The place is beautiful, and I would have loved to stay for coffee if they served it in ceramic cups instead of disposable ones. I also asked about their hot tea selection, and I believe the only options were black tea and lavender tea. As someone who really enjoys tea, I was disappointed by the limited selection. I ordered the avocado toast with feta to go, but unfortunately it wasn't for me. It was very bland and lacked flavor. It could really use a little salt, and there was barely any balsamic glaze on it. I'm not one to write reviews, but as I walked in and at the pickup counter, there are signs asking for reviews. :) I'm thankful I've gone through the drive-thru at this location and had a better experience. I thought I'd try inside today and my inside experience would have made me wait a long time before returning. The customer service may need some fine-tuning. I waited way too long in a short line because of long extended cashier/customer conversations; and had to ask for my drink after people who arrived and ordered after me had come and gone. I may return inside, after giving them some time to adjust/trouble shoot their in store operation. However...açaí smoothie was good. :) read more

Their cheese danish is the most disgustingly generic and tasteless in Las Vegas...and their almond croissants are absolutely nothing to write home about. When their employee does not contain the common sense to put numerous pastry items to go in one big bag, instead handing a customer 5 pastry bags, it wreaks of ownership not properly training their staff...though, you can't teach common sense. Perhaps a basic common sense competency test should be administered by ownership...and take one themselves. read more

Love this new location and always a 10/10. But online, it states that there are many gluten free drink options available. I mean even black coffee. We spoke to three different workers, including the manager on 8/21 and were told that not a single drink could be made gluten free. This was super disappointing and not accurate with the website. We would've been happy with even a black coffee! I don't understand how even that couldn't be gluten free. She started listing off if maybe we wanted to substitute almond milk to make it gluten free, so I think education on gluten allergies would be very helpful at this location! read more

I really had high hopes for this spot as it's close to me but the two times I've gone now I haven't had a very good experience. First time I had to wait abnormally long for my drinks and they were out of straws which took a while for them to bring more out. Then today I ordered an acai bowl and the acai was such a soupy consistency. My drinks have tasted good though so I'm wondering if maybe they're just understaffed. read more

I've been to many different food venues big and small but I must say it's the people that make the location. As they say you might not remember what somebody said maybe not even what they did but you will remember how they made you feel, and Bry Bry-(BRYAN) Brought the entire experience home for us. I'm back visiting Vegas and wanted to go to better buzz again. This time I placed my order on line since I was on a schedule. When I got there they hadn't even started my drink because they wanted to tell me they could not make the Morracon spiced iced coffee with no ice. This is 100% not true as I order it all the time this way at my local better buzz in San Diego and I ordered it this way at this exact location when I was here 3 weeks ago. She said she would go ahead and make it that way and when they handed it to me it was full of ice! ‍ they were slammed and I had no time to argue about it. So I took my drink and left. When I got home to enjoy it, it's so watered down with little flavor. Not sure why this location has such trouble making their own drinks. read more

The mint infused iced coffee was BRILLIANT - going to try to replicate that at home with mint from my garden. Their original was PERFECT.
