The lady who did my nails was completely distracted - answering the phone, taking payments, etc. It was like getting your nails done by a grumpy receptionist. After I told her I was looking to get a gel manicure over my naturally long nails she proceeds to file them down to nubs!!! Lisa is the BEST. She does beautiful work, fixed the mess the last salon made and also a lovely personality. I will not go anywhere else.

I think it may be time for a makeover I used this salon. I'm sure it's clean but I looks well worn. Chairs are "dirty" because they are white and probably can't be cleaned. The walls are scuffed, paint chipping off areas around the sailing. The sinks are very old and need replaced. I love my nail tech, but it's hard to be inside lately. 1 star for the owner & 5 stars for Michael. I absolutely love Michael! He is the only reason I come in, his work is the best I've had! However, the owner of the salon needs to just give up the shop to new management. She never buys new nails colors, all colors are dried out or have enough for one hand and she won't replace them. Yes I said it SHE WON'T REPLACE THEM!!! Not to mention I specifically asked for Michael to do my hands & feet and when he was finished with my hands she told him to work on someone else and that he couldn't do my feet.. I said I'll wait thats no problem.. the problem is HER! I'm not sure where she spends her money but it isn't in this shop. Loved this sweet little salon! My cousin and I went today and we fell in love! I got a gel manicure for only $25 and it is PERFECT!!! My technician was super sweet and made sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because we had made an appointment for 2:30 and my cousin was taken on time but I had to wait until about 3 for my manicure. But we were both done about the same time (She got acrylics) so I was pleased! Definitely will be coming back!! read more

This place is crazy!! If you are thinking of coming here I would strongly STRONGLY advise against it.I went in for a full set with gel and a pedicure for my birthday. Let's start with the pedicure. It is absolutely the worst pedicure I've ever had. I love the look of square white toenails and is what I always get so thats what I asked for. The lady was so nice so I didn't complain about the outcome. But she filed my big toenail round. My toenails are filed horribly the paint is patchy and there is paint on my skin. I almost don't want to post a picture because they are so bad. Now I have to wait for them to grow back out for me to refile them correctly. Now the nails Lisa was my nail tech. I decided to try this place out I usually just get something very simple almond shaped nude or pink and I usually pay about $50 to for that. I asked her how much do you guys normally charge for what I'm getting and she said $65 . Now they have a price list and it says acrylic full set with gel $40/ fill 18$ which is why I originally decided to try them out now I understand usually for almond shape it's typically about $5 extra so I was expecting it to be around my normal $50 that I pay. so when I asked her why I was being charged an additional $25 for something so simple I didn't have any designs nothing crazy literally just pink and almond she told me that they charge for -and I know this sounds crazy- she said they charge for the set and $18 for the fill. My mind was blown! I explained to her a fill is when like 3 weeks from now I come in and have to get my nails filled why am I being charged for that now?? she said oh actually your nails are a little long so that's where the extra charge is coming from. so I was being charged $5 for my almond shape and $20 because my nails were long. absolutely crazy! But at this point I couldn't turn back because my nails were already being done. After this conversation she was so rude and it's such a bad job on my nails. After putting on two coats of gel the the paint was see-through and patchy so I asked you to put on another coat. They're just horrible theyre bumpy and the paint is patchy so I walked out of there completely unsatisfied and paid $90 for a simple gel full set and pedicure. Again, If you are thinking of coming here I would strongly strongly advise against it. read more

I love this place been coming here for a few months and Tanya is my favorite she's an expert at sns nails and the jello pedicure. My feet used to be horrible but now after the jello pedi my feet are so soft and my nails are longer and stronger. I strongly recommend this diamond in the ruff. Bridget did my pedicure and spent more time telling me what they can't do. So basically callous remover is your left with callous still. Should listen to the customer and do what there asking. Basically a 40 dollar massage on feet and legs. Others there have done great so avoid Bridget and you will be ok. But now the experience is ruined for me . There's lots of other places close by I'd reccomend trying them or at least don't get Bridget. read more

Worst manicure I've ever had! First, a man clipped/filed my nails. I showed him a few pictures of the length/shape I wanted. He clipped them almost all the way down to the skin. Then the woman did the "design" that I showed from my phone. It looks like a child did them! She should have told me she couldn't do it, but I figured a red polish with a little glitter on the tips seemed easy enough. They got me with the "Do you want to pay before the polish so you don't mess them up?" trick. Will not be going back here. read more

I just left this place and I'm a frequent customer here for the past 3 years. Never going back. Now I've learned the pricing for anything other than standard mani/pedi are very MISLEADING! Had a full set of hard gel done and charged $65.00 ($20 for gel polish/$40 for full set/$5 for glitter fade). Came for a fill tonight ($25) and didn't get the gel polish to avoid paying the additional $20 fee. I opted for the glitter fade only which cost an additional $5. NOPE. They charged me $50, saying the glitter fade is $20. Mind you this the exact same women i saw 2 1/2 weeks ago. I feel tricked. Her argument was she gave me the polish free last time, the glitter fade has always been $20 and the extra $5 at that time was for her labor. Very misleading and mediocre work for $50! I'm not super picky so when my leopard print looked more like surreal art, that didn't really bug me. However, I asked for a cat silhouette on on hand and a paw print on the other. I love this place! Every time I arrive there is always a technician available. I can come here last minute and you will always be attended. I always go with my 2 kids and let me tell you that my two year old is very active, but the ladies there are very nice with him and even give him chocolate to try to calm Him down lol. This place I can honestly say doesn't even deserve half a star. I called 2 days before to schedule an appointment at 1. I got here at 12:30, it is now 2.. People are walking into this place and they just keep taking them in or telling them to come back in an hr while there is already a line going. 1-there is 2 people that came in after me and are still waiting, I don't know if they had appointments. 2- 2 other people walk in, I hear them say they have appointments at 2. The owner then gets up and puts me in a chair to soak. 3- One of her workers gets done with someone and the owner tells her to service the 2 that just got here for their 2 o'clock appointment. How fair is it to service the 2 o'clock appointment while I'm still sitting here waiting for service with a 1 o'clock appointment and 2 other people? I get it this world isn't fair but business is business. Don't schedule appointments if you can't handle the work load.
