Turkey creek with pimento cheese gluten free

Super amazing! Sweet staff and yummy food! My daughter and I shared gluten free turkey creek sandwich and she ate all my pimiento cheese! Grateful for an allergen friendly location!

Perfect menu for location. Food was good. We don't require a lot in the way of friendliness but the cashier exhibited indifference at best.... In her interactions with us and other customers she almost could've been considered rude..... the older food runner was about the same. We still had an enjoyable meal.

Skimpy dry overpriced piece of bread sandwich

$12 for seriously skimpy sandwich. The meat was dry. I live here, but should realize by now how tourist prices and quality work. There wasn't even enough meat to cover the bread, just pathetic.

Such a wonderful place with great ambiance and outdoor seating. Chef Brian knows what he is doing. The food and presentation are mouth-watering. Jen is the friendliest cashier ever. It was just such a magical day after a glorious hike with my partner. Those deviled eggs and that quiche--yum, yum!

    two sandwiches with potato chips

Wow this is a really delicious café, hidden gem! we had a curry chicken with mixed fruit inside on a croissant. Thick sliced ham with a deviled egg dressing, pickled onions on a multi grain bread. Compliments to the chef And friendly staff!

The tea selection is great and so good. The food is very fresh and delicious. You can tell they use only fresh quality ingredients. We have tried several things from the sandwiches and salads. The scones are so good with the lemon curd/cream/jam. We travel over an hour and don't regret it. Will definitely be back many more times.

I tried to go back this year, and am so appalled by the customer service (or lack thereof) that I will now give it 0 stars, so settled for two since I can't do two and a half. Yes, the food and ambiance were wonderful in 2025. I tried to book another afternoon tea party and called a month and a half in advance. This was to celebrate multiple birthdays with a group of busy moms so wanted to get it on the calendar. No one called me back despite the voicemail saying that we would hear back "promptly." I left two more messages in a span of two, three weeks and still nothing. I even emailed, no response. Finally, a friend stopped by in person and was told that the cafe would be short staffed the weekend we wanted the reservation for so the manager needs to see if there are enough people working before confirming. Okay....but why wouldn't you call back to tell me that? Our requested reservation is tomorrow and I still have not heard back from anyone. This is abysmal customer service. As mentioned, food was good but not good enough to treat potential customers like this. Hard pass from now on and will not go back or recommend. *Editing to respond to Victoria -- those were the dates I called and left voicemails. Perhaps there was a phone issue on your end, but I did not even get a missed call. My friend who stopped by in person spoke to a manager. She had to go by twice due to the manager not being available the first time. I also did not get an email response.

Dori and I were looking for lunch one day while visiting Boone, and ended up in FARM, mainly due to visiting Boone Belles right next door. What was an accidental encounter turned in a fantastically spiritual experience. Like all my write ups, I am giving my opinion based on the type of restaurant, service level expectation and the price. The business model is to feed everyone who walks in whether you can pay for it or not. You can eat for free, pay $10 (or as much as you like), buy food tokens to leave in the token jar (passing on a meal) or work off your food in the kitchen or helping out... again as much or little as you want. The atmosphere is what your would expect in a cafeteria with folks servicing you off the line. The food is fresh farm to table and you only pay $10 for your meal, of which they have few options and basically tell what you can order. ... the food for the price was exceptional. There were folks from all walks of life from well off families to homeless folks off the street. The tables are tight and few in number, but not so much to be instructive. They are close enough to do one of my favorite things, meeting people and hearing their stories. So eat, meet and move on to make room for others. You really can miss it if you do not know it's there...look for it tucked away between Boone Belles and the Horton Hotel. In summary, if you are looking for a different dinner adventure, a good meal for services and price, and want to do some good in the world please check out the FARM Restaurant.

We were greeted with friendly smiles when we entered the restaurant and after our conversation with a very friendly waitress, her name, Laurie, we decided on ordering some onion rings as an appetizer. For my main meal, I decided to get the fillet tips dinner with okra, and baked potato. My friend settled on their cheeseburger platter. When the onion rings came out, we started devouring them as they were simply delicious, one of the best tasting onion rings that I have eaten in a long time. The batter was light the seasoning was just perfect. Our dishes came out and my fillet tips, with grilled onions and finally chopped green peppers grilled, were delicious. The okra was crunchy tasty and delightful as well as my baked potato. My friend said her cheeseburger was excellent and we were very happy with our meal. We indulged also in their delicious homemade coconut cake, wow, what a treat that was! We certainly enjoyed ourselves and In The conversations we had with our waitress, Laurie, she just made everything perfect for our visit here! I will be returning again soon! A great hidden Diner indeed!
