When the technician came to close the pool, he let us know it would work for that season but that we'd need a larger one the following year. I wasn't happy about that situation. That said, their customer service has generally been excellent. The staff is always helpful and willing to track down whatever we need.

He gave me these parts at no charge. Now, these parts would not have cost more than a few dollars but, It was refreshing to go to a business that cares about their customers.
