Today (Sat Jul 20, 2019 - 2:30 pm) - I went here to drop off all of my laundry and have it cleaned. It was my first time going to a Bibbentuckers or any type of place where you can have your clothes cleaned for you. When I got to the front counter I dumped all of my laundry on the counter and was asked if I would like my clothes to be starched, what level of starch or dry cleaned. I was also told my clothes would be ready Monday late afternoon. I left my clothes and drove home - about 15 minutes drive. Once I got home I had a voicemail from the same employee I had just met telling me some of my clothes were unable to be cleaned and I would need to come pick them up by 5. I asked what the reason was. I was told "We do not clean clothes like boxers and undergarments and that typically they are just thrown away" - but she told them not to throw mine away. I drove back up to the location - another 15 minutes - when arrive I was told by the same employee I could have the boxers I was coming to pick up washed and folded after all. I declined the offer and I just asked for all of my clothes back. Here is my advice. If you have a first time customer, make sure the staff is fully trained and prepared to let them know your policy on types of clothes like boxers. I'm sure 95% of your customers know the policy, but someone like me has NEVER used this type of service - so how could I possibly know that? What is my penalty for not being informed, for my clothes to be THROWN AWAY? It's better to tell me while I'm there in person that either you DON'T service these type of clothes OR they can be washed and folded. The last thing I want to hear is that a company I'm paying for to do a service for me would have THROWN some of my belongings away if the employee hadn't said something to save them. This is total BS. And this folks is how you lose a customer on their first and only try of your business. 1/5 would not recommend. read more

My recommendation is that you never bring your clothing to the store. I've used other bibbentuckers stores in the past that were great but this store lost Part of my comforter and when I notified them of it and asked that it be found They told me to send a picture of it so that they would know what they were looking for. I explained i did not have a picture of it. I asked what would happen if they couldn't find it and I was told They had to ask the manager Who of course never called me back. They couldn't tell me?? I am really unhappy right now. I still don't have my clothes even though technically they were supposed to be ready on Friday after 5 (it's now Tuesday at 5:30). I went to pick them up yesterday and they weren't ready but I was never called and I never did get a good answer as to why. I was told they would be ready today. They were not. The clerk said they were probably on the truck to be delivered if I wanted to wait for them but I had to be somewhere and couldn't sit and wait. I won't be using this service again and would not recommend any else do either. read more

After being reached out to by John from Bibbentuckers, I went back to this location and brought both pieces of clothing with me. They took them back at no extra charge and sent them to a different location to fix the stains. Upon pickup, they showed me where the stains had been removed. Great service the second time around. Although it was inconvenient to have to go back instead of having it just done the first time, I am happy that they were able to fix the initial issue. read more

High end dry cleaning. They do really good work. They charge more than the average on the corner dry cleaner, but especially if you have a nice article of clothing that you are worried about, they will take good care of it. read more

Relocating to Dallas and told they were the best. Two out of four shirts came book ok. Still wrinkled. Excuse given was "they are transported back from other store so may get some wrinkles. " Disappointing as was looking forward to their delivery service. Perhaps it is just this location. read more

Bibbentuckers on Hillcrest in University Park is horrible. Needed my white dress shirts cleaned and pressed. Collars came back with a yellow tint and poorly pressed. Brought back a second time for a redo but then delivered back in worse shape. Don't waste your time or money as they do a poor job and are over priced. read more

Dropped off laundry by the pound and picked it up two days after. Clothes was clean and folded. Prices weren't that bad either
