My kids love their açaí bowls, so we've been on a mission to try a bunch of local spots. Berry brand has been the best we have found. They have the most variety of bases and toppings. Everything is always fresh. Service is always fast and efficient. Store front and bathroom is clean. The one draw back that I find here is there are no tables. Yes it is small and they do have a standing high top that you could use. We typically just eat in our car. Despite this, it is still our favorite açaí bowl place and we keep coming back for more. read more

Menu is up and written on the board so it explains everything to the T. But they do have options of their signature bowls. I built my own. 12oz is $10... you are allowed to sample the base which is great because I never had ube and it was actually tasty . Sweet and I like sweet . The girl who helped us was super sweet. Great service. First photo is half ube and açaí with strawberries, bananas, blueberries , I also got hemp granola, sweet coconut and almonds , banana chips . Second photo has açaí base with just hemp granola , bananas, strawberries and blueberries . Very good.... I definitely will come back . Also just want to say the place is very clean . I liked how you could mix the base for the bowl and I got to try their acai and ube base. I personally liked their acai base better base: acai, ube, coconut chia pudding and they have unlimited toppings this was their smallest size read more

It was BERRY good! The açaí bowls + unlimited toppings so the possibilities are endless! It was so refreshing!!! There was no line when I went and there was plenty of free parking available. Service was awesome. There were 3 ladies that assembled my bowl. It is located in a quiet plaza with not a lot of foot traffic. Very easy to find! read more

This is my favorite acai bowl place hands down! I love their ube base since it's not artificial tasting and SO SO creamy. 4 stars primarily for the bowls. We got acai and ube bases. The ube was really good, acai also good and both not too sweet which is great. Fruit were fresh, good healthy toppings. I could barely finish a small bowl myself and was able to skip lunch. The bowls feel healthier due to all the healthy toppings you can choose and the fact the bases are not overly sweet like other places. The service was ... ok. They greeted as people came in but that and the way they talk to customers seems very forced and monotone. They didn't really smile but weren't rude either. They just seemed like teenagers being forced to be at work? I see a lot of reviews about their staff's customer service so hopefully the owners will work on that. Or not.... Lol doesn't really matter to me. There is a location in Tustin closer to where we live so we are going to go there! read more

This place had the most unique acai flavors that included ube! I decided to try that and wow it was so flavorful. The texture of the base was creamy and it was my first time having acai like this. Everything was so fresh here and the strawberries were huge too. Friendly atmosphere and even though it was packed, line went by quick. read more

My new favorite açaí bowl place! I'm only sad it isn't closer to home but everything else from the ordering process to finishing the whole bowl was so good! They let you try samples of the bases which is very nice especially if you are building your own bowl. I love all the variety of bases they offer from açaí to chia puddings and even dragon fruit! The fruits are fresh. Lots of seed, granola, and drizzle toppings available too. Very casual vibes, indoor seating area if you want to enjoy right then and there. Plenty of parking in the plaza. read more

I've been here a few times and love it. I like that their menu isn't so complicated! Don't get me wrong I love choices for toppings but some places get a little wild and it's overwhelming. The menu is straight forward and the açaí is amazing. Double win! The employees are nice and usually get the order together quickly. The inside is small but cute. Been coming here since they opened for the 2 bases: ube dream and coconut dream. The combo creates such a calming and delicious base, and I usually go with almond butter, goji berries, hemp granola, coconut chia, and agave as my toppings. They have 3 options for fruits: banana, strawberries, and blueberries. Service was friendly. There was a line when I arrived on a Sunday, but it moved pretty quickly. read more

I like Berry Brand, it's super customizable. I like to order online and pick it up so I can really think about my choices. Berry Brand is basically living in the future of Acai bowls. When I visit my local Acai bowl place it is very simple, what's your base and what's your topping. However, at Berry Brand you are customizing everything. What's your base, fruit, pudding, type of granola and topping and also anything else you want. The inside is small and super simple, almost like the chipotle of Acai bowls. Although I don't have a lot of interaction with the people who work here they are always very nice. I will return, my only wish is that I remember to bring an ice pack if I am bringing it home so that it doesn't melt. Better yet if they sold a small frozen pack I would probably pay for it. read more

My go to acai place in the Cerritos area! The shop is small and there's an only a few seats available for seating. There's usually a line, especially during the summer when an acai bowl sounds the best, so I like to place my order online to save time. My only complaint is that they aren't as generous with the fruit toppings. It's in a little plaza next to a liquor store and the busiest shop in the plaza. I've always been able to find parking. read more

I tried to redeem my rewards points for a free bowl at Berry Brand Cerritos. The cashier said it had to be done before paying. I did, but they still wouldn't let me use 100 points, even though I have 200. I've never heard of having 200 points and not being able to use them. I've never had an issue with Berry Brand before, and it's still my favorite place to get a bowl. read more

I got a half acai base and half mango base. I also sampled the ube base and that one is good too, just a little on the sweeter side. The base itself is okay, seemed a bit frozen. But the toppings were what I really liked. The granola was crunchy, the fruits were fresh and I liked that they had the option of matcha chia seed pudding. That was good too. read more

Açaí had a nasty freezer burn flavor. Barely any granola that was a thin layer at the bottom. Matcha oatmilk was horrible. Flavor was off and had a grayish gutter water appearance. Berry Brand is located in a small strip plaza. The plaza only consists of a couple shops so it's easy to find parking. Unfortunately, there is no seating. It's more of a grab and go type of place. I ordered the 12oz with 1/3 acai and 2/3 coconut cream as my base. For toppings I had hemp granola, all three fruits (strawberry, blueberry, abd banana), toasted coconut, almonds, agave, almond butter, cocoa powder, and cinnamon. Ive been here plenty of times - I love how consistent this place is and that I have the option to create my own bowl. It ensures that I'll like it every time. I really enjoy the açaí bowls here--they're always so good! However, I've noticed that a couple of the staff members tend to come off a bit unapproachable and not very welcoming. As a small business owner myself, I really value good customer service and the experience it creates, so it's something I naturally pay attention to. Please hire friendlier staff or retrain them (is it possible to train someone to be NICE LOL) because the bowls are so good but I don't know if I want to come back now. . Anyone else recommend açaí bowls near here ? read more

Not sure what I wanted to eat for breakfast, though I have these ingredients at home I thought since I'm going to to Ve in the Streets shopping and head on over to wood fore grill in LB in about an hour -Im just going make it a yelping event. This location has been several things (I believe I've yelped about 4times)... I scrolled through the photos everything seemed tasty & appealing ,but similar the same . until o walked inside and looked at the menu to see what ingredients are in what so I decided to opt out for the California bowl. I walked in but I wouldn't read it, so I let them know they don't want any Callie bowl cashiering me up and sheets in my telephone number and that was in that ,topped $1 and asked for her name. As you guys are aware from my previous post and yes I'm very big on customer service and service and then I'm gonna start doing is not a thing anymore until I get my full service and then provide ship I realize that something beforehand sometimes gives me a bad experience and you're a few photos of inside young lady help me her name was Keilani.(hope that's how I spell it) However, she did ask if I wanted a lid for my cup. My phone was very delicious by the way the first 2-3bites were very good no music was playing . Clean establishment Nice Cute but simple decor. The stars I Gave are Im re: to customer service My bowl I could've opted out for the sweet hard caco nibs or a black chocolate chips little bit hard for my teeth. This location is spacious, with enough open space, but I still haven't had a chance to find a good seat to suit down& enjoy my acai, so I took it to enjoy at a park. I wanted to look for a healthy option other than smoothies so I thought to get the acai bowl here. The two workers were cordial initially... I was excited to get their unlimited toppings of fruits, nuts, seeds so I ordered the biggest bowl. However, I started to wonder as I wake out of there, why couldn't I get more fruits/nuts like I have seen so many pictures.... I felt it's kind of expensive looking at the flat top Though this location is close to home, I will need to look for a store that will truly give me unlimited toppings ... if there's a location that actually do that. read more

Visited: 5/26/25 I gave this place three stars for several reason. The service was quick despite it being busy, which was nice. However, the girl that was attending my friend and I was not friendly at all. When I asked for extra toppings I was given attitude. Mind you, I had a lot of space for extra topping since I only got bananas. Also, while the worker was serving us we over heard her tell her coworker, "why is there so much people." And her coworker replied, "this is why I request Memorial Day off." All in all, the owners need better staff and people who actually care about customer service! read more

Had this place bookmarked for a while (esp after trying Island Bodega), but just got around to trying this place out the other day due to being sick and not having any appetite in this heat. I've actually been here once before it was Berry Brand. It was a coffee shop, so not sure if this is the same owner or if this spot was sold off to this new business. Nonetheless, small but super cute place...got greeted as I walked in. There were some people enjoying their bowls there with just one person in front of me. What I appreciated about Berry Brand was how they made it easy for newbies such as myself not feel overwhelmed/stressed by the neverending options starting from base to toppings since they had about 6 (?) fixed bowls to choose from. I remember at Island Bodega the poor girl had to spend so much time explaining the ordering process to me and thankfully she was so patient...but here I was able to look at their curated bowls and pick! I went for the Ube Dream because I will always go for Ube if it's available. Haha. Ube Dream was THE dream! I loved how it tasted like an Ube ice cream (I hope it's healthy??) and all the toppings went well for the most part. The strawberries were on the sour side, so thinking strawberry season has not fully kicked off yet. Everything was very fresh (though my crazy laser-eye noticed there was a small lint on my granola, but didn't feel bothered by it). After I got my bowl, the line started to get really long and I overheard everyone else opting for the Acai base, so not sure if that's because the Ube base is not as healthy, but I left with no regrets. Next time, I may ask for half Acai and half Ube just to make myself feel healthier. Haha. Will definitely be back. =) read more

I was a bit hesitant to give them a try because I had never had Berry Brand before and wasn't sure if I was going to like them. I'm extremely picky when it comes to acai bowls. Most of the time, I end up disappointed when I try new places out. I'm from San Diego so I already have a couple of spots where I prefer to get my acai bowls. My husband and I happened to be in town and I was craving an acai bowl. He took me here and I thought to myself, "this actually looks good so hopefully it tastes good too!" I ended up getting their "breakfast bowl" and was so impressed with it. I absolutely loved everything about it. It was packed with so much flavor. I can't wait to be able to have another one. When I arrived at my meeting, I discovered that three custom bowls were missing. For an order of this size and value, this level of carelessness is unacceptable. I reached out to Blue Bowl and gave them the opportunity to make this right, but they refused to rectify the mistake. Poor customer service is one thing, but failing to take responsibility after being given the chance to resolve the issue is even more disappointing. I expected much better from a business that charges premium prices. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I can't recommend Blue Bowl.

Today, I stopped by to get my usual energy bowl and was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from the two new employees working there. When I arrived, I was not greeted at all. I stated that I wanted a 16oz energy bowl, and one of the employees looked at me and said, "What?" in a dismissive tone. I repeated my order, and she exchanged a disapproving look with her coworker before giving me a menacing expression that made the entire interaction feel unnecessarily uncomfortable and unprofessional. I have been a loyal customer, coming almost every workday since this location first opened. Unfortunately, I've noticed the quality of service steadily declining over time. The previous staff members were consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and they always remembered my regular order, which made coming here a pleasant experience. This recent visit has made me seriously reconsider whether I'll continue supporting this business. I stopped by Berry Brand in Cerritos and tried their customized acai bowl--it was absolutely delicious! The fruits were super fresh, and I really appreciated how friendly the workers were.
