It's been a minute since I've been to Bertucci's, but I'm glad to see that their pizza is still good. The restaurant was busy this particular Friday night, but we were still seated within a reasonable 30-25 minutes. So on with it... the pizza was good. My friend and I both ordered small pizzas - she got the Tuscan vegetable with eggplant and other stuff. Mine was essentially the same - with chicken and no eggplant. I enjoyed both. Toppings were perfectly roasted and flavorful. Crust was thin with the right amount of crispy and chewy. Good service too. Our server Wayne was friendly and attentive.

I used to come here on the regular years ago. It had a great brick oven Pizza, but lately both the quality of the ingredients as well as the quality of the service has degraded. The mozzarella is tasteless, and the once satisfying chunky tomato sauce now tastes nearly as sour as lemons. The crust can range from its original satisfying airiness to the thin, more bland crust edges that have no depth. The sauce and the cheese EASILY fall off of the pizza if you're not careful. Be ready to experience intense hand burns from sliding sauce and toppings. The customer service was poor. The manager here (who I haven't seen in some time) blatantly lied to me after we (a family member and I) waited over an hour for our pizza, saying that it was only 15 minutes and contradicting our accurate count of time. (The method involved recalling back to the time of arrival as we were seated quickly, and the time it was when we began to complain.) The manager had an arrogant tone, defending his contradictory statements while placing the burden of responsibility on us for leaving when the pizza was just made. This establishment is a disappointment and it appears that its hiring practices prefer quantity over quality while also disrespecting its own legacy.

Wings were fine. Shrimp Rossini was okay as is but benefitted from extra seasonings the server brought.

Inside looks clean... service is dry... food is borderline okay. The complimentary rolls were fresh and hot. I asked for ranch and they said they were out of it smh... I ordered a cheese pizza. I'd rather buy a frozen pizza next time. My friend ordered lasagna and was not excited about it. Waste of money... very overpriced

Floors are in need of repair.

Oh how I miss the golden days of Bertucci's. Hubby and I brought the kids here since they were babies, and we all still love the brick oven style pizza they are famous for. This location and the Columbia one are the most popular in the Baltimore area. In 2018, Bertucci's filed for Ch.11 and we are prepared for the worst. I was happy to hear that they were sold and continued to hang in there. But since this time, the building has taken a real dive--from the outside in. As you pull into the parking lot, you will see a building that could use a fresh coat of paint and awnings that are covered in black grime. A power wash might help. The floor between the double door entryway is in terrible shape. The foyer is run down. The tables are well worn and the carpet is too. The rest rooms have seen much better days. Not many customers were here on their "Two for Tuesday" night. I still don't know how they are staying afloat. It's gotta be the carry out that is carrying them. They have a pretty extensive menu of Italian dishes ( think Olive Garden), but the pizza is the main event here. This time, the service was great-we have had this young waiter before and he's excellent. Bread was fresh this time (recently it's been hit or miss). The salad was just okay; they've always skimped on the tomato and cucumbers while overloading you with lettuce. The pizzas--one was to take home were correctly made and as tasty as they should be. The waiter timed the take home order do it was ready to go when we were. It's really sad to see the place looking this worn and in need of a makeover. Maybe COVID has continued to hurt sales, and the store esthetics will have to take a backseat while they try desperately to keep doors open. Yes, we are loyal to Bertucci's pizza. But if it gets much worse, I'm not sure if I will want to dine inside.

We ordered two 16" pizzas--the Parmigiana Chicken and the Napoli--plus 14 wings. The wings were laughably small and wildly overpriced, but that doesn't even scratch the surface of how bad this experience was. I was excited to try this place. The reviews were glowing, the photos looked incredible, and we chose Bruno's specifically to celebrate New Year's Eve with my partner. What a mistake. Both pizzas were completely ruined. Burnt, tough, dry, and utterly flavorless. They looked nothing like the pictures in the reviews--almost no sauce, overcooked to the point of being inedible, and closer to stale cheesy cardboard than pizza. If this is "authentic," then authenticity has a serious problem. For a moment, we genuinely wondered if we had been given someone else's order or sent food from the wrong restaurant. But no--this was Bruno's. The same Bruno's people are apparently losing their minds over. What's most insulting is that someone saw these pizzas, knew they were overcooked, and sent them out anyway. Charging full price for food this bad feels deceptive at best. When you compare what we received to the photos other reviewers have posted, it honestly feels like a bait-and-switch. Never again. I'll happily drive to Pasta Mista in Towson from now on--the only place around here that seems to understand what pizza is actually supposed to be.

We met friends for dinner on a Saturday evening. First, we like BYOB with no corkage fee. They were very busy, so we were glad that we came a little early so that we only had to wait a few minutes to secure a booth. My husband and I split a Prosciutto & Mozzarella Classic 10 inch N.Y. Sub, which was loaded with thinly sliced Italian prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, Roma tomatoes, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, mayo spread, and a drizzle of balsamic with a side order of French fries. This is truly a sub full of flavor. Our friend started off with an Arancino. If you are wondering what an Arancino is, it is an iconic Sicilian rice ball, typically stuffed, breaded, and deep-fried to a golden crisp that has been around since the 10th century. Here at Tony's, they are a flash fried rice ball, stuffed with ground beef, peas and mozzarella with tomato sauce on the side. He also had a Stromboli (a pizza dough stuffed and rolled with pepperoni, sausage, ham, fried onions, green peppers, pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese.) His wife enjoyed the Eggplant Parmesan (three pan-fried Italian eggplant pieces covered with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, baked to perfection, served with spaghetti.) Both dishes were generous in size. We all thoroughly enjoyed being transported to Italy this evening.

Honeyyyyy The pizza was made to perfection 20/20!!!!! It was so good! Getting a true NYC slice you want to make sure it's left in the oven a little longer to ensure crispy edges and crust. Some may not notice or even care but sauce matters!!! Tony's sauce on this pizza was great. I snagged a menu and definitely plan to return to try some other items. I've got my eye on that cheesesteak and the chicken parm sub! I'll be sure to update yall when we do that! Anytime I'm missing home, I know Tony's will fill that void! I felt like I got what I wanted here…read more The pizza is about average or slightly above -- The crust is leaning towards the thin side but still with rise, doughy/bready with some chew to it. The rind leaves a little to be desired. I feel like a pizza is all about balance - The sauce, cheese, toppings, and crust should all work together in harmony. I think Pizza Sauce's pizza did that. The crust wasn't too salty as some place's are; the sauce was tomato-y tart, the cheese was standard slightly salty "mutz". Everything came together well - though maybe not memorable, and not placing in any top 10 in my book. This is not to say the pizza is bad by any means. I would rate this above Papa John's. The dining area is large, clean, and spacious amplified by the wall of mirrors -- and with a TV. The clerk was more interested talking to the crew in back than staying out front. While I would eat here again, I would try one of the many offerings nearby first. 3.5 stars rounded upwards to 4.

Ambiance is the same, service is the same, but the offerings? I'm sure there are menus but I didn't see any. There were 3 pre-made pizzas ready to sell by the slice but not the 7-15 options from yesteryear. The pizza ovens have been replaced with conveyer belt ovens. Likewise, the quality went from great to "well, it's food". I don't know how but the pizza looks and tastes like a good frozen. Serving size is great, cheese is acceptable, dough is meh, sauce is meh.
