Do not order from their walk-in window I went in today and they made me wait over 20 minutes and I'm not exaggerating here, I say it again over 20 minutes. Their service sucks.. they make you wait that long people came in after me and got their drinks the same time mine came out I asked for a refund and even that took something like 3 to 5 minutes for somebody to actually come back and they were laughing when I asked for my refund they thought it was funny that I waited that long you have been warned. I never leave reviews but when credit is due I have to give it. Customer service at this location was amazing. I'm a first responder in this area and I came in between calls for a pick me up. Staff recognized my uniform and prioritized my order to get me back out in the field. I believe the managers name is Anthony and I could tell he ran a tight ship with employees that respect him. The best drink ever always hits. Decided to check this location out on a Thursday after finding out they just opened one near my house. I originally tried to go in the drive through but the line was long and it was a bit confusing which way to enter. However, there was plenty of parking so I decided to order at the stand. My drinks came out pretty fast within 10 min. Their drinks are a bit on the sweet side so I usually get less sweet and it's so good and refreshing. I would skip the matcha drink, because you couldn't really taste the matcha. I'd definitely come back but can see it being super busy on a weekend. read more

Recently went to the Bonita location to get drinks and a pastry. Had a great experience with the person who helped me out and even gave me a great recommendation of the toasted marshmallow cold brew. Unfortunately though, one of the other drinks I had ordered needed to be remade into an iced drink instead of a hot drink. The supervisor who I told was rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. She seemed annoyed, she had dark red hair and had tattoos on her arm. Really wish she had a more welcoming demeanor. Ordered from here twice. Once, up at the window. Another time, through drive thru. Folks are sweet. The food/drink are... an experience. The "best drink ever" is for sugar lovers-- way too sweet for me and I even asked for 1/4 sweetness. Their one-of-a-kind sugar cream completely masks the essence of their coffee. The next time, I ordered an iced americano, black-- that was perfect. And yes, hella got my buzz on. Family enjoyed their scrumptious breakfast sandwiches. The zucchini walnut muffin is a hit. A few things that really affect business here is there taste of beverage is inconsistent. the time it takes to get your drink delivered in the drive-through has been more than 4 to 8 minutes. And why must we forget the mint leaf on the iced coffee when attention to detail is critical when it comes to paying a beverage over $8, I mean coffee is a luxury, but it's also great to have it used and look good. With that said, it's nice to have you here in Bonita, but you need to level up in your quality drinks and Customer Care. read more

I feel conflicted leaving this review. Part of the problem is how busy they are- both the parking lot to park and the drive through. It's just a mess. By the time I got my food and coffee it wasn't fresh. The ice and cold foam were melted. The only bad thing is it's always packed in drive thru so longer wait times. This time we parked but it is limited and hard to get into. Ordered at the window and used my free drink in the app. Dude at the window was really nice and chill. Super helpful to the lady in front bc she didn't know what to get and he gave really good recs without rushing her or making her feel lost. This location is quite small and understaffed. Takes about 30 minutes to get coffee as a walk in and 42 minutes to an hour if you order on the app. No outside seating or restrooms and parking can be tricky as it's in the same lot as a hotel. read more

Very upset with my experience today, I do not recommend visiting this location. We decided to go today due to an email I received about a friendship bracelet given out today 10/7. Waited in a long line to place order. When I placed order (one pumpkin spice latte and two hot chocolates for the kids) I asked for the friendship bracelet, and clarification if it was one per customer or per drink. The worker told me she believed one per person, but confirmed with someone in the headset it was one per person. She said we will get the bracelets at the window when picking up the drinks. Once I was given the drinks, I asked for the bracelets. The worker called someone over who told me it was only if you ordered a specific drink. I said it did not say that on the email, that it was not mentioned when I placed order and inquired on the bracelets, AND that the worker confirmed with the window staff when I placed the order! The worker at window told me the manager confirmed it is only for the people who order the Best Drink Ever, since it is a best friend bracelet... I left very upset and will not be visiting this location anymore....maybe never visit any other Better Buzz ever again. read more

I ordered drive-thru an ice best drink ever No water and the girl kept repeating best drink ever less water. I corrected her more than x5 and my order still came out wrong!
