    Pumpkin spice chai latte regular

Seasonal refreshing pumpkin flavored cold drinks are available. The weekday mornings are busy here, I recommend ordering online using the app. I ordered a hot pumpkin chai, not too sweet but delicious. We also ordered the ham and cheese sandwich chiabatta it was enough for an adult. The coffee is very good here, just be patient when you order in person. Enjoy!

First time at this location. I went to one at fashion valley mall. I love that the location is walking distance from my place, but I also dislike how the drive thru creates so much traffic. Busy busy at 7am on a Friday. I ordered inside. Our cashier was very sweet and tentative to our order. My husband ordered (I can't remember the name) and I ordered an iced dirty chai pumpkin. My husbands order came out first. Then I waited for about 10 minutes for my order until I went up to the man and asked when mine was coming out. He immediately got mine. When I tasted it, it was iced milk. No pumpkin no chai no flavor... just milk. I had my husband and my friend try. They didn't know what that was. So I waited in line and let the cashier know. She even said "That doesn't look like how my order should be." I was given a remake. Service was way faster at that point. Unfortunately the drink was SO sweet and thick syrupy consistency. 3 stars for the mistaken order, the remake was so sweet and thick syrupy consistency, and total time combined was 35-40 minutes for two coffees.

The Banana Pudding Best Drink Ever and Better Breakfast Sandwich for the WIN!

LOVE That they have a Santee location since I have never tried it! And talk about a cool atmosphere! The service was spot on! I was greeted immediately by the friendliest staff. Just walking in it was an immediate "Welcome!" I'm new to the menu but the young enthusiast staff member (I think name Allison - had blue bangs and giant blue eyes) knew everything about every drink and suggested I tried the "Banana Pudding - Best Drink Ever". I trusted her enthusiasm and also ordered the "Better Breakfast". With all the Better names I was really hoping it would live up to it! The name did not disappoint! First of all... when do you ever get a Nilla wafer in your drink?!?!? And when does your drink actually taste like what it says?!? Literally drank banana pudding coffee!! THE BEST! And the breakfast sandwich... OMG THE PRETZEL BUN and the Aioli! I am officially a fan! Will be back to try all the other creative items on the menu!

    Feta Avocado Deluxe Toast

First time to a Better Buzz. Very disappointing. 2 stars only for the friendly service. Iced horchata latte- barely any ice, separated horchata gave it a disgusting look/taste. Avocado toast deluxe- dense, untoasted bread, sour avocado (tasted like a spread). Spicy Chili Jam Sausage Croissant- greasy, small piece of sausage only to cover 1/4 of your croissant, all around terrible and bad flavor. For $50 I would have expected better quality.

You might as well call this Better Buzz location, "Club Buzz" because of how loud they play their music. Seriously, I could barely hear the nice young lady at the cash register, and it was very difficult to have a conversation near one of their speakers hanging from the ceiling. I asked one of the employees if they could reduce the volume a couple of notches, just a couple, and he said he would ask to have it done. However, when he returned, he told me that management said no, because it was their company policy to have the music that loud. I call B.S. because I've been to almost all Better Buzzes in San Diego, and never has the music been so loud. At any rate, I had a latte with oat milk, which was pretty good. I also had an almond croissant, which looked great but it did not have much or any filing on the inside. It tasted good. The hospitality at the register was nice. The young lady had a good personality and made good suggestions. However, I do think being able to reduce the volume of the music would be a good thing for all.

We've been to a lot of the openings of the new store & this one was just like the others - over the top! They really do put on the show & if you come to expect a laid back soft opening -NOPE! there's barely enough room for the workers to move during this chaotic opening - but it's fun for all who attend. The bear claws are the best as are the drinks. Glad to see Katie keeping it all together - what a asset and Buzz knows that got a big star with her on board.

Came around 10 am on Wednesday super busy was surprised to find parking, there is a larger parking area behind that you can walk from but the drive through and parking lot is overall confusing and hard to access. The drinks are great and the service is awesome but maybe because it's new and busy it defiantly took over 20-30 min for one drink to come out. Nice music and interior! I would probably only come again for drive through tho or in a few months when there may be less people.

Kevin was awesome and friendly!!!! he gave me great drink recommendations and the young lady working at the window was friendly and kind to her team in the inside cause you can tell it was hectic. Great job.

Great coffee I had a blended snickerdoodle and my wife had a hazelnut divinity.

Inside the shop they allowed people to bring their own trading card collection to trade with each other. They had specialty drinks made specifically for the show, Pokemon themed. There's a good amount of seating inside and seems like a good place to hang out or study. They have different books and board games around the shop too. I tried two drinks when I came. I got the coconut matcha because it was one of the themed drinks but wasn't impressed with it. I probably should've known better than to order matcha at a coffee shop but I'm a sucker for coconut. For my second (redemption) drink I got the Samoa which was a mocha, coconut, and caramel latte. This one was delicious. It had a great coffee flavor with a nice smooth caramel companion. It wasn't overly sweet and not bitter at all. The baristas were all great too. My drinks came out quickly despite it being busy with the show. Definitely a great coffee shop to check out!

Becky and I are not well versed in the world of fancy coffee, so we typically rely on those we are with to provide recommendations. Saturday we were on our own. We wanted a late afternoon pick-me-up and Kaffee Meister is a very short distance from our house. I walked in and was warmly greeted by the pleasant young woman behind the counter (I did not catch her name). I asked for two caramel iced coffees. She very nicely and patiently explained to me the different options of my generic "iced coffees" term. Lattes, cold brews, espressos, etc. Her recommendation was Caramel Frappes, so that is what I ordered. One with whipped cream (for Becky) and mine without. As I waited, I looked around the room. It was really cool. Very homey, neighborhood cafe vibe. A few tables and a couch and comfy chairs along with some tables and chairs dotted the room. The room was really nicely decorated. I liked the spiral staircase shelving. They have some outdoor seating as well. In addition to coffees, they offer a food menu. Pastries, bagels, açaí bowls, sandwiches and the like. I drive by Kaffee Meister almost daily and often I will see that they have live music which is cool. I waited maybe three or four minutes for my name to be called, and I was handed my two frappes. I like a simple cup o' Joe. Black, no sugar, no sweeteners. At home I drink Kirkland brand ground coffee from a drip coffee maker. That said, I really enjoyed the Caramel Frappe. It was not too sweet and retained subtle coffee flavor. Becky very much enjoyed hers too. Neither of us had ever had a frappe before. We were surprised by the milkshake-like creamy texture. They provided the perfect pick-me up we were looking for. About 17 bucks after tip. We'd return for sure.

Used to be a grilled cheese place which I never tried because I like meat in my sandwiches. Then the last owners I'm sad to say I didn't visit either but today I walked in and realized they have one of the best steak tortas I have had in the US. If you're from tj they are like the tortas at the "car wash" next to giussepis. If you know you know. Very nice sized bread, toasted on both sides with a chipotle sauce, fresh jalapeños, lots of avocado, the steak was fresh and delicious. Half a torta was enough to get me through for a while and now I have a great evening snack after Jiu Jitsu. Owner said the chicken torta was even better. Hard to believe but maybe I'll get one for the wife. They have Acai with champs like a Mangonada. It's a pretty cool spot that could become a staple if enough people find it.

Esmeralda, who made my order, was so friendly and welcoming, guiding me through the menu and letting me know that the Birria grilled cheese is a favorite. Now, about the sandwich--wow! It was buttery toasted and packed with an impressive amount of cheese and meat, truly a delightful indulgence. It also came with a side of consomé for dipping, along with a refreshing lime slice, which complemented the flavors perfectly. Fruitylicious offers a fantastic range of options since they've transitioned from being a cheese grill sandwich place to a full-service spot with both Mexican and American cuisine. Besides the grilled cheese, they also have ice cream, shakes, fruit juices, and specialty drinks that I can't wait to try on my next visit. If you're looking for a delicious meal and a warm atmosphere, I highly recommend stopping by. You won't regret it and bring the kids as they have Jenga and Connect for fun for the family.

The lighting is warm with a few plants here and there. The menu font is a bit small, I think they could benefit on having it slightly bigger or lowered a little. I've always been a fan of their chocolate orange mocha, but this time around it really missed the mark for me. Usually it would remind me of the Trader Joe's chocolate orange. We got the Iced 24 or 20 oz, I believe. I asked for the biggest they had. The chocolate tasted very light (reminiscent of a milk chocolate) and thin. I was able to taste the orange notes. The espresso was definitely lost in the drink. I wish the balance had been better, I do like the price of this drink though-- I thought it was quite fair! The girls working were kind and soft spoken. They got the drinks out in a timely manner as well. I'll come back, maybe to try a different flavor since there's multiple on the menu!

I had barely had a chance to have lunch so was really happy to randomly see a coffee shop to grab a cold coffee on a hot day to bring with me to my hair appointment. Parking was easy and I walked into the coffee shop. There was no wait at all at that time. I browsed the menu and decided on an iced Simple Special which was basically an iced mint latte. I ordered it with nonfat milk I waited for only a couple of minutes for my drink to be made. During that time I saw that they were playing records and had several records for sale. That was really cool. If I lived in the area I would definitely hang out and listen to records while sipping on coffee. The reason for only 4 stars.... my charge was abut $8 which felt a bit stiff for only the 16 oz drink. It made me wary of what a 20 oz would cost. All in all, I had a good experience at The Simple Coffee House. My drink had good flavor without being overly sweet. I liked the records and the vibe at the coffeehouse.
