This is my second favorite pizza place in the area. They always get my order right, even with my special request. I love blue cheese & ranch and their ranch is one of the best I've ever had. This was very disappointing. The last few times I've had take out but today we dined in and I can assure you will never be back. Dead flies and other critters in the windowsills, cobwebs up the walls, filthy windows and blinds, ketchup (i hope) splattered on the walls and windows. Sticky table, salt and pepper shakers greasy half empty and clogged up. Party of 3 we sent 2 plates and one of our cups back because of caked on food. The pizza took way too long to come out (over 30min) especially since they don't even make their own crust (at least today's pizza wasn't an in-house crust). It was served on a piece of cardboard on a plate that stuck to the pizza when we dished it up. Gross. Service was slow and waitress was clueless and disorganized. Forgetting to bring things or not bringing all the things at once. Waited about 5 minutes for my salad dressing after the salad came out. We were in there almost a hour and a half for 1 salad and a medium pizza. What the heck???? I won't be able to eat from here again. If the front of the house is filthy what the heck is happening in the kitchen? Should have known better when we talked in and then place was al it empty. just another quick update... my wife and I wanted deep dish gooey pizza goodness. drove on down to Benito's Novi to get a couple pies for dinner. ordered the 2 Larges with 3 toppings each for $19.99 special. ordered both square deep dish - 1st with pepp, mushroom, bacon. 2nd with italian sausage, black olives, onions. the take out service is quick and easy with nice friendly staff - most who look like college kids. It was early dinner time and 4 other people there were like me - ordering carryouts. 20mins I had 2 large hot fresh gooey cheesy extra saucy deep dish 16 pieces of love. enough for 3 adults - 2 who love pizza and 1 who doesn't mind pizza. Got home and tried slice of each... first impressions... their italian sausage is sweet, wish it was more of a spicy variety. the bacon was like bits and there was not enough on the pizza. onions were huge chunks not sliced as I would prefer. They lose 1 star for topping issues. read more

We ordered two pizzas, the Margarita and a Quattro Formaggio and both were awful. The sauce was like a vodka pasta sauce, the toppings were fairly scarce, yet on a good note, the crust was crunchy and still soft on the inside. You could tell neither ingredient was not homemade I would not recommend this place for pizza. read more

I came here with a friend who was visiting from Minnesota and had a calzone for the very first time. Since then I've probably had 30 of them. My outlook on life has been consumed by calzones, essentially, and I think that it's overall made me a better person by proxy. If I have a bad day and feel the knock of tears and motrin at the door, I find myself fondly recalling the time I had a calzone, or having had one for dinner, I catch myself saying that "I had a calzone today, so it can't really be that bad." the amount of pure optimism I've received from a bunch of green peppers and some pizza sauce is enthralling. Have only ever got the anti pasto and Greek, and neither were anything special. Not bad, but not great. Delivery time is usually quick. I came to have dinner here with my wife and kid. First the positive. It wasn't crowded and the waiter was very friendly. The bad parts 1) Very pricey for the quality of the food. I don't like the fact that they nickel dime you for every topping on the pasta. They have premium and regular and based on the size of the pasta, the cost varies. The sauce was fine but it wasn't anything to rave about. I don't mind paying 10 bucks for pasta but then to find it jumped to 15 bucks based on toppings was a bit frustating. 2) The ciabatta bread was quite hot and the side sauce was fine. 3) The Tiramisu was just average, it wasn't soft and moist. It seemed like it was in the fridge for a while and wasn't fresh All in all this was not a great experience and I will not be returning. read more

Not too happy with my last purchase with Benito's.. Although the delivery was fast, my total for 2 pizzas and a bowl of minestrone was $31 after a 15% discount..so definitely not cheap. I gave the driver $42 (expecting change) and he said great! Thanks! I told him I need $6 back..he didn't seem to happy with that even though he's getting a $5 tip! Also, when I ordered the margherita pizza, I was expecting FRESH rounds of mozzarella as well as FRESH rounds of tomato.. especially for a $17 large, that's to be expected. But there was just regular tomato pizza sauce and melted mozzarella.. not really a margherita pizza, more like a cheese pizza with some basil thrown on top.. And the minestrone is not good either. Don't waste your time. Go to Tony Sacco's. They don't deliver, but you can at least get better quality pizza for your money. read more

This is definitely one of my favorite hidden gems in Novi. Such a unique and eclectic menu that it doesn't really have competitors, there's nothing quite like it. I've had the chicken pesto spaghetti over a dozen times and it's always been perfect. All of the pizzas I've tried have been excellent too plus they don't skimp on toppings they are loaded up. They also cater to all diets which I find personally important, gluten free, vegan, and dairy free. I haven't had any service issues and the owner is super friendly, and it seems like he's always there working hard in the back with the crew so that probably helps. Customer for life. read more

I love this place for pizza! While deep dish pizza is my favorite, I love the pizza by the slice! I love the Benito Bread! It is so chessy! I like the inside of the Benito's Novi restraunt, unlike the Benitos is Southfield which is aweful...paper plates and plastic silverware. Benito's in Novi is a normal restraunt. Very good Detroit style pizza (thicker, crispy crust). Benito bread is great as well. They have a decent sized sit down area but seem to be geared more for carry out. Make sure to ask for the coupon price on carry out, they normally give it but it doesn't hurt to ask. Only bad experience was getting the wrong pizza. They offered to deliver a new one but I live down the street and went there instead. They were sorry about it but didn't give any compensation. read more

I ordered from Benito's for the first time tonight. We ordered BLT Pizza, Benito Bread,and an individual Cheese Pizza for our daughter that is extra picky. The BLT Pizza was excellent! The lettuce was not ice burg, and was fresh and the same for the tomatoes, the bacon tasted fresh also. I would come back here for the BLT pizza alone. I look forward to trying some of their other pizza's in the future. read more
