Jason owns this company, and also owns what he's selling. N - Novel. It was a novel experience to work with someone so genuine. S - Sincere. No airs here. C - Capable. Jason knows Minis. His lot represents the best out there. I - Informed. Ask him anything. E - Easy going. No pressure sales. You decide. N - Nice. So very nice :) T - Truthful. He will answer your queries honestly. I - Integrity. You can't help but feel he has a moral compass. O - Open. He is willing to listen to asks and act on them. U - Unique. He truly is unlike any other car dealer we've experienced. S - Sociable. You'll feel like you've known him forever. Of note, we purchased a 2009 Mini. Our expectation was not that we were buying a brand new car, but rather a car that was in good condition that we would continue to maintain. So far, that is what we have. read more

We have now done business with this dealership twice, and unfortunately, both experiences ended the same way: we were given checks for payment, and both checks bounced. We have repeatedly tried to contact them to resolve the issue, but now they are not answering our calls or responding to our messages. We understand that mistakes can happen, but refusing to communicate and leaving a company unpaid after receiving services is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. We are posting this review because our attempts to resolve this privately have been ignored. We strongly recommend getting payment secured before doing business with this dealership. I normally don't waste my energy writing negative reviews, but prospective Mini owners need to know about this clown show. I purchased a low mileage R53 from this business. The purchase was the typical used car experience run around with promises that were only met after continuously bothering them to accomplish the items. I asked them straight up was everything working on the car? Of course the answer was yes! The first issue was the AC wasn't working. Another trip back to Seattle. I felt I could trust the mechanics here. I brought it back and paid them $1600 for odds and ends and a full inspection to make sure everything was correct. After paying them the $1600 with "yep, all good!", the car started overheating 5 miles from the shop. After opening the hood, nobody bothered to tighten, let alone check the coolant level! Really??? Basic stuff! I had to have the car towed to Seattle Mini for an engine inspection to make sure no damage was done. Fortunately the engine was not damaged, but multiple other issues were discovered including a coolant reservoir leak, and lower control arm bushings torn and tearing. $5000 later the car is operating. My advice, get an inspection done before buying here. They won't touch my car again!!!! BTW Seattle Mini was excellent with stellar customer service and even a loaner car. read more

The warranties have always been honoured and even looked out for on my behalf, they have always found time for me even on a last-minute basis, the prices are honestly excellent given the current market. Jason will work with you and honours you in the process. Buying a car is typically an anxiety-filled experience, but when I went through the process with him it was quick and seamless. Plus, the warranty and maintenance services I receive are very affordable -- I've shopped around and Northwest Euro continues to be the lowest price and the best customer experience you'll find in Seattle for your MINI. They've given me tons of education and advice when I've needed it, they are transparent and have always demonstrated integrity in every interaction we have shared as well as with every customer I've seen them work with. The Services Manager, Todd, has been so supportive in teaching me things I don't know, and they've all gone out of their way to take care of me when others would have either turned me away until an undisclosed date or charged me an insane amount. My MINI runs as smoothly as the first day I took it home. Given that I am a bit nervous by nature, it has been a huge relief to my life that I've never had to worry about my vehicle as I trust their work, and they'd be available to me in minutes should something ever come up. They seem like they really value a fun and inviting atmosphere so waiting in the office for services, etc., has never felt like a chore. I recommend this shop to literally every person who tells me they are in search of a new vehicle. read more

Northwest Euro - 2012 MINI Sport Turbo - Used Car Dealers Near Me - Seattle, Washington

Jason made the entire process a mess and didn't need to be. I went in and purchased a 2011 spice orange Mini Convertible and I immediately fell in love with it and named her Chandler. The process was quick however the plates took a while. A week later I noticed a burning smell and acceleration issues, I brought it in to them for repairs which they did for free probably because he was aware of it's issues prior to my purchase, however they were bandaid fixes and the car experienced total engine failure about a month later unexpectedly. He first told me he repaired the oil housing but later said he didn't do that but it was the catalytic converter that was replaced. The shop I took it to said there was no way that I could have caused that level of damage to the vehicle in the short time I owned it. The pistons were shot, stuck in limp mode, vaccuum issues and misfiring which they said would require an internal engine rebuild or a new engine. The shop told me the issues I brought it into the dealership for were clear signs of that impending engine failure the dealership should have caught. I asked the owner, Jason, for service report mulitiple times which he refused to provide. I reached out to the owner about this and asked for repairs since the shop didn't have the tools to do that level of repairs, he led me to believe it wasn't worth fixing and offered a trade. I brought the car in January and handed him the service notes from the shop for review and reimbursement. He didn't even look at it and tossed it aside and said "they don't know shit" and offered a laughably low price for the old car which brought me to tears, it meant I sunk 4k into a car I only drove for a couple of months, without even bothering to look at the car at all when I requested him to saying "it could be a paperweight for all I know, I'm doing you a favor". The new loan for the 2019 aqua blue Mini Convertible, which has a cracked windshield and broken parking lamp, was to absorb the remainder of the old loan. A responsible dealership would have used the funds from the new sale to payoff the old loan, however after following up with him week after week for three months on it and numerous excuses "we sent the check" twice and delays, he made clear that he didn't even have the funds to make that payoff three months later and needed to sell cars first. He paid just enough of the old loan to bring it to zero and less than the contract required and didn't compensate for the payments I made while he didn't have the funds to pay it off. I reached out to him about the payments, repairs and permanent plates per contract, that haven't been done after three months and the delays and excuses continue probably due to lack of funds also. I felt decieved since I originally requested the first car be repaired since I was attached to it and he told me it was not worth fixing but evidently it was because he has since listed it in his inventory and the repairs listed don't address the engine failure at all and the carfax is locked behind a paywall when it wasn't before. At best the 2011 spice orange Mini Convertible is a ticking time bomb like it was when I bought it. Be ware any car they sell especially that one. This would have been a wonderful experience if only he had repaired the 2011 properly like I requested but instead he made a total and incriminatingly hot water disaster of this experience. To this day, April 16th 2026, I am still waiting for reimbursement of the payments I had to make, the permanent plates and repairs that were all promised to me by Jason in January. Ashley, the accountant, is a sweetheart and deserves a massive shout out for doing her best considering the irresponsible and unethical owner she is so very unfortunate to have to work under. Nw Euro is a used car dealer of specialty cars. Read the negative as well as positive. We had a very rough time after initially buying our older mini. We overpaid to begin with, we paid their "office manager registration" fee which was a joke as our registration was very late. Jason the owner was helpful at first and discounted one of the many expensive repairs that arose and Todd is excellent to deal with and has much knowledge and patience. Our car had 3500 of repairs needed in the first 6 months. Jason told us over 6000 of labor and work had been put in before he listed it. Know that these cars are mostly bought at auction (ours out of state) , gone over quickly, and flipped. If you don't know Minis or don't plan to spend on repairs, know what you are getting into. We were quoted another 4000 recently for a new issue. We won't be doing that. The service here is probably comparable to other mini places but I don't know. In all a valued 5000 15 year old mini has cost us 11000 with at least 4000 more to repair the latest. It's been 12 months. Do your due diligence. read more
