do not go here. They take advantage of people and tell you that your insurance does not cover porcelain crowns and give you metal pieces of crap. Had my partial loan for one day and it's falling off and they want me to walk around for an entire weekend without it. Please do not book with them. They are thieves. Every time they make a mistake, they shave my tooth down more and more, leaving me with nothing to hold. I had very healthy teeth before I came here and they convinced me to get several root canals when I really only needed to replace feelings removed. I love how quick and accurate Martin Cho is. However one downside is that this place only opens on Tuesday and Thursdays.

Dr. Martin Cho and Dr. Alicia Chang are absolutely FABULOUS dentists. My wife has been going to them for the last year and they are very straight forward and honest dentists; they don't push any unnecessary services. So far she has gotten an implant (perfect fit, no modifications required), crown (also a flawless perfect fit on first try which is rare), and extracted a wisdom tooth (which only took 5 minutes, true pro's). Essentially, everything has been done not only fast, but also right the first time without any pushiness or unnecessary stress. Everything has been painless in this office (dental procedures, billing, booking appointments, and the free parking). Pricing is excellent compared to other local dentists. The front office staff (Vivian and others) are wonderful, easy going people. The dentists are also very COVID safety oriented, changing their gloves between patients. read more

Dr.Martin will smoothly get you through all dental procedures even you are the one with that FEAR which gives you goosebumps just by passing dental hospitals. I have removed my 2 wisdom teeth in other places which took at least an hour and with a lot off pains the night after. Best service and place... My wife got several implants here, she is very satisfied for their work that told me to go as I had to take tooth away for a longtime toothache. From the reception to the nurses taking the X-ray everyone was very attentive. Later Dr. Cho remove my tooth in a such a manner that I did not even feel it. Because our old insurance was in network with this dentist and was literally walking distance from our house, I decided to make this place our primary dentistry. My fiancé at first didn't mind this place as he thought they were taking care of him but that wasn't the case. A few months back, we switched our insure plan and we realized they were no longer in our network so we had to find a new dentist. They reexamine my fiancée teeth and x-rays and asked why the pulled some teeth and why they advised a bone graph? He replied " because my previous dentist told me I needed to". The new dentist informed my fiancé the tooth they pulled was unnecessary and the procure they did is a mucky mouse way of fixing the problem. And most important he didn't need they bone graph after all. BEWARE!!! read more

I have a dentist but it's all the way in LAX so I saw the add for 999.00 for a dental implant. The Asian lady had a horrible attitude and the guy who looked at my X ray immediately said that I needed bone (which I had done added at my dentist that costed me 100 dollars) and this is to get 500.00 dollars more and he made me feel like I had the worst smile (which I don't because my teeth are not rattan,) the consulting fee is 40 dollars. So the 999.00 is to lure you in and defraud you with some more stuff you don't need. They took a copy of my driver's license and took a picture of me? What for? The worst experience I've even had. My appointment was scheduled for 10am. The entire clinic was CLOSED when I got there at 10am. The receptionist came shortly after and unlocked the gates, saying that she was not late, she had two kids, etc, as if she was not at fault....If the entire clinic cannot be ready for patients by 10am, they should not allow patients to book appointments at 10am! I ended up canceling my appointment on the spot so I cannot comment on the quality of the dentist himself. Just to make things worse, the receptionist did not even apologize at all. DO NOT. DO NOT, DO NOT GO HERE. Unfortunately, I have to give this dental office the worst review I can muster, but I'll tell you exactly why so you'll understand. My only positive experience was with the receptionist, Diana, who is quite nice. However, once I was escorted back for my ROUTINE CLEANING (keep this in mind,) this is what I received instead: - Immediate ushering into the X-ray room, where they took *16* (no exaggeration) X-rays of my mouth and one full panoramic (which you only really want taken for orthodontics.) (Background for the uninitiated, since I grew up next door to a dentist: usually you don't want more than a few X-rays taken at a time so you don't get too much exposure.) I told the radiologist that I was uncomfortable with the situation, that I didn't want the X-rays done and was going to explain that I could have my previous dentist send some X-rays, but he pressed on. I could literally see down into the barrel on some angles - you ... don't want that. When I called my dental insurance provider later about this situation, she noted that she'd been working there for 11 years and she'd NEVER seen that many X-rays taken at the same time. "I'm surprised when you left that you weren't glowing (from exposure.)" - Ushering into a "consultation" room which was really just the Hard Sell Room. I was placed into an examining chair where I was asked to wait for my dentist for 5-10 minutes. However, right above the chair was a GIANT TV screen that had the panoramic X-ray up there. I was staring at an X-ray of my entire lower half of my skull. I was looking at my own fucking skull, like Hamlet looking at Yorick. For 10 minutes. - The hard selling began. After poking around for about 5 minutes (and barely apologizing for the X-ray on the screen before PUTTING IT RIGHT BACK UP THERE AND NOT EVEN REFERRING TO IT, Dr. P and his consultant recommended the following: - Bone graft & implant for a missing tooth ($1500, not covered by insurance) - Extraction of a wisdom tooth, $400 (80% covered by insurance) - Veneers for my upper teeth (MY TEETH ARE FINE. Literally. I've gone in for "perfect teeth" auditions and gotten callbacks.) - Braces for lower teeth (to make room for the bone graft/implant, which would be in there for a year and make maybe 2mm more room. I checked.) Mind you, I was in there JUST FOR A ROUTINE CLEANING. Most used car salesmen would have told this place to slow down! Holy high-pressure sales, Batman. You know you've gotten impressively squeezed when even the insurance company says that that's fucked up. The cleaning itself wasn't that great, either, honestly. I don't even have very sensitive teeth/gums but there could have been better handling (which I asked for throughout.) Oh, and in the middle of the cleaning they left to get the head honcho dentist to poke around to look at the implant site and AGAIN pressured me to get the implant. After I said no. While I was in the middle of the only thing I came there to get done. Look. I'm not normally a squeaky wheel, but this was absurd, and I don't want someone else to get shilled if they can avoid it. But if this experience motivated me enough to make a review JUST so I could write a warning for people - take heed. read more

I got a wisdom tooth pulled out the same day as my initial visit, and it was such a great experience. I only had part of my mouth numbed and i felt absolutely nothing even after the numbness wore off. I couldn't believe there was no pain and never had an infection. I had my wisdom tooth taken out, cavities treated and got my teeth straightened at this dental office. I have been going to this place for several years now. (since 2014 I think..) And the doctors are amazing, very reliable. Especially the office manager named Vivian is super knowledgeable, friendly and flexible. There were times that I needed to cancel or change my appointments, and she was willing to accommodate every time. When she gave me a consultation, I was able to tell right away that she genuinely cares about her patients. Seems like Vivian has been working here for really long time because she was there when I first started going to this location several years ago. That tells me that this location also has a good management, low turnover and cares about their employees. The office is always organized and welcoming. It's very friendly dental office that I would highly recommend!! And best of all, my teeth are amazingly straight and I get compliments all the time! :) read more
