I got acrylics on my hands and big toes, and while filing with the drill the lady kept DIGGING into my nail bed. I was literally flinching the entire time because it hurt so bad. I also kept asking for the acrylic to be thinner, but every time I asked they acted annoyed, so eventually I just gave up. The nails ended up super thick and bulky anyway. I asked for a milky white color on both hands and feet and somehow left with NEON white instead... and by the second day they were already turning yellow. Then the payment situation annoyed me even more. I paid for my manicure and pedicure separately on two different cards. When I walked in, they told me the toes (INCLUDING acrylics on the big toes) would be $30, but when it was time to pay it suddenly became $40. At that point I was already over it, so I just said okay. For the first payment (manicure), I told them to add a $5 tip. Honestly I didn't even want to tip because the work was SO bad, but I was still trying to be nice and leave both ladies $5 each. Somehow she added $10 instead of $5 without even asking me to the pedicure charge. The experience and the work were both so disappointing that I didn't even want to go back and have them fix anything. BY THE WAY I literally got the nastiest little infection on the side of my nail where she cut me..... I got my nails done April 21st! The first time wasn't too bad, but last night was HORRIBLE! I sat in her chair for an hour and 30 minutes to get a gel manicure that was the worst I've ever received. Paint was smeared all over the edges of my nails, and the gel was uneven. The younger woman tried to fix the situation, but there was no way to salvage my nails. They might as well have started all over! Now I have a coat of gel on top of a finished coat that is cracking through. LMAO ‍ Waste of time. Waste of money. I hope the cute old lady retires. She has no business doing nails. She hugged me after I complained, but my nails still look grimy. I will not be going back.
