Most places have a cook on the grill handling breakfast sandwiches, and the counter people butter the bagels and do the quick stuff, but here, every worker makes the breakfast orders. So you end up having like 5/6 people crowded around the same small grill trying to cook, and nobody who just needs a quick bagel is being helped. I would also imagine this leads to inconsistencies in the food, as everyone cooks a little different. If they got a dedicated grill cook, this place would probably get 5 stars.
