We had Campbell out a couple of time, but it got worse instead of better. Then they sent Darryl, and he earned our eternal gratitude. He found ant trails we didn't even point out, or know we had, and figured out where they were going to and coming from. He went into rooms that we hadn't reported a problem in (with permission, of course...) and showed us where additional ant activity was. Then he baited incredibly carefully, to ensure our cats would not be at risk of exposure to the bait. (Our cats loved Darryl too!) He even followed up with a text a few days later, saying he was thinking about our job, and he wanted to know if the situation had improved! Who does that?! It had improved, by 85 - 90%, but we still saw ants. So he returned and spent an equal amount of time and patience identifying their sources. I called to ask for more information about their services and they answered all of my questions without any pressure to sign up. I appreciated that they explained in advance which products they would use and gave me a realistic timeline on how quickly we'd see results. Once I signed up, they were able to send someone within a few days. Their service technician Brad showed up right at the start of the 2 hour window and he was truly courteous and professional. He told us which products he was using and how they worked, and gave us a fact sheet as well as some pre-baited traps to use if we saw more ant activity inside the home. He also removed wasp nests and even filled a small hole in the crawlspace vent on the exterior of our house, which I feel was really going above and beyond. After the service was complete, I got an email with all of the details of what was applied and where, which I think is an excellent practice. It's only been a few weeks since the first treatment, but the number of ants inside our home went down pretty quickly and lately we haven't see any at all. I do understand we may see more as the ants move through their life cycle, but I'm really pleased with the results so far.

They recommended that I install the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, which will keep ground moisture out of the crawl space area as well as mold, and the bad odor associated with mold. It would also block mice and insect entrance ways. I built the home 32 years ago and I never properly sealed the crawl space area. My family and I have been living with a health hazard in my home for many years, as mold is dangerous stuff. I had Interstate install the system for us. Wow!! it took only 3 days from 2 hard working men. This was a dirty job with spider webs, dead rodents, tight narrow spaces to squeeze through, and that awful odor of mold.
