So I remember when they first opened in the 90's uptown location, I believe their first one. You could link it to your AAdvantage number and get miles for the money you spent on dry cleaning. They even called me one time while on a business trip to let me know they had mixed up my pair of chinos with someone else's. They were on their game. Recently, all I can say is WTF happened? Still paying the premium price ($35) to dry clean a suit is above average, and getting .99 cent dry cleaner service now. Clearly state to do a cold water wash on shirts, they continue to dry clean them. They lost a pocket square, and said if it's on the receipt you received it. No, I didn't. Like your so small you will lose a customer over a fucking $20 pocket square, rather than just buying a new one on a Hundred dollar order. I expect my vendors to be the bigger person and not act like I am trying to fleece them out of a pocket square. Anyone know a dry cleaner that actually does a good job? Most suck. Maybe it's like everything else nowadays, if you want it done right, you have to do it yourself. Absolutely disgusted with them at this point. read more

Dropped off 2 quilts with few other things First, they lose 1 of the QUILTS, and when they recover it, it's not even touched or cleaned. Still got charged for the "service". I call the headquarters to resolve with no one there to answer. I call the center and they seem to care less with no apology or care for my business . Wow. I usually don't mind spending more for convenience and quality but I just spent $135 for two loads of laundry. It won't fault them for being so expensive since they don't claim to be well priced. Where I do fault them is that the workers should have a better idea about weight and pricing. When I dropped it I asked about how much it should cost and the girl told me it was $6per pound and I probably had 3-4 pounds. Overpriced for sure. Their drive thru is considerably slower than other dry cleaners. Their staff doesn't understand and basic alteration requests so expect the alterations department to call and re-ask questions. Lastly, I just picked up a coat to have dry cleaned and they informed me that they tried to call me (they definitely did not) because they couldn't clean it because the buckles (that are fully removable) would be damaged. I HAD been fairly pleased with the cleaners up until this week. I called about 3 weeks ago to see if this cleaners cleaned purses (my wife has a NICE canvas purse with some water staining on it). I was told that Bibbentuckers actually sends out purses for cleaning, but they could do that. I take it in and give my claim ticket and pickup date of a few days ago. I call Bibbentuckers on the day it is supposed to be ready, the first person tells me yes, it is back. I ask him what the price of the cleaning would be, and he apparently looked up something, and I was put on hold for a long enough time that I had to hang up and get back to business. I call a few hours later and spoke to a different person this time, and was asked "they haven't called you?" I tell her no, I called earlier today to check. The person tells me that it could not be cleaned and it is ready to be picked up. So... 3 weeks that the purse spent SOMEWHERE (maybe it was sent out to be cleaned, who knows?), and nothing happened except some wasted time and gas on my part. I brought in several items including a Peter Millar button down to be cleaned. When I went to pick up my items on a Friday everything was ready except for the Peter Millar shirt. I was told it would not be ready until at least Monday. On Monday I went to pick up the shirt and it took the employee at least 10 minutes to find it. It was brought to me cleaned but with a huge rip in it. The employee insisted that I had brought the shirt in ripped and that they had not cleaned it. It clearly had been cleaned and the rip occurred during the process. Instead of owning up to it and trying to make it right after I spent $90 on dry cleaning, the employee insisted it was ripped when I brought it in. Why would I pay to have a ripped shirt cleaned? Love this location, the people at the counter are quick with service and friendly. I have never waited more then 3-4 days for an item, and when I needed something next day, and requested it be done by opening time; they had the shirts ready to go asap. They sewed a patch on a shirt for me and noticed I had a missing button, they replaced it for free! This is a location that cares about customer service. read more

Wai-wai-wai... did you DRY clean all my clothes?!?!?! ...Like... my undies?? my gym clothes??.... Start looking through my clothes... OMG they DRY CLEANED my pajamas!!! Worst dry cleaners ever. They do nothing different from any other cleaners & charge you 3 times more. Took my clothes there & the guy that took my clothes decided to put down how I wanted my clothes done himself instead of how I actually wanted them. Unaware of this, I go to pick my clothes up & I'm charge $50 for 8 items (7 dress shirts & 1 pair of pants). I asked the lady why was it so high, and when she gave me the receipt there were things on there that I did not ask for. Bibbentuckers is one of the best dry cleaners I've come across. I have had multiple dry cleaners while living in Dallas and this company gets it right. The staff is always courteous and they are speedy. My only criticism is the cost...the cost could be a bit lower but overall you get what you pay for...and that is excellence. A bit more pricey comprared to others, but well worth the extra few dollars per item. The attention to detail is apparent, I just feel good not having to worry about if they did it correct the first time. I haven't tried the delivery/pickup service yet, but I'm sure I will soon! Ladies, NEVER get your clothes dry cleaned here!! Went to the Bibbentuckers at Preston and Forest. I got my husband's dress shirt and a long chiffon dress dry cleaned. When I went to pick them up I was told the total was almost $60 when I asked why it was so high they said that all of their dresses (casual or formal--I wouldn't consider this dress to be formal; it was $90) start at $50. I was never told this when I dropped it off, there were no signs inside and online it says dresses start at $15. I called customer service after I left and they said they get this complaint a lot. I told them if they are going to charge so much that they needed to be TRANSPARENT about it. They didn't have anything to say about it. So they've lost our business for good. read more

I am livid. I dropped off a dress to be cleaned for my grandmothers funeral, her dress. It had light make-stains on the bodice that Bibbentuckers assured me wouldn't be a problem. I returned to pick up the dress only to be told they had lost it. Lost my grandmothers burial dress. It took nearly two hours for them to find the dress while I waited at their front desk. Giving it back to me it looked exactly the same when I dropped it off, small stains on the bodice. I was so angry I decided to ignore this and leave. I had already wasted far too much time there. I was charged 47$ to have this dress laundered. One dress. 47$. That was not clean. They informed me I had received a "discount" for my inconvenience. read more

Wonderful service!!!!! We went to the Plano/Frisco location and so well taken care of. They cleaned our daughter's wedding dress to perfection and it was filthy from spray tan and New Orleans' dirt from the French Quarter and the Maison Dupey courtyard. Staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Was it expensive? Yes, but worth every penny. Such a special and expensive dress is well worth the cost in order to keep your dress. Awful, awful customer service here this morning...and it was in front of my three year-old daughter, none the less! I've been to Bibbentucker's before for dry cleaning and never had an issue, but today was something else for sure! My washing machine is currently broken, so I searched online for a place that could wash and fold laundry for me while I was at work. On Bibbentucker's website (www.bibbentuckers.com/dry-cleaning-services/laundry), they specifically state, "We take pride in our impeccable laundry service that includes bed linens, blankets, comforters, towels, socks, shirts," etc. I then called the store and spoke to a nice lady who verified all of that information. She told me the best way to bring my clothes in would be to put them in bins, and that way they could be easily folded. I did just that this morning. I had two bins-- one of my husband's clothes (jeans, t-shirts, and socks) and then another bin of my daughter's bed sheets and towels. First off, the front desk wasn't staffed when I came in (and I subsequently stood there for nearly 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged). The person that finally came over was a short little man with a mustache and beard who must not care about his store's business or decorum because he was BEYOND RUDE. He pointed to my bins and said, "Why'd you do that?" I proceeded to explain my laundry situation and then what I read on the website. His first response was, "Oh, that's only for undergarments. We don't do anything else." I then explained that I had called his store specifically to verify the website's info and he said, "Well, maybe you could do the towels, but we won't do any of the sheets." I then asked why the website and his fellow employee would be giving me different info and he laughed and said, "Well, they're misinformed. It;s not my problem." I asked why he was being rude without offering the slightest bit of help, and he goes, "You're wrong and it's not my problem. Sorry." Brought Bibbentuckers a vintage white silk+something dress that I had stained with bright red lip stain (not lipstick). Had taken to another cleaners who washed and dried but stain was still there, and told me I would have to dye the dress to get the stain out--not cheap. Took a gamble and brought to Bibbentuckers and for $17+tax the stain is gone! Dress costs so much more than that, so very happy. Also took them three chiffon dresses to regularly clean and press for $17.50 each. Helpful. Timely. Efficient. So cannot recommend high-enough for stain removal, but perhaps a run-of-the-mill dry cleaners would be cheaper if you are just regular-laundry-adverse. read more

Came here for an emergency to get a silk skirt cleaned. I got liquid on the skirt and they did a great job in hiding the stains. I can still see some of the stains but only from certain light angles, and because I know they are there. Service was good and turnaround was quick. The one skirt was around $11. read more

OUTRAGIOUSLY overpriced. OMG!!!!! I have had several pairs of Levis belt loops fixed at other cleaners for around $5.00 this place charged me $15.00 then another $6.99 for pressing. I didn't ask nor did I want them pressed. They are work jeans. The rest of the clothes were crazy expensive. I don't mind paying a little more for quality service and product but $191.00 for 13 items is just crazy. If you like throwing money away then go ... but me.... Let me start off by saying how utterly disappointing it is that customer service just DOES NOT EXIST at this location! I work for a pretty big company and we send alterations to this location twice a week. Almost EVERY SINGLE TIME there has been an issue with an alteration. Seams aren't properly sewn, or are totally crooked. This past week, we were to receive an alteration order on Tuesday. When the guy came to pick up our alterations, he informed us that he had nothing to drop off and out other alterations wouldn't be back till Friday....this is 4 days after they were to arrive. We call the location and talk to a supervisor to let her know about this error. She tells us they will be rush finished, and delivered the next morning....WRONG! When 1pm rolls around the next day, and we still haven't received our alterations, we give them a call. I have to speak to 2 different people before I actually get any answers. They start implying that we did not call the previous day and made up the whole thing! They tell me that even though the alterations are now complete, they will not be delivering them today...I have to send someone over myself to pick up and when she gets there and starts accounting for merchandise, the clerk acts extremely annoyed by her system of checks and balances..... Moral of the story. If you have alterations you need completed, this is not the best option. read more
