After the test drive, Sam (the father) made a great deal even better by offering me the car for a lower price than was listed online. I decided to sleep on it. The next morning, I saw another 2013 ES350 online priced for $2k more WITH a rebuilt title, so I knew I couldn't pass up on the detail. I messaged Ari (the son) to let him know I'd be coming in the buy the car if the offer was still on the table. When I got there, Sam told me he was a man of his word and that he'd honor the killer deal he offered me the day before. I cannot speak for a dealership I did not do business with, but have read Yelp and Google reviews. I bought a good used car here three years ago, and outside of oil changes and a few added fluids the car has gotten me to work and back home every time. Lucino and his family hand pick every car they sell. Although they are higher priced, they are worth it, because you can count on them. And should something go wrong, Lucino is quick to offer a free fix or at worst, charge a reasonable labor fee at cost, which would be rare if it should happen-- in other words, Lu is a cherry picker, and he likes cream puffs, both of which you will find here, but at this "grocer" of cars, there are no lemons. Lucino also finances in house for those who cannot go through the banks like me, and for that I am very grateful because nobody really likes taking the bus, and often the car will get you there four to five times faster.
