I would not recommend them at all. Their work was sloppy, communication was an issue. Having had new windows installed in my previous home I was excited to have new windows installed in a home I recently purchased. Starbridge Windows was highly recommended. Unfortunately, I had several issues with the installation. During the installation my kitchen sink was chipped, two window seals showed signs of stress cracking due to all the hammering done while trying to fit the new windows into the old space, the trim on the outside of one of the windows was damaged, windows were not centered and the casing is significantly larger on the top then the bottom. A large picture window in the front of the house is sagging and is 1/2 inch off from top to bottom. read more

This company has the worst customer service on the planet. I as a general contractor would never ever recommend. Charles the salesman was a nice guy but full of shit. So i contracted to buy a 7080 french door with blinds bout 4800 total with install, not bad thats actually as a contractor a good price. This is the problem. On the 11th june i got a confirmation text saying we will be at your job to install door between 8 -9. So i am the contractor of course im there at 745. And this is a health care facility so there is a boarded up hole in an exterior wall and the patient if you will has been displaced till job is done.. My job for the company was to make it painless for the client. So i framed the opening on 11th. And as stated confirmed the install for the 12th. So 920 am 12th rolls around and i reach out to charles i said hey are your guys coming? He said let me find out whats going on. I get a call 10 min later from some girl in the office she literally said well we are having mechanical issues so we need to reschedule. So again thur 12 june 25 i said ok can yall be here tomorrow which would be 13th june and friday? She said let me put you on hold. 8 min later she said well we can install 23rd i said that is not ok. I said why would i be scheduled for 12th and now get sent back to the last in the cue.she said sorry. So i called my rep charles and i said bud this is a healthcare facility and the lady in that room has been displaced i said i did the reframing on 11th and you were to install 12th . He said my wife is in surgery im like sorry that sucks . God bless her and i pray shes going to be ok he said ill call and find out whats going on. So i wait in my truck on the job for hours. Fast forward to friday i call him i said hey bro i just need something. Im a very patient person and ive been 17 years in business. So low and behold he never texted or called me i did not know if my door was there or not i had to confirm and picked up door and installed myself i hope if you want good customer service you shop somewhere else read more

Worst service ever! We tried to install a sky-wall window. The quote was made, the windows delivered and it was wrong. Btw this is after 2 measuring and conformation that we had a sky wall window. I paid for 7 windows and a sliding door to be custom made and installed. It took over 2 months to the get project started and end up not finished. I paid the deposit for the windows which arrived and they tried to installed it but left a mess with at my place. I have asked them to come back and complete the job which hey say they are not responsible for lots of things. Put back blinds, dents, scratches on my trims inside and outside. The office manager and customer service agent is very rude they speak to you like you need them and sound like you are bothering them for the u finished work. They didn't have a contract for the work they going to do, who will come out, stated the windows are liftetime but I didn't even get paper documents for it. This company is shady. My advice is find someone else and if you end up going with them. Request the following. 1. Scope of work 2. Contract and documents if windows (lifetime) 3. Poor quality windows and doors. The bifold drain screens are cheap plastic and broke after 2 weeks. They delivered the incorrect glass for bathroom windows. They don't tell you when they will come to install, but instead send an email the day before stating it's a friendly reminder about a scheduled installation for a specific time, even though nothing was scheduled prior to receiving said email. And interior door casings weren't installed even though was stated in contract. Then I received a call from Nancy stating I never paid my final bill. I had never received a final. This was probably because the job was never completed. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this company. read more

I ordered 2 custom smaller windows for a project that was in process and I needed the windows on a very tight schedule. Yoselyn was my contact and made sure everything was up to satisfaction. Scheduling was perfection! My contractor did the window installation and I picked the window up at the factory location. About a month later, it rained a good amount, water hit the window and condensation formed inside the window -- I was thinking just my luck this is going to be a headache. I contacted Yoselyn, sent her some pictures. She she was able to scheduled an appointment with a technician to inspect, the window glass was replaced. The window glass was replaced without undoing any of the contractors work. It has been about 5 or 6 months. After the correction, everything has been perfect on both windows. Good energy efficiency -- no cold drafts on colder days and performs nicely on a hot 98° day in the SFV. Horrible experience with the ladies there. There is only 2 ladies in charge in the office that don't know anything about the manufacturing process and not only that they don't take down every note. They promise me 3 windows before 2 weeks and almost took the month to make them for this to happen. Save yourself the stress and headache with these unprofessional employees.
