The pizza is killer, and they have a buy one, get one free deal which is honestly kind of insane for how good it is. But the surprise for me was the salmon plate. Been ordering from them for last 20 years. Pizza is good, doesn't feel too greasy and they usually have specials going on. Staff is friendly and it's nice to be supporting a local business. If you want to eat there they have some tables inside or outside but I usually just get it delivered. They're probably the best quality and reasonably priced pizza on the west side of town. read more

You buy 1 and get the 2nd one for FREE! And I also bought the Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo Pasta. FRICKEN DELICIOUS!!! I want to start that im on RETA, If you know you know. So I got my pizzas and pasta and left to do some errands. I went to this Botanical to buy something and wanted to eat 1 slice as I was parked at the Botanical. I ate 1 slice and could not stop! I ended eating 4 slices!! Unbelievable!! I went inside the Botanical and offered my last 2 slices to the girls inside and they were very happy. Then tonight i tried the pasta and Holy SH$%^T!! Ciccero's Pizza was a childhood staple of mine. Unfortunately, I was disappointed when I ordered recently. The pizza was undercooked, so the sauce was runny, and the cheese and toppings slid off. Not great. The parts of the slice that were cooked through were fine, but the under cooked part was not good. Needed another 3 minutes in the oven. The chicken wings weren't really buffalo wings, there was ranch included but no sauce, the dry rub was not good. The wings were charred but not crispy, I don't like how they were cooked. The fries, however, were very nice and crispy, I wish the wings had been cooked crispy like the fries and then had a buffalo sauce on them (I ordered buffalo). The delivery was fairly quick - I ordered at 7:27 and got my food at 8:01. The price was VERY good , this was $27 + $5 tip. The price includes a $3 delivery fee from the restaurant, so the food was actually $24, $12 for the wing and fries combo, and $10 for a large 3 topping pizza. The large is a bit small in my opinion, it's not a huge pizza, but the prices are more than reasonable. The pizza and fries are fine to order for a kids party, make sure to ask for the pizza extra baked, but I'd skip the wings. Ciccero's definitely has some good deals, all their pizza for delivery is served as a 2 for 1, but the quality control needs to go up. Through a Tiktok I found this gem. Who knew this was in West LA all this time! Went twice in a week - first did the two pizza special and great pizza. Not thin crust or Chicago style but more NYC pizza style. I'm critical on my pizza and this was good. I went back again today and picked up the two places and soda special. Wow.. the price was amazing for what it was. The steak was delicious and the short ribs was good size more like a pot roast meat flavored. Both had sauces and I ordered with sides. Overall will continue to frequent and delivery is just 3 dollars which is crazy for the area. I'm 15 min away and I'm surprised they service my area but glad they do! They had one menu item I was partial to in either the late 90's or early 2000's, which was a shrimp salad with noodles, on a bed of lettuce, vegetables, and the biggest grilled shrimp you would ever see. It was my go to, and it was delicious. I was prepared to give Ciccero's another try via a delivery app and 5-stars, but unfortunately, I noticed a discrepancy after I posted my initial review. I ordered The Original Burger with fries ($1 extra for fries) and the Santa Fe Shrimp Salad with garlic bread and a soda. Upon receipt of my order, I decided to try my salad first. It was good. Romaine lettuce, red cabbage, shredded carrots, shredded cheese, corn, grape tomatoes, jumbo grilled shrimp (cooked perfectly) - no red pepper or red onions for me. My salad was fresh, crisp and delicious. I ate a good 3/4 of it. The garlic bread is a great accompaniment. I saw another review from someone who also ordered a Santa Fe Salad. I noticed black beans on their salad. There weren't any on mine. I went back to the menu. They were supposed to put jicama (which I love) in my salad. No jicama. The other reviewer's portion was heaping. Mine was not. My salad looked like an afterthought compared to theirs. My food wasn't free, so there is no reason the portions should not be consistent for all customers. If this is how Ciccero's operates, count me out. As for the burger, I do not like the way it was dressed. The patty was huge. They should've put the lettuce, tomatoes and pickles underneath the patty, because whenever I went to take a bite, the burger fell apart. This was after I cut it in half. The fries are not regular fries, but potato wedges. Very good, but not what was pictured nor what I expected. Ciccero's has some changes to make if they want to continue to solicit orders on delivery apps. read more

I've been seeing them on instagram posting videos so I was in the area and gave them a try. Parking was easy, the pizza, salad, and a drink was $14 bucks! That's already a steal, yes it's a personal size but it fills you up and does the job. The pepperoni was good and the dough is tasty! Next time I'm going extra cheese! Salad was tasty too. Combine the terrific pizza, pasta and salad variety, along with the never-let-us-down delivery, a well-deserved 5* is earned. Pizza's have tasty crust, generous toppings and lot's of good combos. The house salad is perfect to accompany the pizza with our favorite in-house balsamic vinaigrette ( I've told them for years they need to bottle this and sell), but lately we've equally enjoyed the antipasto salad. The cilantro chicken linguine is unbelievably decadent (better than CPK's), as well as a couple of the other pastas we've tried. Ciccero's is our go-to neighborhood pizza+ delivery. I experienced the worst customer service. I placed an order (11651 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90064) for over $500 on November 1, 2024. I called to ask about the delivery time because the website indicated it would arrive by 11:55 AM. I called at 12:10 PM, and the representative answered with a nasty attitude. When I inquired about the delivery status, he rudely informed me that my order was large and would take longer than expected. I told him I understood. At 12:40 PM, I called again since I didn't have an accurate tracking system in place, and the website still said my order would arrive by 11:55 AM. Unfortunately, the same representative answered once more. I asked if he had an estimated delivery time, and he yelled at me, stating that I had called just 35 minutes prior. When I asked why he was so angry, he started yelling that the driver would be there "in a few minutes" before hanging up on me. I do not appreciate a rude attitude for no reason. I use to come here often when I was in HS with my mom, and could confidently say that this was my favorite place to come for pizza. However, I feel like the quality of food- for pizza anyway- has gone down. I ordered a custom pizza and it was underwhelming. I remember their pastas being amazing, but I haven't tried it lately. They also have garlic bread- now THAT is AMAZING. I would definitely come just for that and the pasta if it's still good. Otherwise this place is pretty pricey, and the service is a bit slow. Visited this place bc of tiktok. We ordered a large 3 topping pizza w 10 wings and 3 cans of soda. We chose pickup bc we live in the neighborhood. We walked inside and our order was ready for us. The cashier was friendly and handed us our order. We got home and the box was steaming so we knew we were in for a treat. At first I was surprised at the appearance of the crust bc it looks burnt. It just added a charred flavor profile which complemented it. The pizza was a lil greasy so we used our paper napkins, but that was expected. I've always had to blot any and every pizza. I called to place a take out order, I asked for the chimichurri sandwich. It's really good but sometimes they're really cheap with the amount of meat they put on. Anyways, the guy asked what I wanted for a side and I said do you have Caesar salad? Which sounded like it annoyed him for some reason but whatever, he said just the dressing.
