Michael Crooks was very responsive as a company rep and everything he quoted was delivered just as he said. The quality of the shower is excellent and we love the Koehler fixtures. We chose black on white to assist those with visual deficits and really like how they turned out! The fold down seat is also a plus for those with endurance challenges! The demolition andinstallation team of Jose, Gabriel and Jairo could not have done a better job! They were timely, efficient and professional. They demolished the shower and tub one day and took away all the debris. Then, the next day, they built the frame and installed the new walk in shower exactly as we requested. They were pleasant to have on our property and we're considerate in where they set up their workstation and parked their trucks. We did have a challenge posed by the installation day with company coming to visit us... And they worked out a mutually agreed upon date that met our needs. It was difficult for me to find the repair service, and I am glad I found MJ'S Windows To fix my vertical sliding window, they needed to purchase new sliding parts. They provided fair fees and fast service. Marco made a good effort to fix my old sliding glass door, which was improperly installed and therefore badly skewed. I like that MJ's gives you the option of repair or new installation without commercial pressure. I will definitely contact them with a new project in the future.

I used Yelp's "would you like to send this quote to more people" button and it sent it to NG Construction. I was very hesitant to use them because they did not have any reviews yet. I am so glad I decided to go with them, though. Right off the bat, I could tell they knew their stuff. They were new to Yelp but showed me images of their other projects and when we talked about details on how to ensure the area we would be patching in the side of a building would stay water proof, they were sure of their answers and matched exactly what I was told by a stucco expert. Throughout the quote and arrival he was incredibly communicative over text. He gave me the quote with pictures and descriptions and didn't require some sort of sales pitch on the phone or "need to see it in person". I appreciated that he respected my time and didn't have any BS. Upon meeting him, I was very impressed. The work was done far beyond the level of quality I was expecting. From prep to execution to clean up and finally finishing (he had to return days later for it to properly dry before painting) he did it the right way without short cuts. I could tell he was someone I could trust and paid him before he had to come back-I knew he would show.
