Josh started to hang the lights and noticed my gutters filled with debris so he offered to clean them for me (for a small fee of course but it was worth it)! There were so much debris!!! Once he and his team were done with cleaning the gutters, they continued with hanging the lights. Josh was so meticulous. He recommended that I hang the lights along the side eaves so that I can see the lights when I drive up from the side streets (genius)! I also asked him to wrap the bushes with lights and wished I would have taken his suggestions to wrap every bush instead of every other bush. Oh wells - I'll definitely do it next year!! I agreed to this premium price with the clear expectation of meticulous, high-quality work. Unfortunately, the experience and the final result were deeply disappointing. Communication & Professionalism: Poor. After the unsatisfactory work was completed, I reached out to give him an opportunity to address the issues, but received no response. He claimed they have 1 year warranty on his work. Work Quality & Attention to Detail: Unacceptable. Despite my specific requests for precision, the installation was poorly executed. The lights are not aligned, which is a fundamental requirement for this type of installation. Furthermore, there was a significant breach of agreement regarding materials. He refused to use the provided black hardware, insisting on using galvanized staples instead. I agreed on the condition that they be painted black to blend with the house and lights. This was not done. The visible, mismatched staples make the installation look unprofessional and messy. Value: Not worth it. Paying a premium price for careless workmanship and disregarded instructions is unacceptable. Final Opinion: If you are looking for quality, precision, or someone who honors agreements, I cannot recommend Nick. The poor craftsmanship, lack of communication, and failure to follow basic instructions resulted in a complete waste of money.

I loved the Harry Potter theme. It was like a mini Universal Studios tour. Volunteers in costumes took you through. We got a a butter beer sample in the beginning, walked through Diagon Alley and casted spells with our wands, got sorted into a house, played Quidditch, defeated a dementor and a volunteer took photos of me and my friend outside the house at the end of the tour. Really cool and interactive experience. Make sure you donate online as their hard work benefits a nonprofit. It is free to get tickets but you have to have tickets to get in. Next year it will be a different theme of monsters. The experience is all outdoors at someone's home, in the driveway and backyard. You don't go inside their house for this experience.
