I'm an OG Ciccero's customer. They had one menu item I was partial to in either the late 90's or early 2000's, which was a shrimp salad with noodles, on a bed of lettuce, vegetables, and the biggest grilled shrimp you would ever see. It was my go to, and it was delicious. I was prepared to give Ciccero's another try via a delivery app and 5-stars, but unfortunately, I noticed a discrepancy after I posted my initial review. I ordered The Original Burger with fries ($1 extra for fries) and the Santa Fe Shrimp Salad with garlic bread and a soda. Upon receipt of my order, I decided to try my salad first. It was good. Romaine lettuce, red cabbage, shredded carrots, shredded cheese, corn, grape tomatoes, jumbo grilled shrimp (cooked perfectly) - no red pepper or red onions for me. My salad was fresh, crisp and delicious. I ate a good 3/4 of it. The garlic bread is a great accompaniment. I saw another review from someone who also ordered a Santa Fe Salad. I noticed black beans on their salad. There weren't any on mine. I went back to the menu. They were supposed to put jicama (which I love) in my salad. No jicama. The other reviewer's portion was heaping. Mine was not. My salad looked like an afterthought compared to theirs. My food wasn't free, so there is no reason the portions should not be consistent for all customers. If this is how Ciccero's operates, count me out. As for the burger, I do not like the way it was dressed. The patty was huge. They should've put the lettuce, tomatoes and pickles underneath the patty, because whenever I went to take a bite, the burger fell apart. This was after I cut it in half. The fries are not regular fries, but potato wedges. Very good, but not what was pictured nor what I expected. Ciccero's has some changes to make if they want to continue to solicit orders on delivery apps. read more

They're super friendly. I always give them a reheat in the oven to crisp up the crust, but the guys there are always quick and helpful. Delivery usually comes within 30-40 minutes. I live about 15-20 minutes away. read more

I've been seeing them on instagram posting videos so I was in the area and gave them a try. Parking was easy, the pizza, salad, and a drink was $14 bucks! That's already a steal, yes it's a personal size but it fills you up and does the job. The pepperoni was good and the dough is tasty! Next time I'm going extra cheese! Salad was tasty too. We've been ordering delivery from Ciccero's for two decades and a review is long overdue. Combine the terrific pizza, pasta and salad variety, along with the never-let-us-down delivery, a well-deserved 5* is earned. Pizza's have tasty crust, generous toppings and lot's of good combos. The house salad is perfect to accompany the pizza with our favorite in-house balsamic vinaigrette ( I've told them for years they need to bottle this and sell), but lately we've equally enjoyed the antipasto salad. The cilantro chicken linguine is unbelievably decadent (better than CPK's), as well as a couple of the other pastas we've tried. Ciccero's is our go-to neighborhood pizza+ delivery. I experienced the worst customer service. I placed an order (11651 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90064) for over $500 on November 1, 2024. I called to ask about the delivery time because the website indicated it would arrive by 11:55 AM. I called at 12:10 PM, and the representative answered with a nasty attitude. When I inquired about the delivery status, he rudely informed me that my order was large and would take longer than expected. I told him I understood. At 12:40 PM, I called again since I didn't have an accurate tracking system in place, and the website still said my order would arrive by 11:55 AM. Unfortunately, the same representative answered once more. I asked if he had an estimated delivery time, and he yelled at me, stating that I had called just 35 minutes prior. When I asked why he was so angry, he started yelling that the driver would be there "in a few minutes" before hanging up on me. I do not appreciate a rude attitude for no reason. We've ordered the garlic salmon pasta and salad several times. On the most recent order, we included two pizzas in addition to the garlic salmon pasta. This time I called it in and service was as expected. To the point just ask and they make it. 45 minutes later pizza arrived courteous staff and delivery. Two for one is a great deal! Not Burned but perfectly made. Not like the others when it's sloppy and can't make sense of what it is. This one looks like pizza with great taste. The salad is fresh and crisp. I use to come here often when I was in HS with my mom, and could confidently say that this was my favorite place to come for pizza. However, I feel like the quality of food- for pizza anyway- has gone down. I ordered a custom pizza and it was underwhelming. I remember their pastas being amazing, but I haven't tried it lately. They also have garlic bread- now THAT is AMAZING. I would definitely come just for that and the pasta if it's still good. Otherwise this place is pretty pricey, and the service is a bit slow. Visited this place bc of tiktok. We ordered a large 3 topping pizza w 10 wings and 3 cans of soda. We chose pickup bc we live in the neighborhood. We walked inside and our order was ready for us. The cashier was friendly and handed us our order. We got home and the box was steaming so we knew we were in for a treat. At first I was surprised at the appearance of the crust bc it looks burnt. It just added a charred flavor profile which complemented it. The pizza was a lil greasy so we used our paper napkins, but that was expected. I've always had to blot any and every pizza. The wings seemed to be breaded a little. There was a lot of meat to them compared to Wingstop. The Buffalo sauce tasted like Buffalo sauce. I'm happy to support this local spot! I called to place a take out order, I asked for the chimichurri sandwich. It's really good but sometimes they're really cheap with the amount of meat they put on. Anyways, the guy asked what I wanted for a side and I said do you have Caesar salad? Which sounded like it annoyed him for some reason but whatever, he said just the dressing. I said ok but no olives. I guess I never noticed the price bc I'm usually ordering a bunch of food when I order delivery. Went to pick up and the sandwich was 16$ I asked if the salad was extra because I thought the sandwich was only $12 as stated on the menu on their website. He's like it's a rib eye steak, no way it's $12, I'm like ok well I'm just saying what's on your website, it's kind of annoying that it's a $4 price difference and that I'm getting attitude for simply asking. Get angry with whoever didn't change your website, not me! Then I ask to make sure there are no olives on my salad, he tells me I didn't ask for no olives with the most attitude...are you actually serious??? What's crazy is I'm pretty sure he's the owner (the tall bald dude on cash) giving attitude like that to regular customers is wild to me. We have been ordering pizza from Cicero's for few years now, but the pizza we received were so salty it was difficult to eat!

Man, I can't say enough good about Ciccero's! I always mean to try new things off their menu, but honestly I can't get passed the BBQ chicken pizza it's so delicious! Easily the best bbq pizza I've had. The grilled veggie and Mediterranean pizzas are also superb. I've never been to the restaurant personally, I order over the phone and the service is always great. Theses guys force you two buy two pizza. It's a two for one but you can't buy one you get two. It's not bad pizza. Better then than Dominos or Papa John & Little Ceasar. I like that they also have green olives. I get a pepperoni and green olive then a pepperoni and black olive. I usually take them out of the box and wrap each piece in foil. Then I give the extra pizza to the homeless. They don't give a shit. All of them are pissed off and would rather have money or drugs. My family and I had GH deliver last night, and the food was terrible. Pretty sure the garlic bread was microwaved because the bread was so rubbery, and had no flavor. The pasta was bland and had no flavor as well. The grilled turkey from the turkey avocado sandwich was dry, and the bread of the sandwich was too small and flimsy, that it was unable to hold the overload of greens and turkey.
