I've had a couple less than great experiences at this location and keep trying to give the benefit of the doubt being a new location. Today's drive thru experience was painful. The barista kept speaking over me, the upsell was so over the top, even after I said I just want the drink she continued with "you don't want an extra shot?" And then asked about donating. When I said I didn't want any of the additions I wasn't even greeted at the window. The woman didn't smile, say hello, ask if I wanted a straw, all of a sudden she didn't have any more questions for me. Stuck her arm out the window with my drink and walked away. I regret hitting the gratuity button. Having worked in coffee for 3 years at a competitor I am appalled any customer facing employee would act this way, I hope some correction is made otherwise the drive thru will continue to be empty as it was at 10:32am. This location has terrible customer service. Both of my recent drive thru experiences were awful. This time, the employee at the drive thru gave me attitude right off the bat and then was very rude after I politely said no thank you to his attempts to upsell. I thought maybe he's just having a bad day, we all do, so I decided to leave a tip while paying. Yuck, yuck and yuck. The coffee tasted like something I could buy at the grocery store. In the refrigerated section. Service was horrible. Went inside and there was only one person ahead of me. It took forever. Only one person was working the counter. By the time my order was taken there was about 4 or 5 people behind me. The employee taking my order was not nice or welcoming in fact I think she was giving attitude. There was a second register available, still only one person was working the counter. Even if there was another person working the counter. The space at the counter is so small, I don't even think two customers could fit/stand at the counter at the same time. Service has been great the few times I've visited thus far. A drive through (that is not sbux) is much appreciated, as a mom of multiple kids. They're also quick. Their iced coffee is delicious. I loved the seasonal peppermint white mocha. I got 1/2 sweet & it was still pretty sweet for me, so if you don't like super sugary coffee, definitely adjust the sweetness. I tried the snickerdoodle latte & enjoyed it, but not as much as the peppermint white mocha. On another visit, I tried the "best drink ever" and it was not my favorite. It tasted like a basic iced vanilla latte to me. Their breakfast sandwiches are not the best, but not terrible. Would work if you can only make one stop, but I think they're a little overpriced for the quality. Over all, will definitely be returning for an iced coffee from time to time & looking forward to trying more of their drinks. read more

This specific location was the worse experience I have ever had with Better Buzz. Mainly because of the manager (Cassandra). As soon as I pulled up to the window to pay and get my drinks, she was rude. I noticed two of my drinks were not made correctly. When I mentioned it and was about to tell her what was wrong, she cut me off and said let me see the drink. As I handed it to her, she said you didn't order your drink with caramel. But I was charged with it on my receipt, when I tried explaining, she then again rudely cut me off and said to pull forward and they would bring me out my drink when it's made correctly. She looked annoyed. I ended up having to walk in after waiting 15 minutes outside because they never brought me out my drink. So ugly & so rude, I don't even know how this business is running with a manger like that. I was very uncomfortable and I won't ever be coming back. Do better , Better Buz.
