Customer service has been bad the two times I've been here. People behind the counter are rude and act bothered if you ask for something. Why don't the games ever work?! We came in recently with my sons team and literally only 4 games in the whole place worked! They don't seem to care and don't do anything about it. People are going in with sports teams for the games and atmosphere, not just the pizza. read more

2nd weekend in a row I've been let down! I call at 8:27PM on a Friday Night(Tonight) and they answer the phone saying they're Kitchen is closed already?? I don't understand why a Pizza Restaurant closes their Kitchen that early on a Friday Night?? I called last Saturday Night at 8:35 and they answered and said the exact same thing?? So then change your hours which btw are Pathetic to begin Sun-Thur you close at 8PM which probably means 7:30!! On Fridays and Saturdays you close at 9 which I've found out is actually 8:30 or even sooner since I called before 8:30. The only thing that comes to mind is how LAME is this place?? We had the best experience here. Came for lunch after the kids played at Romporama for my son's 10th birthday. There were just a few of us so I didn't reserve a party space. I have had the same favorite pizza spot since I was a kid. I love pizza, but can honestly say nothing ever beat my OG favorite pizza place. And then I came to Big Al's. EVERYTHING is good. The first time i stopped in was to try their Stromboli and it became something i ate multiple times a week for a straight month. I even brought my district manager in when she was visiting and she still talks about it. Now usually I just get pizza, but every once in a while I get other items and everything is fresh and delicious. The cheese is soooo cheesy, and honestly Im constantly craving their garlic knots. They're perfectly cooked every time with just just the right amount of garlic butter. This is now the place my job orders all their party pizzas from. The staff is amazing. They're so helpful and kind. I have gotten to sample the different beers because they're constantly adding better beers on draft. They get pretty busy but the service stays 5 stars! read more

Came in for the first time and picked up a Hawaiian pizza and I was shocked how delicious and fresh it was. Baked perfectly and the ingredients were super fresh, the cheese and ham were the best I've had on any pizza from any place around. BiG Al's a must try! Our now go to place for pizza. Really disappointed in the service that we were provided here. We had reserved two big tables and had a big party. We ordered 10 pizzas, 4 pitchers of beers, sides and all. I understand you close at 9pm but for workers to be putting up chairs, taking our drinks as we are still drinking them at the table is a bit ridiculous. It was not even 9 pm yet. They didn't even ask if we were done with them when the lady had grabbed our drinks from our table. She didn't say '" hey excuse me are you done?" I've worked in food and know damn well that is not great customer service. The food is great just poor customer service. I hope the manager can really talk to his workers and fix this as it is fixable. Get people who want to work and care about helping people when they spend good money at your restaurant. Also maybe get some people who have manners, when you bump into someone say excuse me and acknowledge them, but to not say anything at all again smh. read more

We just moved to this side of town and have only ordered delivery. Which it's always good. We didn't know they had an actually restaurant and games. We went there with my family and another family and our kids had fun. The game room was perfect because they actually were able to win a lot of tickets for prizes. The Food was amazing there salads reminded me of the old style pizza place salads with the white cheese on top. We order a pizza with Bacon, Sausage, ham, pepperoni and it was BOMB! My mom and wedding coordinators recommend this place for my wedding rehearsal dinner and we were not disappointed! We had a big group with us and everyone raved about the food. My now husband literally won't stop talking about how amazing it was! The person at the counter was so patient with us ordering as it was our first time and she had great recommendations. The crust was perfectly golden brown and crispy on the bottom while chewy and soft. The ingredients are fresh and evenly distributed over the pie.
