I looked through this restaurant's menu items and was pleased. I ordered about $30 worth of food that day and was very pleased may I say. The food was delicious. The delivery was a little slow the first time but still ok. The second time that I ordered, chose some different items and again very pleased. Food was delicious. I ordered the bbq wings, a chicken burger with fries, and a Mountain Dew at around 3:30 pm. I got my order at 5:30, the wings weren't what I expected I didn't enjoy them the sauce was good, the chicken burger- ugh. It was soggy and wasn't how they usually prepare it, the fries were also soggy and I got a brisk instead of a Mountain Dew uhhhh?? Some of there food is good except the pizza. It's dry, they put too much cheese and not enough tomato sauce. However one of the employees there made the pizza for me one time, and he did an outstanding job. I have to keep requesting that he specifically makes my pizza because he makes it the way it's supposed to be made. I've spoke to my neighbors about the pizza and they agreed with me. If I'm spending 14 dollars on pizza I expect the pizza to be made correctly, and it shouldn't be a problem if I request a specific person to make my pizza. I'M PAYING FOR IT!!!!! read more

Not only did they far exceed the estimated delivery time by 40 minutes but the delivery guy made my boyfriend come downstairs (we live on the 14th floor) and had his LITTLE brother come out of the car to bring our food. Seriously?, if that weren't bad enough the food wasn't great, my roll wasn't toasted (who wants a breakfast sandwich on an un-toasted roll?), and it didn't sit well with us. The icing on the cake? - my boyfriend and I have been taking turns going to the bathroom since 3am and are convinced we have food poisoning. It took over 45 minutes for them to prep and cook my order. All the while it took 5-6 people who kept checking it to make sure it was cooked. The young lady on the phone was courteous, honest, and made sure my order was correct before hanging up. The delivery time took a while, it's kind of expected considering the distance (I'm in Hollis, they are in Richmond Hill), however 1.5 hours is excessive. Furthermore, the food was kind of cold. They did not call as I requested when they arrived and instead beeped the car. In their defense they were adorable older ladies and were still very sweet and kind. But the food left alot to be desired. So I guess the lower prices make sense. Burger had a weirdish taste, wings were cold as well as the zeppoles (although the latter still tasted decent).
