i am watch guy who recently about five years ago rediscovered my love for watches and all types and luxury time pieces. Before I went into Benbridge today I spent some time at their Rolex boutique at Alamoana setting up a purchase piece that I want to acquire to celebrate a milestone in my life. After I was finished, I went to the Benbridge store, looking for a specific model of Longines watch that I was looking to try on before I made a purchase decision. It's a 2026 Hydro conquest model thats super hot in the market. With my luck, I ran into a sales rep Peggy Rose Audant who has been with the company many years. To make it easy and simple she was awesome. I already knew if I tried it. I liked it, I would buy it, so it was an easy sale. But what really impressed me was after the sale was done. She took the time to answer any questions I had about some other brands that I would love to purchase in the future. I have no problem saying I consider myself a pretty good sales person. From my experience, most sales people are the easiest ones to sell something to because we actually think we know everything when in reality most don't. there are the type of sales people that only think about the sales that are making in the now. Peggy spent the time with me after the sale just show me other watches that I was interested in maybe in the future. She understood that's it's more important to build a relationship. oh, one more thing that I thought was cool. We as men should always get a woman's perspective when making Watch purchase. She actually asked me to look in the mirror to see how it looks. From my experience, I know that watch guys will notice a cool piece before most ladies and it's a great way to strike up a conversation, when it comes down to it besides telling time we just wanna look good. Every time I've visited that store with my dad a long time ago, I remembered it was always quality service. They'll also check/authenticate any Rolex you bring in. On this occasion, Jim was our Sales Advisor, and we are so lucky and blessed to have him because he was nothing but professional. Very knowledgeable, friendly, caring, patient, and just an overall positive attitude with excellent communication that made our purchase that much special. The watch my wife was specifically looking at was unavailable, but Jim still let my wife try on different sizes and colors to ensure the specifications she wanted were accurate. As soon as one came in, weeks later, that was close to it, we were notified immediately, and came to the store to take a look. It was even better! Purchased a used genuine Rolex from Bob's Watches. Within two weeks the watch lost two minutes. Very concerned it might be a fake Rolex, I took it to Ben Bridge Jewelers to find out and request a time check. Kris, the watchmaker (Rolex certified) found the watch to be extremely dirty, including hair inside. Related watch is an authentic Rolex except for the bracelet pins.
