I've been here multiple times but this place is one of my favorite French cafe. The interior is small with table and booth seatings, you order at counter and sit yourself. I've tried the sandwiches, tarts, crepes, and coffee and all are solid. Sandwiches are generous with filling, also love the omelette since they don't skimp out on the portion. I'm a Tustin local and have been coming here almost every day for my morning coffee. I usually walk here from my home with my beautiful husky, and until today, I've always had a great experience. Unfortunately, today's visit was very different. As I walked in, the cashier immediately and rudely told me that I couldn't have my dog inside while I was ordering. I politely explained that she is my service dog, but instead of handling the situation professionally, the cashier continued insisting I couldn't have her inside. She then rolled her eyes and spoke to me in a very dismissive and inappropriate manner in front of other customers. What made the situation even more frustrating was that two other customers walked in with dogs right after me and were not questioned at all. Being singled out like that felt unfair and embarrassing. As someone who supports this business almost daily, I hope management addresses this with the employee. Customer service should always be respectful, especially when discussing service animals. This was, by far, the worst experience I've had here, and it was incredibly disappointing considering how often I've chosen to support this business. read more

Delicioso! Most importantly the OMG Bar is the best baked goody here. Next best is the croissants as they're crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Came to meet up with family for a nice lunch. For some reason they weren't able to process a gift card for payment. Service was not so great. Not sure if the young man at register was new but we ordered things, did not realize he didn't include them on our receipt and while we waited realized the items were never ordered and they were not coming. The inside and outside was busy with customers. The big table by the counter was reserved but no one was sitting on it. We went to the outside patio in the corner by the other restaurants. I've been to Pandor and honestly it's a good place for coffee & quick pastry grab, however the food here just seems to decline in quality over the years. Le parisien panini was my fav and can you imagine my frustration when I bite into this and find a sum of two tiny cornichons sliced in half. The concept of this place is great but execution just keeps to miss, I wish the management paid more attention to the quality of food they serve to people. You can tell everyone who works there loves what they do, they take time and pay attention to details. Pandor is my wondor. The elegant sinplicity of this cafe/bakery keeps me coming back. My go to is the soup and bread which is already some of my favorite food types. The soup is simple yet complex. Always comes out hot and always comes with delicious bread to dip it in. It's not made to stuff you to the brim if that is what you are looking for, but it's great for brunch and snack time. Their Nutella cortado is amazing with the right amount of milk and Nutella to cut down on the severe acidity of regular cortados. Wonderful place. Beware for anyone with peanut allergies, they put peanuts in their blueberry muffin. My daughter who is allergic to peanuts ended up in the emergency room after having an anaphylactic reaction from their blueberry muffin. She only had a couple bites before she started reacting. I didn't even think to ask about whether there were peanuts in the muffin because I have never had a blueberry muffin with peanuts in it. I tried their highly recommended Vietnamese ice coffee and it was no where close to what a Viet coffee taste like. They have sour beans and I don't like sour tart coffee. I didn't enjoy it at all. If you like the sour tarter beans then you might like this coffee. I also ordered their Italian sandwich which is good in terms of their fresh baguette but there is only like one thin slice of proschuitto in between all the tomato and mozzarella for $12. Wasn't worth it to me. They should atleast put a few slices of meat so it doesn't taste like a vegetarian sandwich with a hint of meat. The parking is a bit of a pain because you need to go through their parkade and not a quick in and out coffee stop. They do validate and have a machine at their counter to validate your parking. Came in today and immediately got attitude from the girl at the register. Before I even said anything, she told me "I'm about to leave right now but I guess I'll take your order," which was just unnecessary and rude. While ordering, she kept rushing me and the whole interaction felt uncomfortable. I ordered an horchata latte and was told espresso was an extra $3 because apparently the latte doesn't even come with espresso, which made no sense. Then I tried ordering a smaller iced drink from the menu, only to be told they only had the larger size available for an extra charge. When I finally got my drink, it tasted completely watered down and wasn't worth the almost $9 I paid. I politely asked for a refund, and instead of just helping me, the guy making the drink argued with me and blamed the almond milk. I get almond milk everywhere, so that clearly wasn't the issue. Then he changed the excuse and said it was because there was no cold foam since I ordered almond milk, even though nobody even asked if I wanted the cold foam or not. I love this bakery/cafe. I always get the OMG latte or the Honey Lavender latte. Both are delish but I like the OMG a little more. Their pastries are super good! I've also had a slice of their carrot cake! It took me a week to finish this slice. I was only taking 2 bites a day! You know... Gotta watch the calories. I've also been back in the evening when I crave something light. I had their pesto chicken sandwich.. omg soooo good. It gets way crowded in the mornings and the line is long. I recommend going before 10am or after 12 noon. It is well worth the wait though. This place has become a regular for me and I definitely will continue to be a regular! read more
