It was our first time and our ahhmazing server, Hailey went out of her way to make the evening special for my hubs and I. We feasted on the calamari, prime rib dinner and a French dip with fresh horseradish on the side let's start with the prime rib, seasoned and roasted to perfection. The mash potatoes were smooth and butterlicious!!! The French dip was juicy, and the fries were cooked to crispy perfection on the outside and creamy in the middle. Ordered the Mia salad and it was delicious, had a nice, light dressing with moist rotisserie chicken and the salad was fully dunked with this chicken! My daughter had the tortilla soup which is the reason we came here as she's had it before. It was mildly spicy but not too salty and the chips that came with it were lightly salted and came with a little bit of salsa! Delish!!! First the location is great with lots of parking and they are in a large, new, contemporary styled building with a great outdoor seating area. The interior is upscale, very nicely done and the bar/lounge area is huge! Service is friendly and very efficient. The food is pretty much the same as the other location, but it's just in a much more exciting atmosphere. My brunch benedict was good, but the chicken fried steak, not so much. So 50/50 there. I cannot speak for the average dining experience, but I can talk about the event I was invited to. My friend held a graduation party here, and so we were given the back conference/large group room. There were a few dozen of us here, and yet the staff managed to impress me with how easily they juggled so many people. They were friendly, checked in frequently, and were everything I'd expect from a restaurant staff. The mocktails were fantastic. I wish I knew what they were so I could recommend them, but I had asked for 2 different surprises. The bartenders know how to make a delightful drink. The food was delicious as well. I had a lot of food but the banh mi was by far the most memorable. I would return purely for that. It had a little kick to it, and it was very flavorful. Framed in darker woods on the inside, the restaurant exudes quality and refinement. I started with the Tortilla Soup. I will say this was quite good. Hot, full of flavor and just a TON of chicken. It was accompanied with tortilla chips. A nice touch. My wife had the shredded wedge salad. Shredded Wedge Salad? Isn't that just a salad? Anyway, I digress. My wife said, and I quote, "this is quite possibly the WORST salad I have ever had". Doh! How unfortunate, as the rest of our meal was quite good. She did send her first salad back for a Caesar, which unfortunately was equally bad. Guess you can't win them all. For our mains, we had the Steak Frites. I have never had a Hangar Steak. This was AMAZING. Cooked perfectly (Med Rare) and served with a nice gravy. The fries were crisp, warm and delicious. We ended our meal with the Churros. These delightful treats were warm, covered in cinnamon sugar and had a vanilla creme filling. The dish came with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream. Always a welcome treat. Overall, we enjoyed our meal at Bennett's. It's too bad that my wife's salad didn't come out so well, as otherwise this was a lovely meal with friends. read more

What amazing service, delicious food and overall accommodation for my large party. We did make reservations in advance for a Sunday brunch for our group of 18 (also includes toddlers and babies). The server we had was amazing and very patient with everyone. Food service was fast and drinks were never empty. We get here and only ordered from the lower tier menu burgers and salads. Our check was $325 for 2 appetizers, 5 entrees and two large additional appetizers size meals ( burgers and salads ) , only 2 glasses of wine $18 a piece for the cheapest Pinot noir. We could have gone to Fogo de Chao with 3 x the amount of steak and salad bar for the same price. This restaurant will not succeed. The appetizer was $40 Empanadas x2 , it was soggy, greasy and tasted like masa! In Spanish masa is purely corn dough tasting. I would not recommend this overpriced restaurant trying to pass as some high end Chicago style bistro. Food was ok, service was fine, prices are like you are eating at a higher end restaurant. no way! read more

I ordered Mia salad with steak instead of the chicken and got confirmed and even was told that it will be additional charge for that which was fine. I got my salad with chicken and when I said that I ordered it with steak not chicken lady went to check it and even did not let me know if they are going to change it or what. I added the augratin cauliflower to his order. I really liked it and he isn't a cauliflower fan but liked it as well. The portion was a nice size. We were able to share it and I had some to take home. My main order was the chili relano. It looked nice but it was super spicy. Don't get me wrong I love heat but this was full of seeds and I just wasn't expecting it. The description was misleading. It said it was stuffed with artichoke hearts, mushrooms, kale and onion but I didn't find any artichoke hearts, mushrooms or even kale! It was loaded with onions. Not good at all. Was very disappointed! The cream sauce was a good flavor though. The waitress was very sweet and she took it off our bill for us. So that was nice. Over all we would like to come back and try it again. Hoping to hit happy hour. They have great deals and option that aren't on the daily menu. The staff was super friendly. As a family of eight we love coming to Bennett's. We arrived on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at Bennett's in Rocklin, CA. It has a very comfortable atmosphere. It is cozy and elegant at the same time. There's a great bar too if one would like to sit at the bar. Bathrooms were clean. That's important to me. We had Chris again for our waiter. He's a great listener and our orders were all correct. Very attentive and stayed calm too when our almost two, grandson was a bit fussy. Chris even picked up his truck that had fallen on the floor a couple of times! One thing we did not like was the Maui tacos. The fish was overcooked and the portion was small. Better as an appetizer than a meal. Everything else we order was yummy! The hamburger, the steak salad, jalapeño dip, steak dinner were all excellent! The chicken wings were meaty and it's a large portion! The manager came over to check on us too. This has got to be one of my favorite happy hour spots in the area by far. The food is great, the service is upscale, and the prices are a steal. Their flautas leave such an amazing burst of flavor with every bite. They come out fresh with freshly prepared. Hot and ready. Their short rib tacos are melt in your mouth tender. It was my granddaughter's first communion party and she wanted root beer to drink. Apparently they were out of it then the manager on duty went to the store and bought her root beer and brought it back. What restaurant chain would have ever done this ? We love the Bennett's in Roseville so when we saw this new place on the map we were excited to try it out. We almost turned around when we got there because the outside was so dark. I think it's only accessible parking in front so there were no cars. We knew it was supposed to be open but were still a little surprised when we pulled the door. It was that dark. The atmosphere inside is nice, much different than the other Bennett's, more like a steakhouse vibe. There are a lot of interesting cocktails, wines and beers. I had a French 75 and it was delish. I had the Ahi Poke salad and my husband had the cheeseburger. He really liked his burger. There were a lot of fries - they were ok, not amazing. The Ahi Poke salad looked amazing and was a generous portion of fish. Some of my pieces were kind of tough though, but I did like the dressing for sure. Server was nice and attentive. read more

He gave his food a 9/10 he said it's just a simple lil cheeseburger nothing especial. The fries were good tho 10/10 on that. I got the blackberry mocktail and we liked it, mixture of ice mint and berry flavor it was interesting i would give it a 8.5/10. Now, the outside of the restaurant does smell like sewerage so idk what was up with that but thankfully you don't smell it inside but from out as you're walking in you cant help but inhale all that nasty smell. We had three prim ribs and ordered all three the exact same medium rare but they brought one medium, I bit the bullet and took the medium, which any high sight I would have sent it back and had the medium rare... the medium was just average, the medium rare was definitely on point for a prime rib... the ladies had a steak and bacon taco, beef short ribs, and the filet ! They were very pleased with their dinners . We had a butter cake for dessert and 1/2 of the table liked it and the other 1/2 was very disappointed, they should have gotten chocolate,which the girls usually do! Overall we will return to the restaurant because of service and taste and price was very reasonable... ohhhh I forgot we had the clam chowder was off the hook!!! My brother ate his and his wife's! The charcuterie board and salt & pepper shrimp provided at a side table were refilled as our party of 36 trickled in. Our family ordered the following: 1. Pecan Old Fashioned 5/5 2. House Zinfandel 5/5 3. Lavender Lemonade 5/5 4. Ginger & Juice 5/5 5. Cream of 4 Mushroom soup 4/5 too salty but was great for prime rib gravy 6. Fresh Halibut 1/5 rubbery and rancid. not as juicy & buttery as acclaimed by a server 7. Prime Rib 4/5 could've been better with a side of au jus 8. Chocolate Layered Cake 5/5 9. Key Lime Pie 5/5 The others at this gathering were also complaining about the Brick Chicken, which we also tasted and found out that it lacked flavor and was dry. This Bennett's was packed when we arrived, so they might have some strong points to exist as a restaurant. Our waiter told us we were his last table before he was off. He repeatedly said "I got you" but he really didn't. Supposedly "they were slammed" but it was pretty empty half way through our meal.
