    The result of negligence at this service center

    WORST Toyota Service center in Arizona! Do yourself a favor and schedule your appointments at one of the many others in the Phoenix area. I went in for a routine oil change (the first one for my brand new $80K+ truck), picked up my truck a couple hours later, parked in my garage, and noticed a few hours later that my entire garage floor was covered in almost 8 liters of oil. I had to have my Brand new 2025 Tundra TRD pro towed back to the dealership and was without it for two days due to this happening on a Saturday. They ended up redoing their work, blamed it on a seal plug that they improperly installed, and claimed they would have a professional cleaner come out to clean my garage floor. Here we are at the end of the week and I still haven't got a call from a manager or a cleaning company either apologizing or scheduling an appointment to fix their fuck up. There was no offer to compensate me for my time or loss compensation for work. In fact, there wasn't any sort of goodwill gesture whatsoever. Joe Ramirez and his team are not who you want taking care of your vehicle. Stay away from this service center if you value your vehicle!

    Avondale Toyota was honest, had them in stock, and was forthright with pricing. Advertised at 33k and was priced at 33k for an Prius XLE.

    Had a very good and then meh experience at Berge Toyota. Overall Berge is a great dealership with excellent service, communication, and professionalism. I was impressed by the staff, showroom, layout, and experience from start to finish. Shoutout to Nico and Elijah! (They were five stars...I'd even say 10 stars when you compare them to Camelback or Right Toyota) The first time we arrived to check out a Corolla Hybrid SE which we we saw online on Toyota Smart Path at $27,324 (MSRP $25,940) The sales associate was very professional and let us test drive a similar model and make as the vehicle was still in transit. Afterward, we were presented a bloated initial package with protection, tinting, extended warranty, and gap insurance for 39k total out the door. After two rounds of negotiations, we got a very attractive offer for 33.5k. The second time I came out to check out the Prius LE I met with Ricardo the internet manager. The Prius was listed at $29,874 (MSRP $29,045) but from the get go I felt like I was getting hustled with the ADM here. (additional dealer markup) I was quoted 48k OTD on the first estimate with 6k in dealer add-ons and 6k in protections/warranties. I was told that was the new MSRP and there were plenty of others who would take this price if I didn't like it. The second offer of 40k was a bit better but he still couldn't tell me why I was being charged so much in dealer markup and add-ons other than that it was mandatory. I tried to reject his 3k paint protection and his 2.5k door guards and he became very irritated. The mandatory markups here left a sour taste in my mouth with the amount of gouging Berge and Toyota were doing because they could. (Experienced this elsewhere at Camelback, Right and Earnhardt as well. Avondale and Penske do not seem to resort to these tactics) On the plus side, they are one of the more transparent dealers in Phoenix in terms of pricing to you which is nice as others don't even include pricing sheets unless you want to sign. (Make sure to look at FIO and DIO on your term sheet though as they tried initially to stuff the 1st estimate with as much product as possible. Factory included option/Dealer included option) The downside is they are very aggressive with their ADM markups. Can't beat Toyota of Avondale who will treat you right and get you a good price without the games. (Funnily enough, I was offered two different Prius LE & XLE's with addon's included there for MSRP at 33k & 35k)

When I asked what I owed, he smiled and said, "I didn't do anything--no charge." I was honestly taken aback. It's rare to meet someone who leads with genuine care instead of trying to make a quick transaction. This kind of integrity stays with you. I highly recommend this shop and will absolutely return.

We have informed them the exact problem now they come up with an excuse . They will find ways to try to make more money or they don't know what they're doing. Be careful with businesses like this . So we thought since they work on our Aircon and after a week not working it will under 5 years it's not even a week and comes up with new findings and charging me $600 . If they are that good they should have seen the problem from Initial inspection. The problem was exactly the same sir. Unless they charge me for the fan that was not needed . Also second time around they are charging me for another air con inspection fee what a joke, they are taking the piss . They should change the name to Bad Works . It's probably their family or friends or them did all the good reviews . I doubt all those good reviews . Pls check video and pictures as when I came in first time it was exactly in the same state.

    I originally chose Christian Brothers on McQueen and Guadalupe because they appeared organized,…read moredetail-oriented, and professional. I purchased four tires for my Ford Transit work van and trusted their recommendation, assuming they were providing the correct tires for the vehicle. Less than a year later, one of the tires began splitting. I took the van to another shop that was closer because I did not feel safe driving all the way back to their shop. It was at the new shop where I was informed that the tires installed on my van were not properly rated to handle the weight of the vehicle and should not have been installed in the first place. I contacted Christian Brothers to explain the situation and was told I would need to drive the van back to their shop -- despite the damaged tire -- for them to determine whether anything would be covered under warranty. While I was getting the quote elsewhere to replace all four tires, Christian Brothers called back and offered a slightly lower price if I purchased another full set through them. In the end, the difference was only about $100 compared to the other shop. A shop I had never even used before, and that was the cost with no additional warranties or discounts (like Christian Brothers was claiming to be giving me). They stated they were giving me tires at cost and not charging for labor, not true. They tried to make it seem like they were doing me some huge favor by giving me such a small discount. Their front desk employee, Eric was as "helpful" as he could be throughout the process, but overall should have pushed harder with his upper management to resolve this. They should have completely comped the price of the old tires as this was their, dangerous mistake. Now they're not only making money off of me but also causing me to lose additional money by missing work to fix a problem they caused. I'm extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled, especially considering the original tires that they chose were improper for a work van like mine. All of this resulted in me needing to purchase two sets of tires within a single year!!! I expressed to them that being without my van would result in loss of money as it is my work vehicle. They had no concern for my time, money and no sense of urgency to resolve the situation that they caused. I had to leave my vehicle with them for more than a day the first time and again overnight the second time. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!
