When they did the charges, I noticed they charged me an extra 10 to take it off. I said I could see if I came in and just wanted my polish off but I got a top shelf pedicure where they take the polish off anyway. I said I feel like you are nickel and diming me. This is not right. Did you charge me extra to take the polish off my nails. They said no because it is part of the manicure service. I said exactly so why are you changing to take it off for a pedicure? Gave them every opportunity to retract. They did not. I said I am a good customer that has been coming for years and I always tip really well. I will not be back. Shame for me and more so for them! Sorry, rant over.

I'm not very experienced, but my gf says this place is nicer than other places, used better equipment, had good hygiene practices, and the costs elsewhere were just as much if not more.
