She came to our office and brought everything with her, and was so funny and upbeat as she guided us through 5 rounds of trivia. Her music choices and trivia round options really engaged our staff- many of our staff members were nervous about participating or "being good at trivia", but she kept everyone at ease and having fun. The rounds were fun, especially the picture round because there was a hint given on instagram. Easy to play with just 2 people or a whole group. Lots of fun clues on a variety of topics! I went to best coast trivia at Alchemy several times and thought it was a blast! The questions were hard enough to be intriguing but I never felt out of the game. I operated a speakeasy called Alchemy and had Best Coast Trivia as a weekly event. Not only did it bring in a great crowd and wonderful, dedicated regulars, but it also was one of my favorite nights to work. Becca is personable, funny, quick witted, and a phenomenal quiz writer. On top of all of that she is a genuinely good person and someone I would work with again and again. She is amazing in front of a crowd, she quickly captivates and has the audience in the palm of her hands. The rounds are innovative, fun and encompass current events as well as fun trivia from the distant past. Each week I felt challenged and driven to try and come back to do better the following week. If you are considering using Best Coast Trivia at your establishment I'd be happy to be a reference but honestly this is a no brainer, hire them now before their schedule fills up! read more

Alright, where should I start? I have worked in a handful of establishments/been to a plethora of bars that do trivia , and I'd just like to say the absolute POWER that trivia host Becca has over a crowd is mesmerizing. This woman really knows how to keep a crowd interested and also keep the flow of the game moving. I was a weekly guest on Thursdays at a former bar she hosted at, and it was always such a fun time. The different rounds keep you on the edge of your seat, and the well written questions have you racking your brain for knowledge. I will be the first to admit, I am not a trivia master... but not once did I feel like I wasn't in the right spot to put some effort in, enjoy a cocktail, and really put on my thinking cap. Also the small break mid-game is fantastic, giving time to refill my cup and be ready to kick ass. She also is such a cheerleader for the bar/staff working, and as a fellow bartender I cannot tell you how appreciative I am for that! As I mentioned previously, I've been to quite a few trivia nights, and I can't help but feel that some of them have felt a little drab. Hosts just reading questions off a sheet of paper isn't my jam. Best Coast Trivia has done a phenomenal job of keeping me interested and feeling challenged, with a healthy amount of humor and sass sprinkled in! I cannot wait for new locations to be shared, I will for sure be a regular once again! read more
