolate to Tiera (forgive me if I got your name wrong hon) telling me not to order delivery but to go a block down and get the best pizza in town! Now for the room itself: It had a microwave, coffemaker, partially stocked mini fridge, and a sink/pantry. In short it was laid out like a traditional bachelor apartment. Shower was good pressure and hot water. Bed was comfy and tv pretty good. I'm not the type to spend a lot of time in my room but I thoroughly enjoyed what time I spent in there. Replenishing my supply of popcorn everyday was a definite bonus, There's a rooftop deck but honestly I didn't spend much time there because it was COLD! Oh BTW, this place is only five blocks from the Space Needle, So it really has it all. Booked this hotel for me and my lady on our first vacation to Seattle. This hotel is awesome. Its clean, friendly staff, free bikes, free wifi, microwave and they have a fridge to store your booz. If your a dog lover there's a pretty cool dog park across the street. Everything from this hotel is walking distance. Pike street is like 5 minutes away and so is Seattle Center and Space Needle. There are so many places to eat and drink around here. "List" and "Umi Sake Bar" is a must and its a block away. Here's a pro tip...HAPPY HOUR. Anyways if you aren't the type looking for a high end 5 star gym and pool and snooty hotel then this place is for you. This place is a step up from a hostel, in that you get your own private bathroom. But the room is tiny and cramped. The TV is a dinky computer monitor-sized thing. The bed is not comfortable (though not really uncomfortable either). Having said that, it's centrally located within easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, and attractions. So if you plan to be exploring and just need a place to sleep and wash up, this place will suit your needs. It's no frills though. read more

By far one of the best locations in Seattle. If you're not into exploring, walking or you need something too fancy then this is not the place for you. My partner and I were so happy with price and convenience to all the popular spots downtown Seattle and what Belltown Inn had to offer. For starters, the staff is extremely welcoming and make you feel at home. Cesar and Brian are AMAZING! The staff made wonderful suggestions to nice spots around downtown area, places to eat/drink, etc. Second, the hotel provided us with bikes and helmets to ride around town which made our time a lot more fun. I selected this hotel due to good reviews, location, and low price on orbitz. The staff was friendly and eager to offer suggestions ( good ones). We stayed one night and got a parking pass for $20 that covered our whole stay. We requested a quiet room and they gave us one facing the courtyard. The room was clean and bed was comfy. It included a few drinks in the fridge. The room was more than adequate with a clean bathroom that looked renovated and a small lcd. The room was quiet. It's nothing fancy but looks well maintained. I would definitely stay here again. It's in a great area with tons of bars and restaurants and the space needle and pike place areas are a short walk away. Pros - Super friendly and helpful staff. Lent me a corkscrew for a bottle of wine and also offered wine glasses which was a nice touch! King room felt really cramped, but we didn't mind too much since we were out and about all day. Not too many amenities, but so close to tourist attractions, we walked everywhere, even to the train station to get to and from the airport ($3 per ticket, a steal) Really enjoyed being next door to Biscuit Bitch, tasty bfast! As others will attest, this is a great location if you're into sightseeing, window shopping and a variety of dining options. I was a little hesitant about my stay here - the reviews all seemed so mixed! It's a transitional area - trendy, accessible, with a few street folk milling about - nothing that made me feel nervous or unsafe though. The temperature in Seattle was perfect during my stay, so the open windows and fan provided just the right amount of airflow. I was on the side facing the courtyard so street noise wasn't a problem for me, though the walls were a little thin. The coffee, sodas, water and popcorn were a nice complimentary touch and I could see how the kitchenette would definitely be useful to many travelers. The staff was super nice and helpful - no complaints there. And again, the location can't be beat. First, I want to say that the reviews on here are VERY helpful and allowed me to make an informed decision, so if you're thinking of staying here, read them all - the good and the bad. Second, be aware that Belltown is an urban area so if you're from a small town and are not comfortable with "big city" life, this area might be a bit of a shock to you and intimidating at first. In other words, yes, there will be many "scary" looking people walking around and perhaps asking you for money, but they're harmless. The street side can also be noisy with people, bars so maybe get a courtyard room if that's an issue. On the flip side, if you've ever been curious about how you would like living in an urban area close to the action, this is urban living with training wheels and depending on how long you plan to stay, an affordable way to find out if that is for you. So, this brings us to the next point (I'm not going to number every point, promise) - If you plan on having an extended stay, this place shines through because they offer both weekly AND monthly rates and in essence turn into a corporate suite/furnished apartment with many of the benefits of having your own apartment - Microwave, fridge, coffee maker, ironing board, hot plate and dishes (I didn't see this until a few days after I was there, so check under the sink!) and other benefits. If you're completely familiar with the city already and know for sure you'll be staying in a particular area, then there may be cheaper options, but for those new to the city or relocating, this is a great middle ground and I ran into a few people who were in that situation. Worst comes to worst and you want to move out, there is no lease so just switch down to the weekly rate(or is it up?). Other things I enjoyed: *Free bikes! *Helpful staff: Shoutout to Patrick, Andrea, and Rachel (the other people were nice too but I'm bad with names). They will tell you the easiest way to find a place whether it's a gym, store, or restaurant. *As mentioned before, this is right on the border of a "free ride" area so if you need to go closer to downtown just hop on a bus and chances are it will take you to where you need to go. Once you get brave and learn about the routes, venture out to the paid parts. *very clean and modern rooms with nice furniture and fixtures. Things that would have been nice but not deal breakers: *no free internet in the rooms, BUT they do have a free business center and do allow for ethernet connections on the lobby so bring your cable or ask for one. The speed there is very fast and really, did you come there to see the city or to be online? :) *No air conditioning. At first, especially when you're from the Southern states, this seems like a horrific thing but the reality in the NW is that many homes don't have AC and don't really need it except for maybe July or August. Certainly in October I didn't need it and even turned on the heater for a few minutes. Pro Tip: Use the public transportation. They do it right in Seattle. Light Link Rail is only $2.75 from the airport and it's probably faster than taking a car! It's only like 4 blocks away. $2.75!! If you're using a company account or have lots of stuff, maybe ask for a town car service or something...they'll give you a decent price on that too. Last, Whole Foods can get kind of pricey although they have some delicious salads and hot foods, but for everyday stuff like paper plates, juice, eggs, milk etc. Might want to check out Walgreens or RiteAid...all close by. In short (too late), this is going to be my home in Seattle when I'm in the area...unless Billy Gates wants to invite me to his guesthouse. read more

My first impression of this hotel was bad. Upon arriving the front desk girl was a complete b-itch. I understand that it was policy that I could not check in because the reservation via hotels.com was under my wife's name, but she was just cold hearted and rude as can be - i could go into more detail, but you get the point. Everything else was ok to great. -The room was a bit small. -room was clean -shower was clean( no moldy caulk!) -Bed was comfy. - No AC which required leaving windows open and that was occasionally distracting. -bathroom a bit small. See first point -apparently a free water, coke, diet coke in mini fridge. I had coke and water and did not get charged - free bike rentals. Not the greatest bikes, but they worked and looked well maintained. I have them a decent look over and everything appeared gine( I do all my bike maintenance) -TIP- if you ride and find your self by lake union- or wanting to go there, westlake street is pretty flat and goes diagonally there -great location. 7 minutes walking from westlake station. Close to pier. Walking distance to everything really -and one *super* nice front desk lady. Wish I remembered her name. She's from Puerto Rico or something like that and loves water falls. Great location. Walked to the Pike Market & Space Needle in the same day! Clean convenient and inexpensive. Nice rooftop view, free bike rental but no breakfast. Very easy/cheap to Uber or cab to any location. Lots of close places to get food. Unfortunately I really did end up "Sleepless in Seattle" because our room faced the back alley and it was so noisy. That's why I gave it 3 stars. I even wore earplugs & was awakened by sirens, dump trucks, people talking/yelling/peeing in the ally & echoing traffic. I stayed during the week also so I'm sure weekends are noisier. And room walls are thin. You can hear upstairs people & next door. So ask for a room away from the alley & bring some earplugs! read more

What can I say, the Inn itself was super helpful and it met all our needs. It was clean and convenient. It was walking distance to all the major tourist areas. Here is the thing and it's not the Inns fault but the homeless population around it kills it's vibe. While in our room we witnessed probably 4-7 people doing drugs at the bus stop and people with true mental illness yelling in the street. This is a cute little hotel with nice atmosphere. A nice rooftop sitting area and GREAT HELPFUL staff. It is very centrally located to Pikes Place Market and The Space Needle and Chuhily Gardens and Glass. A must go to and do the underground tour. Just around the corner on 2nd Ave is a Fantastic Italian restaurant that is as good as anything we had in NY. The staff at the Belltown Inn recommended. I was very impressed with this hotel. Here're my observations: 1. It's an independently owned hotel, not part of a big chain. They had excellent prices, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was ULTRA clean. 2. It is VERY professionally managed. The lady manager was very helpful, and all the front desk people were very helpful and friendly. 3. The interior is modern, has new carpeting, fresh paint, and nice rooms. 4. They are in an excellent location -this hotel is in a very safe area, and is in immediate walking distance from a lot of cafes and restaurants, and a few blocks away from the waterfront, the Space Needle, the Monorail, the Amazon Go store, and even the Pike Place market. 5. This hotel is facing a single lane one way street on one side. That street is very pedestrian oriented friendly as the cars go slowly, and there are tables and concrete blocks that you can sit at and rest. There is also a nice dog park across the street. 6. The vending machine accepts Apple Pay (!). 7. They offer two options for paid parking: Either a neighboring outdoor lot, or in an underground lot that has very restricted access. I parked my motorcycle across the street and it was safe for the whole stay. I really enjoyed my stay in Seattle, and when I return, I will stay at this hotel again. read more

Belltown Inn was a great place to stay if you want to be walking distance from all the main attractions! Pros: walking distance from Pike place, waterfront, seattle center, westlake center, Olympic sculpture park, children's museum, first original Starbucks (for the Starbucks lovers) and all the food!!! Has friendly staff, small, comfy rooms and free bikes to ride around for FREE!!! (And they said nothing in life is free) and for those clean freaks like myself, the housekeeping is great! They will clean your room everyday and make it look pretty for you again! Also, they give u free water (as in 1 bottle haha) and free popcorn and Starbucks coffee! *does the wave* Cons: well when I stayed, so much construction was going on but I was lucky enough not to have my room by the construction so I didn't hear a thing. The room does not come with AC but they do Provide you with a fan and a ceiling fan. Also, some restaurants around the area close earlier than usual especially coming from Los Angeles area that was very unusual for Me. The area around it has some homeless people but then again what downtown in this world doesn't but if that bothers you then well they are there. I also don't know why but weed seems to be legalized here or People don't like to obey the law? Lol! That bothered me a bit walking around the area but luckily the hotel is smoke free!!! That gets a 2 thumbs up in my book! Also, they do have an internet/business center since you have to pay for their internet but you can go Downstairs and get free internet if you would like. And the best thing about the inn, grocery next door that is open till midnight (since your room comes with a fridge and microwave, awesome right???) and a bus stop about 20 steps from it! How much more awesome can that get? (If you don't like walking, that is) But I highly recommend this place if you want a cheap, clean, convenient place to Stay in Seattle and aren't too picky about staying in those luxurious hotels. This is the spot for you! It's only a 10 minute walk away from westlake center which you can then take the light train to sea-tac airport! How cool is that! read more

Seattle as a whole has been a little rough during our visit, however, the Belltown Inn has been a pleasant surprise. From the moment I arrived, Samson (front desk) provided me with customer service I haven't experienced at most resorts. He listened to everything I was asking for and delivered more. The room and hotel were in great condition and I'd stay again on that basis alone. The service that Samson provided took my experience over the top and I hope his management team takes care of him. Add to my original review since these hotel people don't read nor pay attention to guests concerns and state everyone who rates them low MUST be lying. We checked in OCTOBER 22nd. When we saw this we were already in the middle of our stay! We wouldn't have been refunded for leaving. If I were you I would check in with your desk people because you must not have been there but thank you and Caitlin for being terrible business people and continuously blaming every guest who had a negative experience at your hotel. I stopped contacting Caitlin because she continued to ignore what I was saying throughout various emails and couldn't comprehend what I was saying. I wish I could this place no stars..... From the moment our Uber driver dropped us off, first of all, he couldn't find the place. I knew we were in trouble. One transient was sitting on the floor begging for money. When we walked in the host was kind. We arrived in our room during the day and a red flag immediately popped in my head. Why are they offering ear plugs? .... it gets better 7 different colors of paint In a small room speaks in volumes. We ventured out on the town and saw two transients hanging out in the courtyard. We brought it to the front the desks attention and three employees behind the front desk did not seem surprised at all.We left the hotel to go explore and I was fearful someone was going to come steal my purse off of my hand. A very rough street. Do Not Stay Here. The noise level from the street is ridiculous. The transients are loud and the ambulance coming to the rescue them doesn't help. Be real people the Bell Town Inn is not a place you want to stay at! They should pay the guests to stay here. Not a great impression on Seattle. Tip: stay at the Sheraton and fall in love with the city. If you decide to stay here you have been warned . I am not making any of this up. Belltown Inn What a fabulous hotel. I've stayed in properties way more expensive but no more comfortable, friendly or better located, and all for about $100 USD/night. On check-in at too many hotels, the front desk is staffed by one person so if you happen to arrive with others, check-in is a wait. Not here, multiple staff, and ours could not have been more friendly or professional. Right away I got the impression that my comfort and enjoyment was important to her. We asked about how far to an Apple store because we forgot our charging plug and were offered two loaners on the spot, which turned out to be unnecessary because there is a combination dual AC and dual USB jack at the bedside table, which was plenty. We were offered a room facing the interior courtyard or outside for a view. We chose view, which was great, but next time I might choose interior because there is a busy fire station a block away on 4th Avenue, though my wife and I were only awakened at night once in the two nights we were there. More activity daytime but, hey, it's the city. The room itself was fabulous. Nice walnut built-in desk, usual small refrigerator with water and two cokes, snacks (Cheez-its, and a decent size bag, unlike the three-cracker bag you get on the plane) large bar sink, small microwave and plenty of cabinets if we'd wanted to stash food or whatever. Smallish TV but you didn't come to watch TV anyway. Mattress was too hard for me, too soft for my wife (and I slept OK anyway), plenty of big pillows and nice linens. The bath towels are bath SHEETS, bigger and more comfy than what I have at home. I have never had such nice and large towels in any hotel ever. Shower over tub didn't blast like mine at home but I understand why all hotels do it that way. I will say the hot water was actually nicely HOT, so maybe what they saved on water usage they spent on hot water. Room was not large but plenty of space to move around, one swivel desk chair, one easy chair. Location is four blocks from the north end of Pike Place Market, which goes on for 2- 1/2 more blocks and three levels. Two more blocks to the Seattle Art Museum and one past there is Benaroya Hall. Nine blocks in the other direction to the Space Needle and Pacific Science Center. You'll want to cab or Uber or Lyft to the waterfront (also because it's hard to find parking) for the Seattle Aquarium, the huge Ferris Wheel, and the Ferry docks, where $8.35 Adult (or half that for seniors and 6-18) round trip to Bremerton (don't get off) is the best sightseeing bargain in any town . It's about an hour over, half-hour turnaround and an hour back. If you're in a hurry take Seattle-Bainbridge Island (same fare, but 35 min one way). Take a jacket even if it's July because it gets windy out there and you don't want to spend the whole ride inside. If you need parking their $20/day is a bargain (if you know anything about Seattle parking prices). No charge in and out, self-park, outdoor lot is next door, inside garage is about a one block walk. Don't be in too big a hurry to get to your room because there's ONE elevator for all five floors (15? rooms/floor). read more

Very polite and knowledgeable staff. Hotel was nice, clean comfortable etc. Guest laundry absolutely sucked...way expensive and extremely slow. Lobby and rooms are nice and everything worked good but the elevator is really slow. The parking is a little funky but that happens when downtown. The neighborhood was not real nice, the bus stop turned into a homeless camp around 9pm but didn't affect the hotel. It's walking distance to lots of stuff and a decent place; but for 300 a night it could be better. read more

Upon walking into my room, I saw two pairs of ear plugs on the nightstand. Well, I learned that night why they do that. The Belltown area can get LOUD! But it's certainly not without its charms and nearby bus stops. Very easy to get everywhere with those close bus stops I mentioned. Because when you're legally high as fuck, the last thing you wanna do is walk fifteen blocks for local fast food burgers (shout out to the Queen Anne Dick's Drive-In). Lots of nearby bars, too, so it was super easy to get trashed, and then stumble back to HQ. There was even a nearby bar doing Geeks Who Drink trivia on the very evening I checked GWD's website. Belltown housekeeping did a great job, and they even left me complimentary coffee and Cheez-Its every day, and you have no idea just how obsessed I've been with Cheez-Its lately. Like, seriously. My only complaint is that there was no curtain on the window. A night owl like me doesn't need the stupid sun coming in at 7am and waking my drunk ass up. I visited during the non-rainy season, m'kay? My mistake. Check-in and check-out were easier than your mom, and the wifi worked well, especially with the Roku I brought with me. I stayed here for a couple days, visiting from California & I really enjoyed my stay. The room was soo clean. I absolutely loved the shower. The bathtub was like brand new it was spotless. Plus a really nice shower head too! The staff are really nice as well. They lock the doors to get into the lobby very early too so I felt safe. There's a lot of places to eat around there too thatI are walking distance. Definitely recommend it's a cute small hotel. read more

This hotel IS the place to be if you want to walk everywhere! It's a quick 10 minute to Pike Place and downtown core, then another 5 to waterfront! Head the other way from the inn and in 10 min you're at the Space Needle! The Cinema is 1.5 blocks up with the best mixed chocolate popcorn! Local360 serves local food and is 1 block away! The choices are endless! The Belltown Inn is VERY clean. The staff are so kind and happy! They're very helpful should you find yourself needing anything! They have a rooftop seating area that is quite cozy if you want some quiet outside time! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Seattle! read more

I've never stayed in this area, but since I had plans of going to a jazz concert, I decided to stay here. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were super comfy. Lots if good places to eat and Pikes Place Market is only about a 15min walk away. There is some homeless nearby...but sadly they are all over downtown but they never bothered me. This is a decent place to stay if you are between apartments like we were for a month or two. They have maid service once a week to change out towels and put new sheets on and clean the place so that's nice. Each room has a mini fridge, microwave, hot plate, and dishes. So you can make an easy dinner or microwave a frozen meal/ leftovers. They have bikes available to borrow and a place to store your bike. The neighborhood isn't the greatest, but we never had any issues, it just didn't feel safe to be out at night. They have a nice rooftop deck that used to have view of the sound now you can see the building they built right next door. They allow smoking on the rooftop deck so good for those that smoke but no clean air for those who don't. They are cheaper the longer you stay ie. if you stay a week/ month you get a better deal than if you are just staying a couple of days. There are laundry machines on site but if you do your laundry in the afternoon on a week day it is busy since that's where the maids wash the sheets and towels also. read more

Came over for PrideFest from Kitsap County. Expedia lost my reservation but the clerk at the front desk not only gave me the last room but found me multiple discounts that Saturday night and made me almost cry. He was amazingly polite and helpful and calm. Thank you. The room was clean and overlooked the dog park. Although we were by the elevator it was quiet. We were five minutes from amazing restaurants and the middle of the parade we had come to see with our daughter. Thank you for excellent service. read more

We logged into our email to print some tickets and a virus messaged popped up and wouldn't go away. 1 week later my email had been hacked and emails had been sent to everyone in the my contacts. Extremely nice staff! Great price and close to all the Seattle tourist areas. Easy walking distance, 0.5 miles or less. Or $5 Uber ride. Only issues were the elevator is extremely slow and it is located right next to a bus stop where the homeless hang out. They never bothered us but during the day and at night we had Uber's drop us off at the front door which is secured. read more

This hotel was a wonderful find. It is located close to the market and the Space Needle. The neighborhood has a great variety of shops and restaurants. The service was wonderful. They were able to store our luggage for the day, help us get a taxi (which is cheaper than Uber or Lyft there), and they loaned us bikes for the afternoon. First off the hotel itself is clean & ok. We went to Seattle for a concert, picked here to stay as it was close to the venue. We checked in about 11 pm Friday night, no problems. When I asked the desk person the following morning about the bikes they offer, I was informed they were going to do a "room inspection" on our room & it needed to be done by noon. we have stayed in many, many hotels & NEVER had this happened. After speaking to other guests at the hotel who was also at the concert, asked if they had a "room inspection". Nope!! Not one out of the 5 couples we talked to. Talk about invasion of privacy, I have never felt so violated, judged & absolutely humiliated. I'm not a child! I don't need your housekeepers poking around my room that we paid way to much for. Advertising at one price, check in cost had doubled including a100 deposit. We are not druggies, both work, have great careers & college degrees. We will NEVER stay here again. read more

This hotel is clean and a quaint little room. They offer complimentary drinks and snacks. Everything mentioned on the pamphlet and Expedia is true. Great bed and shower head. Overall great hotel to stay at when visiting. But if you want to know about the service then read on. Upon arrival around midnight, Dean at the front desk had the best guest service that one would wish for constantly. He was so professional. He answered all of our questions and then some. Excellent social skills!!! Then upon hearing that it was our honeymoon he congratulated us with a sparkling wine bottle. Just topped off our arrival to Seattle. I got thirsty at this hour and called him at the front desk to inquire about a vending machine for water because the complimentary one in the fridge was just not enough. He answered my question and even offered me another bottle in the lobby but I'm in my pajamas so I told him I'll just go to the vending machine. Within 3 minutes of me putting on my pants to get the water, we hear a knock on the door and it's DEAN!!!! With more complimentary bottles. I love it here and I love the great service experience that Dean has provided. I would totally recommend this place and I highly... HIGHLY recommend a raise or promotion for DEAN!!!
