The man rudely told her that because her order was over $50, she had to give him a credit card number or they would not deliver the pizzas. My sister attempted to talk to him to ask what she could do. (The order was just barely over $50.) The man HUNG UP on her. Because it was getting late and we had no other plans for supper my sister decided to order one less large pizza so she called Domino's back. She placed a new order for less amount of food and ask to talk to a manager to tell the manager what happened. The manager said,"We're busy," and that he would talk to him. No apologies no offer of what he could do to make things right. No discounts offered. Nothing. It took nearly an hour for the pizza to be delivered and it was just OK not great, just OK.
