They wrote a little note on the box which made me smile and brightened my work day a little extra. I also got a green smoothie. I absolutely love the concept of this place! I have a pretty strict diet and this is the perfect restaurant for me (especially love the "no refined sugar"). We've replaced our usual Chipotle orders with Ben's Fast Food because it's now our preferred takeout bowl. I recommend this place to all my coworkers and friends. It is so hard to find food that is this healthy but tastes SO GOOD and is actually filling and satisfying. I always get the spicy chipotle or ranch sauces and use the hot sauce. It feels good to eat BFF and I love when events cater this for lunch. Customer service is so friendly and accommodating. Located inside "Daisys Diner" this hidden gem is worth it. Their prices are reasonable and service is quick. The food was SO delicious. I've been on a health kick and this place checks all my boxes. I got the mixed bowl with Avocado and the vinaigrette dressing (I only used half) it was delicious. I would probably just get the greens instead of mixed next time because the rice just makes it too filling and I couldn't even finish half. I also got the green smoothie because it sounded good and they don't add in any extra sugars which was really nice. It tasted fresh and although it looks small it was so good and filling. It's honestly the perfect size. I found my new favorite local spot. I recommend if you haven't checked them out yet to do it! First timer tip: order on your phone through Yelp/grub hub and you'll get a text when it's ready and you just walk to the lockers and click the link to press the button to unlock it and it opens. This is one of those places that really puts thought into their food and you feel great fueling your body with quality food. I always get the pork shoulder mixed bowl or the pork shoulder hearty bowl and it never disappoints! Pickup process is painless and contact free. Ben's is located at 1388 Daisy, which is a ghost kitchen if you didn't know. Good amount of parking nearby. Head inside and check in on a tablet. It'll open a locker for you when your food is ready. They have someone there if you need help, right next to the lockers. They have some tables to sit at inside, but it's not really meant to be a sit down kind of a place so don't expect an entire dining room when you go in. 10/10 for Ben's and 1388 Daisy! read more

The food is actually really good and I can't complain about that. What I would recommend however is not ordering takeout or delivery through Yelp. I was trying to remove an item from my order and somehow managed to submit it. I immediately called in to correct the error. The rep could not get through to the restaurant, nor could I get through to the restaurant to cancel it. The fact that they don't have enough staff to answer their phones for order corrections is a real hinderance in ordering from them. It's unfortunate. They also have their nutrition information available on their website for those who need it. It could even be a great place to get meal preps for the week! This is the place for fast, and healthy meals. Genuinely healthy ! The vegetables are always fresh, the meat is always juicy, it's been consistently great and I've picked up food here almost weekly. One of my favorite meals to pick up. Food is prepped quickly and always within the window of the estimated time. It's never been late. Super easy to pick up with the lockers they have, which open with a text message link when the order is ready. The Daisy Diner employees at the front near the lockers will answer questions if you need any assistance. I've always found parking, not too much thought goes into it.
