Our…read morehouse was so full of ants that we would find them on rugs, on ceilings, even in our bed at night. They were everywhere. We had Campbell out a couple of time, but it got worse instead of better. Then they sent Darryl, and he earned our eternal gratitude. He found ant trails we didn't even point out, or know we had, and figured out where they were going to and coming from. He went into rooms that we hadn't reported a problem in (with permission, of course...) and showed us where additional ant activity was. Then he baited incredibly carefully, to ensure our cats would not be at risk of exposure to the bait. (Our cats loved Darryl too!) He even followed up with a text a few days later, saying he was thinking about our job, and he wanted to know if the situation had improved! Who does that?! It had improved, by 85 - 90%, but we still saw ants. So he returned and spent an equal amount of time and patience identifying their sources. Darryl has made a tremendous difference in our ability to enjoy our home He is a treasure, and a super nice person, Thanks Darryl, and thanks to Campbell for sending him!!

Within less than 24hrs they were able to come out and get it taken care of for us. Tyler was an exceptional technician and really went above and beyond. He went onto the roof to check our second story eaves for nests we could possibly not see and lo and behold he found 2 which he also removed. Then he went to town on our sugar ant problem spots in the rocky border around our walking paths as it has been a hot spot of activity lately. All on one of the hottest days of the year. I have been getting routine pest control from Aspen for a number of years now. I had signed up for…read morea year with a different pest control company after a high pressure saleseman wore me down and got me to sign up for a 1 year contract, and I was mad at myself for the whole year for allowing myself to get pressured. After that other contract was over I found a pest control company the right way- I did an internet search and found a few candidates and read some reviews, and concluded that Aspen looked like the best prospect. Since then they've done a pest control service visit four times a year and I have had very little problem with any pests during that time. It's always hard to know for sure how much it's helping because you don't know how well it would be going if you didn't have the service, but it has been going well and I have always been very pleased with the professional and friendly attitude of the Aspen personnel.

He went under the house, found evidence of a new rodent incursion and then covered the whole property to mend the holes in mesh that covered crawlspace vents, set traps and then came to explain what was going on under my floors. He showed me pictures of both the problem areas and areas that appeared secure under my house. We then walked the house perimeter to show where the critters likely got in there during the recent snowstorm. I'm confident in the accuracy of his assessment. He'll be back in a week to check on the traps. I have needed a new vapor barrier down there so I will be getting a bid for that as well. All in all, the pricing was fair and the service exceptional. Based on yelp reviews I called them. After confirming the type of termite (dampwood) Pete said not to do anything because they only live in that sort of soggy wood and they'd be gone in an hour.
