THIEVES!! On March 28, 2026 I purchased two s26 glass screen protectors. One from the store and one ordered online. Total purchase $56.14. I tried to use the one screen protector from the store, and it just did not work. Today, I returned the unopened s26 glass screen protector that I had received by mail, expecting to receive $28.07. Best Buy's return policy just cost me $3,000 -- I'm never shopping here again. I bought $3,000 worth of items and every one said "returnable until July 22" on Best Buy's app, website, and emails. I went to return them on July 22, and the store claimed my window had closed on July 17 -- even after I showed them their own proof. Manager wouldn't override. Corporate refused too. Then I spent my entire day: * Trying to return via FedEx (QR code didn't work) * Re-boxing everything myself * Driving an hour each way to a FedEx that could process it * Sitting on support chats/calls for 4+ hours To make it worse, the most expensive item couldn't be shipped, and now it's too late to return in-store. I wish I could give this place negative stars. Called them to see if I could have someone look at my son's meta quest and waited on the line for an hour. When someone finally answered they told me that even though I didn't purchase the item there, they would at least troubleshoot the issue for me and made me an appointment to see someone. After driving 45 minutes in traffic to get there, the geek squad kid (that probably hadn't done a single thing all day because of how dead this place is) wouldn't even look at it because I didn't buy it from them. This store just keeps taking L's. It would have made more business sense to at least look at the headset and possibly gain a new customer for accessories and other items but I guess that was beneath him. NEGATIVE STARS!! My husband and I purchased 3 appliances last week and scheduled the delivery the follow Saturday. we purchased a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. The day before, my husband confirmed the delivery for the following morning. The next morning, after confirming delivery once again, we had our older appliances picked up because we gifted our older appliances to friends in need, leaving us without a stove or refrigerator. No big deal, right? Our Best Buy delivery is on its way. Well, 30 minutes prior to the scheduled AND confirmed delivery, we get notification that the delivery has been cancelled and was rescheduled for a week away!! Obviously, this is a big problem. Not ONCE did Best Buy apologize OR take ownership for this. The only thing we got was a, "Sorry for the inconvenience. There is nothing else we can do. It's the weekend and no one is working." Needless to say, we have to take matters in our own hands since Best Buy was not willing to fix their mistake because they viewed this simply as an "inconvenience". The ONLY solutions we were given were: 1) Cancel your order 2) Pick up the appliances yourselves; asking friends and family LAST MINUTE to help us (there was a reason why we pay for delivery) 3) Deal with the new delivery date; living without a stove or refrigerator for almost a week, HOPING Best Buy will actually deliver on the rescheduled date WE picked up the appliances that same morning by asking family and friends for help on their Saturday LAST MINUTE. After paying for delivery and haul away. The customer service we received was below any corporation's standard. Had it not been for our friends, we would have been without a stove or refrigerator due to THEIR poor customer care and planning. After this ordeal, we realized and remembered that this exact circumstance happened to us in May with our washer and dryer through Best Buy. We were able to cancel that order and wait another day for Lowe's to deliver the same set the FOLLOWING day! Needless to say, we are DONE with working with Best Buy on any future purchases. We have been loyal customers for the past two decades; they have made it clear that they do not care about their customers. This was a $4,500.00 order. I would rather pay TWICE the amount to a company who can hold up their end of the deal with customer care and product satisfaction. Cancelling an order 30 minutes BEFORE CONFIRMED delivery is not going to work for me. To add insult to injury, they were the VERY opposite of understanding, accountable, or solution oriented. We went on scouting trip to Best Buy today to replace a refrigerator, dishwasher and a wall mounted microwave oven. We arrived around noon. The store was bright and well laid out. We were greeted as we entered. We were able to leisurely inspect our first appliance. A sales person asked if we needed help, determined our needs and sent over Isaiah. And for the next almost hour Isaish assisted us with our question and concerns. He was informative, courteous and a no pressure type of guy. We will do due diligence and compare shop tomorrow, but have decidedly based on our positive experience will most likely return to make our purchases with Best Buy. read more

A few days ago I went to purchase new ear phones for my fiancée and I. After waiting 5 minutes for the assistant to help me so he could finish talking to co-workers, I picked out the two earphones I was interested in and the employee insisted on not allowing me to hold them so I could look at the features. He was visibly shaking as he was showing me the box and fumbling on his words as if nervous. I said I wanted both of those earphones and told him I can carry them to purchase them after he followed me around and he said "we don't allow customers to carry expensive stuff to the checkout line." Which I know for a fact they do. Do not go and shop here unless you want to be treated differently just because the way you look. If this is in fact a policy, I can respect and understand it, however, I believe the execution of the employee enforcing this policy is misguided, and as a result will result in customers feeling singled out. read more

This is one of the more "attentive" Best Buy stores that I have visited. I just moved to the area and have been here many times. Each time I have had more help then I've ever had at any other location. I've bought to 55" tvs from this location as well as an Xbox one and some other smaller items. On each visit for the tv's I was helped for almost an hour with 2 different people who knew waaaay more than the average sales associate. I needed a backup camera for my Prius. Went to Best Buy and set up an installation appointment with Geek Squad for three weeks later - parts were ordered. The week before the Monday morning appointment, I got four email reminders, followed by a phone call (from a human being) Saturday evening. Sunday evening I get an email saying that a cable hadn't arrived yet. So I called the store, the person checked with the tech in the back, and they said all was fine - they had the needed cable. Went there Monday morning - nope, part hadn't arrived. Cancelled the whole thing and will go to the dealer. I understand parts being late, and the messup with the tech is not acceptable, but not horrible. But calling me 36 hours before the appointment to verify, even though a part hadn't arrived, is outrageous. I wasted two hours, and won't use that store again. read more

Customers are piling up at least five in the last 40 minutes. Other employees just walking around watching co-workers none offered help. Bought an expensive Samsung washer and dryer from this location. After three months dryer stopped working. Best Buy says they warrant appliances for fifteen days, after that buyer must contact manufacturer directly for repairs. Samsung says they can't find a certified appliance repair company in Williamsburg. So I sit with a broken $850 dryer and no assistance in sight. Very disappointing. I have Samsung televisions as well as the washer and dryer previously purchased from Best Buy. Likely will be my last Samsung purchase and my last purchase from Best Buy. read more

I've been having problems with my phone for 4 months over a update that keeps downloading and never installing burning up data. My husband has spent hours on the phone with Verizon. They never could figure out what was wrong with the phone and said i just need to replace the phone its not very old its a note 3. Samsung said to take the phone to best buy to their samsung store. I went into Best Buy two weeks ago and purchased a laptop. I was hesitant to make the purchase because the sales guy was pushing me to open a credit card and wouldn't take no for an answer. after I told him five or six times that I wasn't interested i still went forward with the purchase. I purchased on Saturday and was told the computer would be available for pick up on Friday. Friday afternoon came and I heard nothing from them so I called. They told me that the computer was delayed and had no idea when it would be in. I later got an email saying that I should get it by November 19 and they were sorry for the inconvenience . I decided to stop into the store tonight to see if they had any further info on my purchase , the girl told me that they don't even sell the computer I purchased and it was actually ordered through an outside vendor . She told me the computer should have never been sold to me because none of the Best Buy stores carry the item. I began to get angry because they charged me almost $1300.00 for a computer they don't sell but have on display!! I told them I wanted my money back. She asked me if I would like a credit to get something else and I told her no . The girl was having problems giving me my money back but eventually was able to refund my money. After she refunded my money she apologized and said she hopes I can find a new item to purchase in their store.
