I always go here when my dad is in town cause he drives his motorcycle. A fun spot with lots of different areas and live music a lot of times. The food is really good bar food and the drinks are strong. The service is always friendly. They also have a couple different merchant tents. I enjoy this place in the summer and seeing all the different bikes.

Had an amazing night with some local friends and made a bunch of new friends. First of this place is huge... Inside bar is roomy with lots of tables surrounding their famous Bentleys hog... a must photo opp... I waited til I had a few drinks in me! Outside bar is inside a tent area with more seating, we hung-out her for a bit. You could still hear the live band playing outside but we had some cool air and right next to the bar. There's a massive fire pit near the stage area too. Absolutely loved the atmosphere and people, so friendly. It's a backyard style courtyard with a bunch of your neighbors. Beer was delicious all night long cold and no waiting. Lone pine Portland pale ale was my go to. Also enjoyed the Bentleys beer and some Kona big wave. Bartenders were so much fun, they all seem to love what they do and make sure to talk with all their guests. It really becomes one big party. I didn't want to go!! Can't wait to go back!

A fun spot lots to see and do good food done well. Not hard to find easy enough to drive in and out of. Lots of space for when it gets busy. Nice friendly staff. A gift shop inside. There is a on sight motel.

Fun fall drink menu, fast friendly service and a classic 'biker' hang out feel. I ordered the lobster stew based on the 8 yr old photo on here - guessing lobster costs have significantly changed the amount they put in but the flavor was good (only reason for 4 stars). Gets busy fast and TONS of places to sit, I have no idea how the wait staff keeps it all straight! All around fun time.

Hi Friends, A seasonal biker bar/ event space nestled alongside route 1 between Portsmouth, NH & Portland, ME. Boogied out to Bentley's earlier this week while on other errands. Food was good, beverages were ice cold, and there was a free car show happening out front Legendary New England Supermodified ace (and 2 time Indy 500 competitor from the days when 50-60 cars tried to get into the 33 car field) Bentley Warren has taken a one room dive bar and added a motel, campgrounds, outdoor seating and a serious spot for live music. Busy on a Tuesday late afternoon, and full of friendly faces, both the staff and the clientele. You don't need to be a biker to enjoy the scene, seemed to be about an even split between bikers, gear heads and tourists. In fact, about the only real nod to the biker community was the sign declaring "Bentley's is a neutral space, biker colors are not welcomed".

Solid place with tasty food. Great waitress and waiters! It's also a very fun place with both outdoor and indoor seating!

Had a blast. The food was great and love the friendly biker bar. Good place for a date night with hubby. Had fun shooting pool. Fast and friendly service and can't wait to go back soon.

    Bar area with the pig

Super cool dive bar with really friendly people and live music. Be sure to get your picture with the pig (you can sit on it if you want, there's a ladder under the table)

We started the evening with cocktails which were very much to our liking, followed by a delicious appetizer of lobster risotto that we shared. We both ordered the short ribs which were mouthwatering and cooked to perfection that the meat fell off the bone. The servings were enough where we took the bones and whatever meat was left to make a delicious beef soup. Neither one of us were up for dessert but decided to get two to go, which we downed once we got home. And they were both delicious. In closing, I'd be remiss without saying a good word about our server Keila. She was warm, friendly, funny, and very attentive to our table. She made our night to enjoyable! Thanks you Keila ! If you loved Village Tavern under the previous owners, you should know that the beloved restaurant you remember no longer exists. The name is the same. The esthetic is the same. Some menu items even have the same names. But the experience is not. During our visit, the calamari, salmon, duck, and haddock were all cooked properly, yet each dish was surprisingly bland and forgettable. Many longtime favorites, including the wide selection of side dishes like the broccoli with blue cheese, are gone. This isn't a bad restaurant on its own merits. The problem is that it's trading on the reputation of something that no longer exists. What I find most puzzling is that the new owners kept the Village Tavern name while abandoning so much of what made it successful. When a restaurant has earned decades of loyalty, you would expect new ownership to preserve its strengths. Instead, it feels like they discarded the very things that built its reputation. I left disappointed, but mostly sad. A restaurant I once considered one of the best in Southern Maine is now simply pedestrian and overly priced. Former fans should adjust their expectations accordingly or avoid the disappointment altogether.

It seemed like a pub-type of place, and where we sat, it felt very secluded and private, which was kind of nice. I liked that there were not a lot of TVs everywhere and you were more focused on the conversation that you were having. I think that the only bad thing about the atmosphere is that there is not a lot of color in there, so it was not very interesting to look around. When we sat down, the waiter came to us right away, and she checked in on us a good amount of times. When we ordered, my parents got the Aztec bowl (witch is like a poki bowl), my sister and I split a pizza and the chicken ranch sandwich, and my other siblings got chicken fingers. When the food came out, it all looked really good; for example, the pizza came on a tray with a wooden handle. The food was pretty good. The pizza was really good, but the crust was a bit undercooked and the sandwich was super good. The chicken was crispy and it had a lot of good toppings on it. it also all came out pretty quick. Overall I would give Sebago a 4-star because the atmosphere was not that colorful and the pizza was a little bit undercooked, but still a great place to go as a family or just somewhere to go for fun.

Once you walk in and see the beautiful interior you really feel you're in a special place that not many people get to experience. We checked in 5 minutes before our reservation and our table was more quite ready so we found ourselves a couple seats at the bar. We did wait about 15/20 minutes for our table. Once we were seated, we were greeted with water and bread service. The homemade sourdough focaccia was incredible. I had to stop myself for reaching for piece number three. When looking at the menu, they have a couple different options. We loved the price is preset based upon your 3 or 4 courses. He completely disregarded the other guest and only focused on my drink order, which felt disrespectful. After taking my order and walking awaynot once but twice, when he returned I had to ask, "Are you not going to take her drink order?" The tuna sashimi was great and the carrots were good as well. However, something about the halibut tasted off. I work with fish daily, and this personally was not it. I had one bite and could not continue eating it. The server boxed up the halibut for me, but then tossed a to-go container onto the table for us to box our own dessert, which felt inconsistent with the level of service. The bartender was wearing an H&H raincoat and appeared to be drinking on the job, while other female staff members were scrolling on their phones. Overall, not a great first impression. The ambiance itself was nice, but when you make an 8:30 PM reservation and receive a text at 7:30 PM saying your table is ready, it feels a bit off-putting. I had asked beforehand if anything earlier was available and was told no, so I intentionally booked later for an evening experience. Then upon arrival, the restaurant was fairly empty. Within the first few minutes of us being there, the kitchen doors were closed and cleaning was happening all around us. It created an unpleasant atmosphere for what was supposed to be a social evening out and a little hoorah celebration, and nothing was acknowledged by staff. It was clear that reservation notes or comments in chat of reservation were not reviewed. Overall, not thrilled with the experience. Been there, done that -- one visit was enough for me/us unless that 49-year-old male server Charlie learns how to properly serve guests and the kitchen team start to season the food a bit better. Would have been nice if Charlie checked in with us more like he did the other tables hence the eaves dropping to know more about him and the place. 4/10 experience, will not be back which is a bummer.
