4 stars for drinks, 0 star for the lazy employees who decided to close the store at 8:45pm while the sign says 9pm, twice, never say hi, and always treat customers like they're doing us a favor. For restaurants I understand there's last call, but at least they state so on their hour sign, but for boba store this is ridiculous. Came here 4 times. First time when they first opened and got ignored by the cashier for good 10min despite the fact that they all saw me waiting to order but none of them said a word, not even a greeting. Second time, I was rejected to give BOGO promotion while it was still during valid period but no big deal. 3rd time, I had to stand in front of 2 cashiers arguing over some other orders and I got ignored by them again, and yes they were aware I was waiting, then one of them took my order with attitude. 4th time, again I was ready to order but 2 girl employees were standing in front of cashier hugging and teasing each other, like I didn't even exist, until I asked them if they wanted to take my order or not. So unprofessional. Other than that I like the drinks menu here with a lot of creative drink options. my favorite is tea cube special milk tea, and my niece likes cheese fruit slushes. But because of bad customer service I always hesitate to visit. Hope the owner or manager will fix this issue because each time I visit different cashier was taking order, not the same one. read more

Honestly, we go to this place all the time because they make really good drinks. I definitely recommend getting the oolong peach milk tea. They make drinks that are pretty well sweetened. The atmosphere is also really nice. However, I will have to take some points off for the service. Honestly, I wish the workers were more friendly. Oftentimes, they would still mess up some of the orders even though we go there frequently. read more

I saw this place listed on Yelp and decided to drop by last night after dinner. The place was very nicely decorated. Love the number of seatings available. After checking out the menu, I decided on the brown sugar milk tea and my friend ordered a jasmine tea. The drinks were ready pretty quickly. I asked for less sugar and ice and was pleasantly surprised that the consistency turned out perfect. The boba tasted very fresh. It was warm and chewy and has enough sweetness. My friend said the jasmine tea tasted very refreshing after a spicy dinner. I will definitely come back here again to try all the other colorful drinks. read more

The drinks were creative and not overly sweet. The interior was also very nice. The only negative was that the service was a bit slow.

Disgusting to say the least. Customer service was beyond terrible. It was busy today but not that busy. One of the employees constantly texted on his phone instead of making drinks or acknowledging anyone. There was only one girl really making drinks. All the other employees were laughing and talking or simply looking around for what ??? Not sure. Definitely didn't acknowledge any customers. They also had a guy behind the bar that didn't work there at least that's what he told me when I asked would anyone be making my drink soon. Very unsanitary!!! As you can see in the photo a used bender had been sitting on the counter where the guest grab their drinks for over 30 mins. All the drinks in the photos had been sitting for 30 mins plus so I'm not sure why they were still sitting there or even made in the first place. No one called the new drinks out neither. The vibe was kinda like they didn't want the customers there. In the second photo one can see a can of whip sitting by the sink as well a drink they decided to stop making. Drinks tasted terrible. My sister and I visited and ordered a Burnt-brown sugar boba milk tea and. A peach oolong milk tea and both tasted like milk with no flavor. The boba was the worst part. The cashier April was rude and condescending when we asked her questions on what the drinks had. Spoke down to us as if we worked there and expected us to know the ingredients. She needs training in customer service for sure. Would not recommend this place at all. Not worth the money or time. read more

Service time could be better but the drinks we ordered were great especially the Golden Sesame Milk Slush. Usually it is a hit or miss when it comes to sesame but this one is a new found favorite and will return for this drink, for sure. The place is really cute and clean and pet friendly. I always want to come here because the drinks are good but every single time I do, the minimum wait time is 30 mins to almost an hour. There is no system for the service of drinks. It is very messy. I wanted to like this place but I did not have a good experience here with the strawberry slush that I ordered being completely watered down and basically flavorless ( I asked for half sweet and that may have been where I went wrong but wowee it was like ice and water blended with a strawberry then added some cream and called it a day) I was watching how they work behind the counter because it's completely open and it looked like they had one person on making slushes duty and I could tell he was new because he had to look at the recipes for every drink but no one was helping him make the drinks, and in my opinion it's poor teamwork to let one person be drowned with tickets just because they are not assigned to making slushes. It took over 30 min for my drink and it was terrible and $7 so I was not happy with either the food and service and the price I paid for the bad food and service. I don't write reviews on Yelp often, BUT THIS STORE was seriously outrageous. My group of three ended up waiting 25 MINUTES for 3 drinks, when usually an order that size should be done 5 minutes tops. Even though 30 minutes is seemingly short, that's still 5-6x longer you should usually wait for a drink, like what My group ordered when there were relatively few groups in front of us, like about two groups, so our drinks should have been relatively soon as well. But during our 25 MINUTE wait, our group saw that the order in which the staff were serving drinks was NOT in order of how they came in. Other customers seemed to experience the same; there ended up being around 4-5 groups waiting, seemingly unsatisfied, at the pick-up spot, ALL peering over at the staff to see what they were doing. At this point, which is 20-ish minutes into waiting, I asked them the status of our drink, and they just explained that they were busy. I thought that it was just ridiculous, and extremely upsetting :( Drinks ended up being okay, but the service was so bad and took so long, the quality of the drink doesn't earn them another star. AND APPARENTLY, getting there when it's slow won't help you either. read more

Not only that the Boba Drinks are missing taste, they advertise falsely of what they have when they don't have it such as The Flower Cakes n their Signature Tea. The servers are un pleasant and rude. During the time we were there, it took over half hour to get our orders as they prioritized other customers that came after us. When my daughter went to the counter to ask for our order, the servers completely ignored her for an additional 10 minutes, without asking "Hi, what can we help you with" as what customer service does. They all talked among themselves in their language, looked at us, then continued talking. One of the servers looked as if she was mocking me. If this place wants to stay in business, they should improve the taste of their drinks, and their servers' customer service skills to any race. read more
