Absolutely disgusting...not this store but this chain in general. Multiple stores told us that our item was in stock on Christmas Eve when we got there it was out of stock in every single store. Every store also registered as having three in the computer.... Management offered nothing to make our multiple wasted hours in the rain right...I have purchased many high priced items here but they have lost a customer for life in me. This store was the worst but all of them in the area handled this poorly. Prices aren't great so buy online from another retailer if you aren't in a rush. Also the cs here is a disgrace. read more

I got a tablet and computer from this store. The computer had problems but the GeekSquad had it fixed and working perfectly. Staff at the store are very smart and friendly. I would recommend buying things from Best Buy and using the Geek Squad if anything does go wrong. read more

Bought a tv and wall mount last week. The man putting my tv is the car left the tv standing alone and the wind knocked it over and it actually scratched my car but I let it go... days later I go to return the wall mount which I purchased for 100 cash in store and was told I can only get 59 in store credit. read more

never ever use the geek squad at best buy. and don't buy tts. total tech support. I had a problem with my computer. it would not display. I took it to BestBuy and after running tests on it. they told me i needed a new motherboard. so I bought a new computer. and tts for some services. the new computer was damaged. so I took it back for a full refund. but they would not refund the tts. flash forward 3 weeks. I decided to get a second opinion on my computer. well what a surprise. I didn't need a new motherboard. all i needed was a new gaming card. I went back to them and they still refused to refund the tts. i was told they did the work and should be paid. I said if an auto mechanic does repairs that are not needed should they be paid for that? now I have tts that I have no intention of using. would you take your computer back to them after such a massive screw up?I swear BestBuy trains their employees to be as evasive as possible. the entire exp what extremely stressful exhausting and very inconvenient. barry f read more

Installation charge for a gas dryer deceiving and unethical. We purchased a gas dryer on 6/30 for delivery on 7/6. The purchase including installation $180. The delivery and installation was done by a sub-contractor selected by BB, not BB, not Geek Squad. Upon arrival they tell be the $180 is just the BB charge and the actual install will be an additional $325. Needless to say I was not happy. I question the 2 guys delivering and about to install the gas dryer; what about the $180? Does the $325 include the $180? Etc. the $325 DOES NOT include the $180. Long story short it was going to cost $525 to install. The installers tell me this happens all the time, BB does not fully disclose the total cost and customer are always shocked when they are told about the additional $325. The installers (sub-contractor) were very professional. I put 100% of the blame on BB for this. I was going to cost me $525 to install a dryer. I will NEVER buy another product from BB; not an appliance, not a cable, nothing! read more

I was there 3 days ago and bought $1,000 worth of things for Christmas. When I was being helped by the associate I asked him about a reported Nintendo Classic shipment they were supposed to get. I asked how to get it and was told you had to get in line for when they opened. I then asked the checkout person the same thing and was given the same answer. Today I showed up at 7:00 an hour before the store opened and lined up with several others hoping to get one. When they opened the doors the manager proceeded to tell us that they were sold out of the system. Like everyone else I was a little shocked. Apparently folks who had showed up the night before were given tickets to come back in the morning to get the system. Needless to say this didn't settle well with the group of 30 people who were now very cold and left with empty hands. I questioned the manager why they allowed us to stand out in the single digit weather knowing full well they were going to tell us that they had given out tickets the night before. I asked did you see us standing out there. He said "yes". I said did you ever think to come out and let us know? He replied "did you ever think to ask one of the employees coming in?" I couldn't believe he was talking to a customer that way. I then told him what I was told a mere 72 hours earlier and his rely was "I cannot be responsible for what the associates say". I asked if he was kidding? They work for you, are the mouth piece and face of the store and you aren't responsible for what they say? This guy is a joke and obviously doesn't care about his customers or people in general. I have spent 10's of thousands of dollars at this Best Buy over the years...I will NEVER be back there again. But you know what's this jerk and store could care less! read more

Terrible service. Charges you to put on an invisible shield on an iPhone and then tells you it's at the discretion of the location. So you're admitting you have no customer service to do a simple task for free?!? read more

I love best buy as a store but this store is just different. All the help on the floor is great cant ask for anything more. But when it comes down to service at the registers or dealing with managers(the woman manager with black hair never smiles, always comes off as rude to me), it is awful. I know Black Friday is a tough retail day, but at no other stores did I see only three people checking customers out. It definately could be run better. read more

I very rarely do this because working in retail myself I know things can happen and things can go wrong. However my experience at the Best Buy in Mansfield Crossing tonight was horrible. I went in at 7:30pm to upgrade my cell phone. I had my 2 year old son with me who was remarkably patient. We waited at the cell phone are for over one hour. It wasn't really the time that was so upsetting but my son and I were not even recognized by the two girls at the counter helping other customers. We stood there till about 8:40pm and all that was said to us the whole time was, "are u here for an upgrade?" We weren't told how much longer, sorry about the wait, nothing. At that point I picked my son up and visibly upset I started walking away thinking I might be stopped and told how much longer. No one said anything toe and my son at all. We waited for over an hour and left with nothing at all accomplished. This was customer service at its worst. I'm sorry but my intentions are to make this unfortunate event transparent so no one else has to go through it. read more

I really like Best Buy, the service is good if i have a problem with a purchase i can go in and talk with an asso. and usually it's great. Also I like the selection of products and i can see what i like before i make the purchase. If prices are right, i'll buy. read more

I thought I would give this store another try. At the beginning of may I went in to purchase a laptop. I was impressed with how nice the employees were and how willing they were to help. The sales person was very helpful. At the beginning of June my laptop crashed. Took it back to them and was told because I didn't buy the service plan it could cost me up to two hundred dollars to fix it. I asked for the store manager and was told he was not available. Asked another employee and was told he was available. The district manager was there and I ended up talking to him. After hearing all about how important it is for me to buy the service plan they replaced my laptop for me. I was also told that I had been sold last years model this year. We have bought two pcs and four laptop from Best Buy never bought the service plan and never needed it until my last purchase. The original sales person was great the woman from geek squad not so nice. read more
