When I called in for our quarterly, I was told that Kenny "no longer works there." Well, they lost a gem. Frank came out now and he was a total pleasure to meet and to have do the service. He was incredibly respectful, totally professional and certainly knowledgeable. He did a very thorough job of covering our challenging areas and hot spots. Now that Kenny is no longer with Berrett (really curious about what's behind that as he was superb - the best we'd ever had!!), I'll hope now to have only Frank take care of our quarterly treatments going forward. read more

Having a HUGE problem with ticks in my area. Had them come out to spray inside and outside was the best decision ever! They were super helpful. Definitely an affordable price. I live in an apartment that does free pest control but they suck. They only spray for roaches in 4 spots in the home and care about nothing else. I definitely will keep paying Berrett for the services cause of how amazing they are. They will definitely go to any place I move to. If I could give more than five stars I would. read more

I have had a horrible experience with this company. I used their quarterly preventive service for my rental property for years, and the house has become completely infested with rodents/pests. I had another company come out to help advise the issue and they found the main point of entry on the roof which Berrett had failed to ever notice. It's difficult to get someone helpful when you call, it's a different person every time, you're on hold forever, they say a manager will call you back but they don't. They say they will give you a refund but it never shows up. I do not recommend working with them. read more

Have used this company at my last two houses and keep giving them chances to do the right thing but customer service doesn't seem to be a priority for them. THREE times they have failed to close the gate to my backyard. The first time my Great Dane got loose and was almost struck by a car. Their response was "we will put it in the notes to be sure it doesn't happen again." The SECOND time all three of my dogs got out and a man tried to attack one with a shovel. It took us five hours to get him back and we found him by following his bloody footprints. AGAIN we were told "we'll put it in the notes." The THIRD time all three dogs got loose and were 100 yards from a 4 lane highway when caught. Guess the response..."we will put it in the notes." Supposedly the branch manager was going to call me Monday, that didn't happen. I do not think it is too much to ask for grown adults to close a gate, very simple task. Especially when they know you have pets living back there because they asked you to put them up for service. A triple oversight is completely inexcusable. I also think a "sorry, we will make a note" doesn't cover it after THREE times. So I cannot stress enough if you are looking for a group of careless and inconsiderate individuals then Berret is the place for you. If customer service and attention to detail is important to you then choose literally ANYONE else. Also, we had to call all the time for them to come back because we seemed to always have "pests" even after treatments. read more

This company is a scam! They charge your credit card every month $42.22 and only come once a quarter??? I had to call them up to get them to come back to get the bugs under control in my new home! When they arrived for ONLY the 2nd time they told me they could not spray the inside of my house because his equipment was stolen?? What kind of company is this that charges you constantly and does not do the job you pay them for! I called up asking for a manager to call me and no call back! This company is a joke! This is absolutely the most inconsiderate unprofessional company. I have had more than five appointments randomly cancelled DAY OF without notice, no contact, nothing. Then they put it on the customer to reschedule a new appointment which could be weeks out. They tell you that this is something that doesn't happen all the time which it happened to me five times in the past six months. They will confirm the appointment through a text message the day before your appointment. But then the day of it's like a ghost town and you don't hear a word. And then you have to call and make a new appointment. But who knows if they'll actually show up. My very first appointment I had to call the manager because the guy that showed up took my phone number from my account and started texting me inappropriate messages. I didn't realize until I was five months into this that you could have monthly sprayings done (for bugs) but they don't tell you that. I had to ask for them to come back out because I saw cockroaches and they said "well you're paying for the service you can get a monthly free spray". Again I was not informed until months into the service that I was already paying for. I don't know how this place is still running but this place is down to waste your time and money. read more

They trapped a cat,., possum, and one out of 5 raccoons. The flashing they put over the holes where the raccoon chewed through a wall were patched and kept the coon. out. I was given good recommendations to help keep them out. The manager was helpful and customer oriented. FYI they do not do any animal clean up. read more

First 6 months or so, everything was fine. I would even make an effort to tip their techs. Then they stopped giving us advanced notifications on the day they were scheduled to show up. They had always called an hour to half hour ahead on the scheduled day. Then they just stopped trying to come inside the house. We had repeating ant and wasp infestations in the yard. They did nothing preventative, just reactive and even that was half assed at best. Typical of businesses now days, do anything to get in the door and nothing once they get there. read more
