A few weeks ago we were facing a growing armada of paper wasps outside our new home. All we needed to do was send the pix of the nests to the Burtons and they scheduled an appointment. Chase popped by and carefully explained what kind of wasp we were dealing with and how the correct pesticides to take care of our issue for awhile. We purchases the "Works" (my description) which included spraying down our home's exterior, knocking down spider webs and the wasp nests. About theae nests.....they were the size of a golfball...but on the side of our property where my wife and I did not look, rested a pancake sized nest! No wonder we saw these insects all over our back yard. Anyway, after Chase's 90 minutes of work, nests were gone AND the paper wasps were also gone (from our home anyway). Even better he did all of this excellent work for under $175! We will call on the Burtons (thank you Ray and Chase!) the next time we have an insect invasion that our traps can't handle. AGOPC showed up and sprayed the exterior of my house as well as putting some pellets (safe for pets) in the yard. I was also provided with some traps that I could place in the interior of my house in the kitchen area. Within a day or two the ants were gone. I haven't seen them since. This was all because of the exterior treatments. They didn't have to enter my house at all. I'm so very satisfied and the cost was very reasonable. I called to ask for more information about their services and they answered all of my questions without any pressure to sign up. I appreciated that they explained in advance which products they would use and gave me a realistic timeline on how quickly we'd see results. Once I signed up, they were able to send someone within a few days. Their service technician Brad showed up right at the start of the 2 hour window and he was truly courteous and professional. He told us which products he was using and how they worked, and gave us a fact sheet as well as some pre-baited traps to use if we saw more ant activity inside the home. He also removed wasp nests and even filled a small hole in the crawlspace vent on the exterior of our house, which I feel was really going above and beyond. After the service was complete, I got an email with all of the details of what was applied and where, which I think is an excellent practice. It's only been a few weeks since the first treatment, but the number of ants inside our home went down pretty quickly and lately we haven't see any at all. Pests like rats and carpenter ants can ruin your home, chewing through wood and wires which can cause irreplaceable damage.

Morgan trusted my identification, but presented a second possible candidate that was more likely given the time of year.
