Forgetting he had been at my house earlier. I first reminded him of the prior issue and that I fired them. He had the audacity to interrupt me to continue his sales pitch. A total jerk. Then I pointed out my no soliciting sign and asked if he read it. He said yea I read it and continued on with his sales pitch. A total shark! I booted him off my property. Well....today while kicked back resting after working hard in the yard, another sales guy who identifies himself as the manager, shows up. Now Im beyond pissed off. He calls me by the wrong name and starts in on his sales pitch. BTW, beware....they always start out by sharing a my neighbor uses their service and suggest he contacts you. I stopped him and c asked if he read the sign. He said he had but he wanted to talk with me as my neighbor thought I would want their service. This is such crap. They lie, lie lie! Never happened. After I cautioned him to stay off my property and to abide by no soliciting sign, he responded by accusing me of being stressed out. Yep I am I told him because you can't abide by the sign. I told him to leave and don't come back. He was incredibly cocky. In fact all the sales guys have been rude and cocky. This company has demonstrated itself to be disrespectful. Based on my experience, you would be a fool to use them. Im considering serving them with a no contact order or an official no trespass letter.

The first technician, Peyton, was incredibly kind and reassuring -- he told me he'd seen way worse and instantly put me at ease. He was polite, professional, and efficient, and I only needed to be out of the house (along with my cat) for about an hour while he sprayed. You're guaranteed three sprays for one initial price, which I found to be very reasonable. When the second spray date came around, I was running behind -- my cat wasn't in her carrier, my stuff wasn't ready, and I was flustered. Peyton patiently waited for me to get everything together and even helped carry a few things to my car! That kind of kindness is rare and so appreciated. By the third spray, I had a new technician named Isaac, who was just as friendly and patient as Peyton (again, I wasn't quite ready -- when they say 11 to noon, expect 11 promptly! ). Both technicians were fantastic: professional, punctual, and genuinely kind people who made a stressful situation so much easier. I can't recommend Campbell Pest Control enough -- their customer service alone deserves five stars. Every time I called, a real person answered the phone - no robots whatsoever. Our…read morehouse was so full of ants that we would find them on rugs, on ceilings, even in our bed at night. They were everywhere. We had Campbell out a couple of time, but it got worse instead of better. Then they sent Darryl, and he earned our eternal gratitude. He found ant trails we didn't even point out, or know we had, and figured out where they were going to and coming from. He went into rooms that we hadn't reported a problem in (with permission, of course...) and showed us where additional ant activity was. Then he baited incredibly carefully, to ensure our cats would not be at risk of exposure to the bait. (Our cats loved Darryl too!) He even followed up with a text a few days later, saying he was thinking about our job, and he wanted to know if the situation had improved! Who does that?! It had improved, by 85 - 90%, but we still saw ants. So he returned and spent an equal amount of time and patience identifying their sources. I initially contacted New Leaf because we had a raccoon living under our house (as evidenced by…read morevideo our motion camera recorded) in the crawlspace. We chose them because of their humane way of dealing with wildlife, which was my main concern. The awesomely-super-cool Cory came out to check on our raccoon and found she was a mom with at least one baby. She had clearly been living under our house for a while, as there were multiple nests and tons of damage. Cory gave me all my options on how he can remove her and her family, while also educating me on the ways of mama raccoons. (I was amazed to learn they are very clean animals making multiple nests as needed to maintain a clean environment for themselves and their babies.) Obviously I wanted the most humane and safe way to get rid of mama and her babies. I shared all the info Cory gave me with my husband that evening and we decided how we'd proceed. However, we didn't need to have Cory remove her, because mama raccoon took it upon herself to leave our house that night, and took her baby with her. (Clearly having Cory and my heads poke down below the entry door shining a flashlight at her in the middle of the afternoon kinda spooked her - she got the hell out and took her kit with her as soon as night fell!) Once mama raccoon and family were gone, we had the awesomely-super-cool-amazing Cory come out to assess the damage - the DAMAGE was almost $3,000! Yikes! But not to fear, our awesomely cool homeowners insurance company took care of all but $450.00 - yay! On Friday, June 16th, 2017 - the day of the repairs: Oh my gaaawd! I can not say enough about these guys! 4 (maybe 5?) guys (including the awesomely cool Cory) showed up at 9:30am and went right to work. They protected every inch of my home where they needed access: entry, hallway, master bedroom, master bathroom, master closet - ALL protected against anything icky they needed to pull out of there. They were all nice, polite and considerate. They did a great job - A GREAT JOB! We now have a completely clean, repaired, non-stinky, lovely smelling crawlspace thanks to the awesomely-super-cool team of Cory, John, Tyler, Cameron. (I think these were their names, but I might be wrong - my apologies if I forgot or misheard names - I tried to remember...) Every single person I spoke to and/or met at New Leaf was the definition of professional, well educated in their field, and overall awesomely-cool. I cannot say enough good things about New Leaf. Every experience we've had with them has been above and beyond expectation. When their crew came out to remove our 30-year-old manufactured home insulation, and found it was much, much thicker than they normally encounter and the job couldn't be completed that day, their crew went out of their way to finish the job for us on a day that was not their normal work day, just because they cared about our situation. Jordan worked with us, with great patience, to problem-solve other issues we were having with our home. My health challenges necessitated me staying with friends for several weeks. Friendly and knowledgeable people that really know their business. I recently asked them to help me with some mice that I have been trying to get rid of in my basement crawl space area. They recommended that I install the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, which will keep ground moisture out of the crawl space area as well as mold, and the bad odor associated with mold. It would also block mice and insect entrance ways. I built the home 32 years ago and I never properly sealed the crawl space area. My family and I have been living with a health hazard in my home for many years, as mold is dangerous stuff. I had Interstate install the system for us. Wow!! it took only 3 days from 2 hard working men. This was a dirty job with spider webs, dead rodents, tight narrow spaces to squeeze through, and that awful odor of mold. These guys seemed to never take a break and they did a truly amazing job. Everything is sealed and dry and it looks great and very clean. The 2 men that did the work were Herlindo and Romero. I could not have asked for more than what Interstate Pest Management and these 2 men provided. High quality and extremely professional people and product.
