I was visiting from out of state and forgot my glasses. Andrew was able to assist me and getting a beautiful set of frames and lenses that were ready in just a few hours. This place is great! Originally went there because of the location but was very happy with the visit. The staff is very helpful. The office is very comfortable and the doctor is amazing! After we had our prescription we looked at frames and was helped by a great salesman who wasn't pushy and knew how to answer all of our questions. I started seeing Dr. Sabrina Graziano-Shively a few months back, and she is just absolutely lovely. She is very professional and informative, but also incredibly personable and kind. The office is beautiful as well. Very modern, with state-of-the-art equipment as others have described, but also incredibly warm, comfortable and welcoming. Appointments haven't been difficult to get either. I recently had an emergency eye issue, and they were able to get me in within the hour. I am a new patient of Dr Sabrina Graziano, I found her here on Yelp and made an appoint based on good reviews and nice photos. I was not disappointed! She got me in right away, the next day after I called. The office is new, modern, and in good taste. She greeted me herself and took care to find me the best deal with my insurance. I told her I was having trouble with my contacts and having dry eyes, and she took the time and gave me real advice and tried to help me solve the problem, as well as giving me a normal exam. I cannot emphasize how good of an experience I had here. Dr Graziano is very warm. She is easy to talk to and always takes the time to explain what is wrong with my vision and how she plans to fix it. She had to do a pressure check and I am very bad with things in my eyes lol. I was embarrassed but Dr Graziano was very patient with me and told me it would be okay lol. This is a very family friendly optometry office. It is also very CLEAN as well. Going to optometrist was always a hassle. I have two girls and we would sit in the waiting room sometimes an hour waiting for an appointment we've had for weeks! Took a chance on Be Spectacled and was completely happy with the experience, including how soon I could get the appointment, the exam and getting glasses for my family. All three of us had an appointment the day after I called (my old optometrist said it would be over a month!) The office was nice, not that institutional feel a lot of places have. The equipment was really cool and state of the art. However, power went out on that side of town (which included my house). But, Dr. Graziano-Shrively didn't miss a beat and pulled out her backup equipment and kept on going. She even did a more thorough exam than we have ever had! I take these appointments serious; I'm not messing around with our vision. Great selection of glasses, so my girls like, and more importantly, will wear their glasses. Andrew was super helpful and professional, both during the glasses selection process and after the glasses we ordered came in. He even gave me tips for selecting the right frames for shape of our faces. I won't go anywhere else. For those who aren't on the eastside, I would tell you the drive is well worth it. I have always went to LensCrafters, but they stopped accepting my insurance. So I must say I was nervous when taking my daughter to a place I have never been before. I was soo impressed with everything about the office that when it came time for my eye exam, I knew I would be going here as well. Kyle was the Dr. who took care of me. I was seen here for the first time on April 19th for contact prescription. Even though I told them over the phone what I needed, they didn't disclose that my insurance would not cover the contact fitting. I explained to the doctor that I've been on the same brand of contacts for years, she insisted to try the "dailies", so I did. I didn't like them at all. They had me come in one more time and changed the trial contacts to a different brand and when I asked for my prescription they said I had to wait another week or so. So after paying my deductible plus about $80 for the contact fitting and waiting 2 weeks, I still don't have a prescription. I called on April 30th to get a copy of my prescription. They called me back at 5:15pm and said they would have it the next day. I waited till noon and called them again, this time they emailed me the "prescription". When I open the document, it's BLANK! So here I go again, I called them again. They finally email it, just to find out they gave me the wrong prescription!! It's now May 3rd and I am still waiting for a contact prescription. read more

From the minute I walked into the office the front office I was greeted by a young lady (sorry I didn't get her name) who was very pleasant and nice. I felt very comfortable and the office is beautiful and very clean. Then Dr. Sabrina Graziano came out and took me back and did all the test on me herself. She was so sweet, kind and extremely professional. She explained everything in detail. After the exam was done she introduced me to Andrew to help find me some glasses. He was just as nice and professional. He even took time out of his day to fix my glasses that were bought at Lenscrafters.(Which I really appreciated) I was so impressed by him.
