Stopped by for a quick snack with my partner and ordered the bulgolgi gimbap. We were dining in, and they brought over ice water and sriracha mayo for us to dip the gimbap in. There were a handful of seats, and they had a tv up playing Kpop music videos which was fun and added to the atmosphere. The gimbap was delicious! They also added a good amount of oil to the outside, and in the gimbap itself it was slightly sweet adding a nice contrast to the savoriness and sourness of the other ingredients. They were huge thick rolls! I was expecting smaller sized gimbap and was pleasantly surprised. The veggies had a nice crunch/bite to it making the snack really enjoyable overall. They had a lot of other fusion type items and I appreciated the blown up photos of the dishes for those who have a hard time choosing from just a written menu. 10/10!

I stopped in, with my 3 year old son, for dinner tonight. It was my first time trying this place, and it was on our way home from the zoo. I'm Korean, so I had pretty low expectations based on all the photos and reviews I saw online (because i thought the food might be more catered towards Americans, and potentially not authentic Korean. To my pleasant surprise, the service was top notch and the food was really food. I ordered their miso soup (which they make in house-you can taste the difference), the cup bap (recommended by the owner), edamame, and their pork bulgogi. The edamame was as generously portioned and perfectly salted (my son ate half of it), the miso soup was really good-not too salty or too miso-y (my son ate all this too), and it was actually my first time having a cup bap and I quite enjoyed it. It's basically rice, layered with Japchae, kimchee, protein of your choice (I got the thin beef) and salad mix. You flip the paper bowl upside down in your plate and mix everything up and eat it. I really enjoyed the mix of flavors. They also put some suave and melted cheese on top and everything blends well together. The food if good quality and flavorful, the price is inexpensive and reasonable, and the service excellent. The food comes out quick and they're very attentive and helpful. I'm definitely coming back.

Everything tasted amazing! If you're looking for Korean comfort food, this is a great spot to check out. We tried a little bit of everything and were able to customize the spice level for the bulgogi and soon tofu ramen dish to our liking. Service was great and the team was so efficient at getting our dishes ready. Portion sizes are so generous, we had a lot of leftovers to bring back to our hotel.

This little hole in the wall Korean restaurant is incredible! My group ordered the teriyaki bowl, the vegetarian dumplings, miso soup, and ramen. It all was divine but I think I might be addicted to the salad dressing! The flavors were well balanced in all the dishes and I couldn't leave anything on my plate! The family who runs it was SO friendly and sweet. I love that it felt more like visiting family friends vs another order being served. I will ABSOLUTELY be going back!

I ordered food delivered from Bibi2go today via GrubHub. I ordered Jap Chae with tofu, miso soup, tofu donburi and Vegan kimbap. The menu offers a nice variety of dishes. Being a vegetarian, I was happy to find lots of meat free options. Everything ordered was tasty and well prepared. I would probably order from them again if not for the extra high delivery fees. My GrubHub membership means I usually pay zero or minimal delivery charges. But Bibi2go charges an usually high delivery fee and then a service fee on top of that. I knew all this going in but I've been wanting to try Bibi2go for some time now. Fortunately there are other places with equally good food that don't charge so much for delivery. If you're in the area, you can dine in and avoid all the delivery charges but there is minimal seating inside.

Right after a doctor appointment, and conveniently located across the street from the hospital, is this exquisite little Korean mom'n'pop place called Bibi2go. They serve up some quick traditional Korean plates, Japanese ramen and udon soups bowls (Korean style), and the ever trendy burrito with Korean meats! I've only been here once, but really enjoyed the items I tried. Here's a bit more info: - Atmoshphere - A tiny cafe style place with a few tables. Not really meant for large groups. You enter, you order, and pick up your goods. = Korean Eats = I tried the Jap Chae with spicy chicken ($15.50), and it was pretty decent. More on the oily side I'd say. I've never had it with spicy chicken, and regretfully so, I'd say I prefer it with beef versus chicken. Never tried it with spicy chicken, but I thought I'd try something different. Beef bulgogi next time! Next was the Tonkotsu Ramen ($12.95) in which I ordered not spicy with a seasoned pork chop. Again, another "something different" attempt by me. It too, was a good decent bowl for the price. The broth was tasty indeed, but I felt the need to add kimchi. My fav was the Spicy Pork Burrito ($11.95). Maaaan, this was a huge burrito. I only finished half for lunch, the rest for dinner. And I loved their spicy pork too! This one filled with veggies, rice, pickled cabbage, and wasabi mayo that was killer! All wrapped up in a tortilla that held up well. === Overall === Honestly, this is a 4-star type of place, but I found nothing wrong with giving them a 5-star. Service was nice with the lady that took my order. It's not fine dining, but a good lunch option. I'm sure they've got a lot of doctors and nurses visiting. The food is excellent as well. Next time I plan to try their kimbap, maybe some bibimbap, and that supreme ddukbokki. Mmm mmm, I'm salivating just thinking about them. To be continuted...

Took me too long to checkout this place. A super cozy Korean restaurant run by a Korean family right on NW 23rd street. Everyone was super friendly. The store has a few small tables and some counter seats. Big groups should probably do takeout. For the food, everything we got was homey and delicious. For the price, the gave you so much food and the ingrdients were fresh. I was drawn to their Kimbap which was full of veggies. Loved the sesame flavor and radish in there. We also got the Spicy Pork Bibimbap, which again came with soo much toppings, and the Beef Sondooboo. I've been on the hunt for a great soondooboo and theirs is top of my list in OR right now. Flavors were super good and strong. Lots of beef and silky tofu as well. On top of that, the soup came with a side of tasty homemade Japchae (some of the best I've had) and rice. It's a big filling meal that didn't break the bank. What more could you as for. Totally check them out!

    Beef Kimbap and Sundubu-jjigae

my mama and i had lunch here a few days ago and ohhh my goddd aughhhh it was really good, i got the bulgogi gimbap (which is absolutely filled with beef and it's the perfect texture/flavor) and my mom got sundubu-jjigae (spicy tofu stew) which was super hot and comforting, perfect for the rainy day service was great, the guy who works at the front is super sweet and i look forward to my next visit

    bibimbap

I have been coming here for years before the changed their name. Best bibimbap in town. Fresh, varied, perfect amount of spice. Love getting the sweet potato noodles instead of rice. This tiny shop is the place I go for birthday and anniversary because it is my favorite food. Staff is kind and live watching KPop while eating a delicious meal. Eat in or take it to go it's going to be your new favorite

We visited this place on the first day of our trip in Portland and on the last day before heading to the airport to fly back, we had to go back to the store for their amazing dishes. The staff were friendly and hospitable that made us feel like home. This store was not spacious, just enough room for about 4 tables. Not a problem, since their food was so good, we finished them really fast. We got bulgogi bibimbap and bento box with a side of miso soup. Everything was so delicious! Highly recommend checking out this place if you're in the area looking for delicious comfort Korean dishes.

Two bibimbaps to go: one was tofu and the other was spicy pork. Spicy pork is not spicy but looks like it is. Good taste, so it's marinated well and the meat isn't tough to chew, like some other places. I loved the spicy pork bibimbap though. All fresh ingredients! They give a lot of vegetables, which is so nice, because other places are very sparing with their ingredients. I'm usually left with so much rice at the end. However, this place did a good job giving the right amount of ingredients. They also gave a small cup of miso soup - thank you! Would get this again! My husband enjoyed his tofu version. If you're someone who wants spice, add some of the red sauce they give you in a cup. I was very happy the spicy pork wasn't spicy, but I liked being able to control any spice with the red sauce.

Location: This bar is on the first floor of the Hyatt House Portland / Downtown. Ambiance: Pretty quiet and chill. There weren't a lot of people there so it was really easy to get a drink. Drink options: I really loved how they circle around different local beer on tap. They also have a few bottled beer too. They have a cast amount of liquor too. Surprisingly, they had a new bottle of Hennessy when we finished the first (during our stay). Usually a lot of bars in hotels don't have it, so that was a major plus. Bartenders: We met three while we were there. All of them super kind, friendly, and informative of the surrounding area. They gave us lots of tips on what to see, eat, and drink. They were really down to earth people. Pricing: I thought it to be fairly reasonable for a hotel, however I might just be jaded from Bay Area pricing (yikes). What I loved about this bar is that we were able to just chat with the bartender. I didn't feel like I had to go back to my room with my drink (which is usually the case). I was able to talk to a few other people sitting at the bar too. Of course all from out of town, but still nice talking to other friendly strangers. They do serve food at this place, but I didn't really get a chance to try it it since there was soooo many other food joints in the area.
