We were looking for a Ford Fusion, preferably a 2014 Titanium, ruby red metallic. Saw one in a parking lot and fell in love with it immediately. We have rented cars on various travels and three times had a Fusion. Rode smoothly, quietly, easy to handle and at the time were beginning to think about getting a new car. Rented others, but the Fusion kept coming to the top of our preferences. Decided to check out various dealerships and found Bickford on the web. We were sold on the make and model listed above and when comparing prices noted that Bickford was much less than other dealers in the Seattle area. I spoke to a colleague who lives in Snohomish and she had purchased cars from Bickford as well as her family. She told me to see Dan Hudson and we went to visit. Easiest sale for him and easy purchase for us. No haggle, no sending us off to others to haggle, no hard sell, gave us the best offer and we were sold. Took a ride in the Fusion around the neighborhood and loved the ride once again. Had the detailed work done on it, received a loaner while our new car was in the shop and finally drove our new one home. Made an appointment to have our SYNC lesson with Matt and he was excellent. All hands on for us with his just telling us where to put our hands. Started the lesson outside, explained all that was needed then sat in the car and began from the left side of the dash and steering wheel and went to the right. Lots to learn, but he was extremely patient with us. Emphasized that we could come back again for another lesson or ask questions. It was a bit of a drive for us since we live in the Kirkland area, but it was worth it. We got an outstanding price and dealt with one sales associate from the first Internet reply through the whole purchase process. I was super impressed by the time we completed the factory order write-up. But you know the old saying, "if it sounds too good to be true..." Well, we picked up the car yesterday. It was all true. With the deal now completed, I can say that the relaxed, honest, humorous, and efficient treatment we received was totally for real. The price was for real. There were no games, no fast talk, no sales manager, no back room. We never were "sold" things that we didn't want. I could find no fault with these guys! I had done a lot of research on the car and got internet quotes from numerous dealers on the model we wanted. Negotiating has little appeal when one dealer (Bickford) steps up with a proposal that is hundreds below anyone else, and well south of the invoice price. The purchase order price left no doubt in my mind that we had scored big. However, when we came in to take delivery, they presented us with a new price - which was about five hundred dollars LOWER than the price agreed upon at the time of our order! It seems Ford has come out with a new rebate during the time it took to build our Focus. So we got a steep discount on the invoice price, plus two $500 rebates. Your mileage may vary, but I'd sure recommend giving Bickford a shot. I don't mind telling a good car dealership horror story, and I've had a few experiences that were so bad they were funny. But I sure enjoy it a lot more when a place like Bickford Ford-Mercury earns my respect and praise. Eric McCarthy is your guy. After speaking with 10 different dealerships, Bickford Ford was by far the most disrespectful, dis-honest, and unprofessional dealership I had ever spoken with. AVOID the internet sales manager Dan, he is a complete snake that refuses honesty at all costs. After many conversation and email exchanges first, Dan offered me $300 dollars off a used F150, when I explained that his offer is still way over priced, he said "my price stands, maybe after 60-90 days we'de consider". Lo and behold, 3 days later he emails me an additional $1800 discount saying "My GM wanted me to re-address this." ABSOLUTELY Ridiculous!!!!!!! AND THE PRICE WAS STILL ABOVE MARKET VALUE!!!! 1 month later, once my funds increased, i inquired about a new f150, I called Dan, saying I was interested in the new one in stock but looking for black, I also explained that I was about the purchase from another dealer but wanted to check in with his stock first. His immediate response was "BUY THE TRUCK FROM THE OTHER DEALER" im done trying to negotiate. I was absolutely disgusted as I said absolutely nothing to trigger that statement, in fact, I was completely ready to purchase the truck at their asking price but his complete unprofessionalism was the final straw. I highly discourage anyone from going to this dealership and at all costs avoid working with Dan, he will not give you a fair price, he is arrogant and scandalous. I worked with Lindsey Bickford to purchase a new 2015 Mustang GT. Lindsey was extremely patient with my many detailed questions during the many months I spent researching the new Mustang. She always was very responsive. If she didn't know the answer to my question, she would tell me so, go find out and then quickly get back to me. I worked with half a dozen Ford dealers as I researched my Mustang, to see which dealers would be the most responsive. Bickford and Lindsey were in the top two dealers that I worked with. When I requested pricing, Lindsey came up with a very competitive price, so it only made sense to place my order with her. Taking delivery was equally smooth and easy. Actually the best car experience I've had - and I've bought quite a few new vehicles. Everyone I worked with at Bickford were very friendly and extremely customer service oriented. In addition to Lindsey and Randy, Michael Holden did a great job explaining the many electronic features of the Mustang and Teresa Swain (Finance Manager) quickly explained the options available (extended warranty, prepaid service plan, etc) but the usual high-pressure was totally absent. I might add, absolutely no pressure or games at any point - a very pleasurable purchase experience. Bickford is the kind of dealer that every dealer should be. Today was hands-down the most unexpected and positive car buying experience we've ever had. I am a professional negotiator, and usually enjoy the slightly adversarial nature of buying a car. This was the complete opposite of what I expected. I called sales and was transferred to Randy Thaut. He is an excellent sales person (highly recommended) and has been with Bickford for 29 years (!!!). We were looking for a truck that is in fairly high demand (i.e., hard to find). Randy bent over backwards to find us the right truck, and was candid and helpful. The Bickford price was shockingly reasonable, and after some discussion of our trade we were on the way. After a several hour drive from our home to the dealer (we live in eastern Washington), we arrived to find the truck we wanted washed, cleaned, and ready for a test drive. We received a very fair trade offer and closed the deal. Even though our truck came with a very large extended range tank, it was fully fueled before we left. I always enjoy buying cars, but this was our first pleasant car buying experience. Randy is an absolute rock star salesperson, and was a pleasure to work with. He was absolutely candid about the process, showed us the invoice for our truck, and made everything easy. I'm still in shock with how good the whole process was. My recent vehicle purchase at Bickford Ford was by far the best experience I've had with a car dealership! Here is a little background for my purchase. In my early twenties, I had owned a 1988 Mustang GT. Subsequently, due to my job, I had to trade in the Mustang for a truck. Fast forward to the present. I was approaching a milestone birthday and always had a goal of getting a Mustang again by this milestone event. However, this time I decided that I would purchase a 2019 Shelby GT350 Mustang! I was referred to Mike Mauer at Bickford Ford. Mike did a great job in finding me the GT350 I wanted directly from the factory! Mike truly understands and embodies the principles of excellent customer service! I would also like to give a shout out to Jacob Ainley! Jacob walked me through the technology package that was included as part of my vehicle purchase. He did a great job of explaining all the features related to navigation, audio, apps, etc. for my car. Jacob is very tech savvy and communicates to his customers in "plain talk" so that they understand how to access and operate the technology within their vehicles! Jeff Wing, the Sales Person, was extremely professional and ensured that all our questions were answered and concerns resolved. I purchased a new F150 Lightning last summer. Prior to visiting the showroom I had done my research and had checked local inventory. I had one picked out from another dealer inventory and came prepared with that. Brandon D. checked out that inventory as well as others. He found exactly what I want at an Idaho dealer. He sent me out with one to test drive while he was doing the searches. In the end I purchased one from the lot - they were able to give me a better deal on one already here and I did not have to wait for arrival! Brandon was the best salesperson for this - he understands EVs and had lots of good information for me. He helped me set up the Apps, and made sure things were in place to get my charger and charging adapter. I have been in a few times for service recall and other adjustments. (coincidentally) Brandon G. has been a great service advisor. And Brandon D. always checks in to make sure I'm being taken care of for service. Loaner cars? Can you say NEW cars :) When I was sent away for something they had to spend some time on the loaner car was basically a new car right off the lot. And don't get me started on the Lightning! I actually went in by myself to purchase my first vehicle and Eric made me feel so comfortable. Super helpful and down to earth, no pressure to buy. My fiance and I dealt with Dave when we were there and had a great experience. I highly recommend dealing with Dave, cant speak for anyone else there. We first went to harris ford and felt completely disrespected when talking about pricing for a new 2013 focus. They wasted 2 hours of our time trying to sell us a car for a ridiculous amount. They kept coming down on their offer, but we were still very far apart. My fiance and I are young, 21 and 24, so maybe they thought they could take advantage of us. All I know is I was very insulted by all their offers. We eventually got up and left. We went to bickford and talked with Dave. After just 15-20 minutes and telling Dave how we were treated at harris he said he could do a dealer transfer and get us the same exact car we test drove at harris and sell it for lower then the price I was even asking harris for. I got an incredibly good deal at Bickford dealing with Dave. Just like any dealership, you should do your research before going in and get an idea of what a good price is, but I highly recommend going in and dealing with Dave after my experience there. read more

I honestly can't think of enough positive things to say about the team at Bickford Ford. I contacted them ahead of purchasing my DREAM car (2020 Ford Explorer ST), and they kept me in the loop about when to expect it. They were 100% clear about the pricing for the vehicle. In the past, I've gone into dealerships and felt really stressed about buying a car. This was literally THE BEST car buying experience I have EVER had in my life. I went in, purchased the vehicle (painless, I promise), and then had the kindest young man spend well over an hour explaining all the technology in the car. Every single person at the dealership had so much pride in the vehicles and in their job - there is so much family history in this dealership, and it was very obvious that the employees are very proud of that. If I could give them a -10 I would. Worst experience I've ever had. Their salesmen are rude with exception of a couple but most are talking negatively about the customers. The used car sales manager just wants to rip you off. I drove an hour an half to do a truck deal after they told me they wanted my trade Ford F-150 S/C 4x4 with 120k miles. Great truck and never had any major issues in the 8 years I owned it. Also just had it serviced and replaced a few things that needed to be replaced spent a couple thousand because I thought we would keep it. I get out there and once they know you want to buy their truck then they just take advantage of the situation and tell you oh we don't want your trade now! Knowing you can't keep both trucks. They are the rudest group of salesmen I've ever met. I even worked for a Ford dealership for 14 years and thought they would take care of me but instead ripped me off. They gave me $2k for my truck which was ridiculous. Hope karma comes back to them!! I am telling every e I know that they will rip You off. read more

I just bought an f350 from bickford. I saw it advertised on there web site for 10k off the window sticker. I live in Oregon and some of the discounts were for Washington residence. After speaking with Casey he went to his boss to see if they could honor the price. He called me back about 15 minutes later and to my surprise he said they would. Keep in mind I have spent the last two months looking for this exact truck with no luck. The best deal I found for a truck that I decided I would settle for was 10k over Bickfords price. Driving for 6 hours to get there I couldn't help but think they were getting me up there and then tell me it would cost thousands more. I couldn't have been more wrong. Erik who took over for Casey because he was sick already had the keys and paper work ready for me. Price was never even brought up. The special price that was advertised was the price I got it for and know haggeling at all. The process went very quickly and when I buy another ford I will be making the 6 hour drive again. Awesome experience! This purchase was a wonderful unplanned one. I love having my Mustang serviced at Bickford Ford - they are open on Saturday - and I saw a car I liked while waiting. I went back the next week and ended up driving a 2015 GT 50 year addition. It purrs! Eric McCarthy sent me on a test drive. I took my 72 year old mom to Bickford ford to look at cars. Darren Matthews showed us only the cars we wanted to see, we test drove, he gave us quotes and without any pressure, we went home to think about it. Two months later, I emailed Darren (at 5pm) the exact car at the advertised price my mom wanted to see; he responded within minutes to set up an appoint. Upon arrival the next day- the car was ready for us- my mom drove it- loved it- we sat down to fill out paperwork- I expected some 'catch' or 'hidden fees'- there weren't any!!! Kelly in the service department was awesome! I had recently taken my 2013 Ford Focus in for the automatic DCT recall. When I went to the dealership I was a bit nervous because I didn't know what to expect when asking for a free repair even though the factory said it would be covered. When I told Kelly about the stuttering transmission issues she knew exactly which recall notice it was and had her techs check out the car. They knew exactly what to look for and when it became apparent that the car needed service they started work on it immediately without hesitation. Kelly over communicated every step off the repair process and got me back in my Focus in a few days feeling brand new. I will be in the market soon for a new truck and mustang and Bickford will getting my business knowing that a dedicated service person like Kelly will be there for me if anything needs attention. read more
