I found this place by combing through Yelp. I took my 1968 Mustang here to get some exhaust tips installed. He noticed that one of the pipes was rubbing against the differential and replaced the bend to fit correctly. Flawless work. He also noticed that the differential vent hose was broken and brought it to my attention. I asked him if he could do a quick fix on it and he obliged and got it road worthy until I replaced it. 2017 Audi A7, did a mid and back resonator delete at another shop and it sounded like a rice rocket/raspy old civic. Found Best Muffler on yelp and read the reviews. Eli is Great. I called in for a quote, was extremely reasonable. I wanted to replace stock Muffler with Magnaflow. He asked how I wanted it to sound. Then selected the proper muffler for my needs. Went in first thing Saturday morning, had me in and out in a little over 30 minutes, with my new muffler that fit my exact specification. I wanted the truck to have that deep, throaty sound on start up, idle and acceleration but not so loud cruising at speed. My catalytic converter was stolen for the second time in 6 months. After getting it fixed at the dealership, I came here to get a cage installed. A lot of the other muffler shops I spoke to wouldn't put anything on my Accord because a lot of the standard cages are for Priuses, but my dad found Best Muffler and Eli was willing to do it. He painted my converter and secured it and although I know it won't 100% guarantee that someone won't steal it again, he was super helpful and got me back in my car same day. That is really rare to find. ~ My baby came with duel exhaust tips (one on each side) and thanks to Eli. I was able to upgrade it to quad tips (two on each side) like I wanted for so long. He had to cut into the rear diffuser in order for the quad tips to fit. I gave him the okay and he did it custom. It came out as good as possible. Which I love!! He does custom work too. Which is awesome!! He also upgraded my pipes to 2.5" from the stock 2.25". With an x-pipe and a resonator delete. I came into Best Muffler because of all of the great reviews that I read and I was not disappointed. I went to Eli and told him about the axle-back exhaust set up that I wanted and my budget for the whole process. It turns out I didn't know what I was asking for and the muffler set up that I had researched was way above my price point. Instead of scoffing and turning me away, Eli thankfully worked with me to come up with solution within my budget. I wasn't able to get the name brand mufflers like a Magnaflow or Borla, but Eli found the perfect mufflers for me. They were exactly the aggressive sound I was looking for, while not being too over the top (no droning during idle or freeway). I will definitely be returning to Eli in order to switch back to my OEM mufflers before my lease ends, and I will also be bringing any further business I have down the line to Best Muffler. I drove to every muffler shop in a 10 mile radius and ended up back to best muffler because he understood what I wanted better than anyone. Other shops wanted to take the easy way out since my car has limited space for an exhaust system yet I also wanted it to be as quiet as possible (which isn't easy to do with a custom free-flow exhaust system).
