Then made me wait in a waiting room while everybody else was outside watching their tires being fixed. When I became visibly annoyed, one of the guys behind the counter started cracking his knuckles and loosening his neck as if he were warming up for a fight. We had planned to get some tires for his vehicle from this place once his ac was fixed because it would be "right there". Since the parking lot was empty, I just pulled in to wait for him. A gentleman from Big Boy asked if I was there for them or the other place. When I said the other place, he asked me to move by medium sized SUC to one of the very tight 2 spaces directly in front of the other place. No one pulled in to this business while I was waiting. No one. What a way to be a good neighbor or welcoming to potential customers. It's not like I was parking, leaving, and going to the bar across the street. They won't get ANY of our business... for any of our three vehicles and we will let everyone that know that their customer service needs some work.
