My boyfriend ordered a pan of rolls for thanksgiving dinner so we headed there to pick them up. He ordered them online and didn't have any issues. The rolls were good looking and ready when we got there. They normally serve sandwiches and soups but because it was before the holiday, they weren't offering it. They did have several pastries and other goodies so we got a few to try. The service was good and everyone was helpful. The interior wasn't huge but they do have some seating. The rolls were good. They were pretty large and were a bit dense. I like all bread so no complaints from me. My boyfriend felt they'd be better suited for making a leftover turkey thanksgiving sandwich. Either way, they were good. We snagged a lemon bar and a cherry pie crumble bar. The crust on both was pretty thick. They both had good flavor but I found myself wishing for a bit more fruit filling on both but especially the lemon bar. The cherry pie bar was my favorite between the two but both were delicious. I have been a longtime customer of Best Regard Bakery and Café and have recommended them to countless family members, friends, and coworkers. Their baked goods have been part of many of our celebrations over the years. This review is not about the quality of their products, but about customer service. Due to a family illness, a very special little girl's first birthday had to be canceled. I called more than 24 hours in advance to ask if the order could be canceled and was told no, even though the sugar cookies had not yet been decorated. I asked that they simply be left plain with icing instead of customized. I picked up two dozen plain round iced cookies for just over $91 and was surprised that no discount was offered, given no custom work was done. I followed up afterward and was disappointed by the response, which was essentially that this was just their policy. read more

I tried out Best Regards based on rave reviews from another Elite, and while the bakery items are great, the food items left a lot to be desired. Honestly, I think the photos speak for themselves here. Every item tasted as good as it looked--the Cream Puff was amazing (fresh, pillowy, creamy on the inside and delicately crispy on the outside), the Turkey Avocado Tomato Sandwich tasted like what my dad would cook when my mom was out of town (heartfelt but bland and dry, sorry Dad), and the Avocado Toast tasted like old avocados and black pepper. Some of the other items posted on this page look great, but it's hard to tell what you can order because of the menu situation. The menu is spread across three or four different locations when you walk in. There's a digital board above the register, then the display cases, then a sheet of paper in front of the register that shows some sandwich options (not including many of the ones posted here), and there's another sheet of paper tacked to the side of a display case that lists the virtual salad bar ingredients you can choose from. Between the odd ordering situation, the steep prices, and the quality of the food items, I'd recommend coming here to pick up some pastries and skipping the rest. read more

Not sure why I haven't eaten here in all the years I've worked at Sprint Campus and lived in the area but some coworkers and I decided to go for lunch here the other day and I cannot wait to go back. We got there around 11:45 to beat the rush. There was some disruptive construction in the parking lot when we first arrived but fortunately they went on their lunch break at noon. We took in the yummy looking desserts and put in our orders at the counter. I got the pick 2 with a chicken salad sandwich and the signature salad. I also picked up one of their famous cranberry orange cookies. My two colleagues ended up getting the prepared pick 2 lunch boxes. I was a little worried since they had to make mine fresh and that I'd be waiting while my colleagues ate but my food came out from the kitchen as they were just unwrapping all their lunch parts. I'm a freak for chicken salad and this one was one of the best ones I've had in ages. And the focaccia was still warm. My colleagues were saying that they wished the focaccia in their sandwiches were warm, but the boxes came straight from the cooler. The salad was also super tasty. And the portion was PERFECT for lunch. My colleagues' boxed lunches came with a sandwich, salad and a small sugar cookie. They really enjoyed theirs too. And now to the cookie, which I took with for an afternoon snack. HOLY COW! It was incredible. So citrusy and a beautiful texture. I also love that they use fresh cranberries, rather than craisins. Adds a lovely juicy texture to the already soft cookie. Can't recommend enough! We stopped in here for lunch around noon on 4th of July weekend! The lobby area where you wait to order was a bit chaotic with it not being clear who was waiting to order, who had already ordered, etc. - I think that's due in part to it being a small area. We ordered 2 full sandwiches, 2 sides, and 2 small drinks for a little over $40. I think this was a bit steep and while the food was good, we're not sure it was $40+ good. Maybe if the sandwiches came with sides it would've seemed more fitting? It took about 15 minutes for the food to come out and I'd guess 10 of the 15ish tables were occupied. The seating area has nice, with real plants hanging on the walls and gorgeous botanical chalk drawings as well. Sodas are from the fountain and you're given styrofoam cups to serve yourself - I would've loved if these were paper cups instead! My paradise bacon grilled cheese arrived piping hot and golden brown! The combo of chopped bacon and melty cheese was perfection. I ordered a side of Mom's potato salad and while the potatoes should've been more tender, the flavors were on point. There were flecks of yellow egg yolk and diced pickles, yum! My husband got the turkey and bacon club which he really liked, particularly the toasted bread, thick slices of roasted turkey, and crisp bacon.
