Ive been wanting to come here for months from all the pictures on Instagram and tonight finally went. Honestly, my new favorite pizza place and thats coming from a die hard pizza eater with a slice tattooed behind my ear. We ordered a Waikiki pizza, wings and garlic knots. The wings were big and juicy with a crispy outside. Garlic knots smothered in cheese, butter and garlic (generous helpings and fast service too). The pizza came out bigger than expected and really evenly spread toppings each bite having multiple pieces of pineapple and canadian bacon. Then that cheese pull as your picking up a slice is huge. Not to mention how sweet the crew is, plus CLEAN both the kitchen looking in and the front were practically spotless which is huge for me being from the kitchen industry myself. We were out today in Oceanside today at the beach I found this gem and it had almost 5 stars and such great reviews and my hubby loves pizza we decided to give it a try and it did not disappoint. The girl on the phone was kinda rushing me while ordering but other than that everything was amazing oh ! And they forgot to give us napkins and forks for our salad . I'm not a huge pizza person but this pizza was delicious generous amount of toppings , the garlic Parmesan Brest knots are so delicious as well the wings came without the buffalo sauce on them didn't even realize until after but we're super yummy without the sauce . Just okay in my book. Decent and generous toppings, but all on a "regular" crust that my wife an I both thought was flavorless. I think a crust should probably be more similar to fresh bread taste, but this didn't come close. They do offer a thin and thick crust option which we haven't tried. Tried the classic combo, and the slices were hot, crispy, and absolutely loaded. Each bite was wonderfully messy, with a perfect blend of sauce, melty cheese, and toppings. The best part though? The staff. Friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. There was an interaction with a man who had a rough Christmas that I won't go into in detail - it's not my story to tell. Our Tuscany pizza had an insane amount of cheese, way too overpowering, I could barely even taste the rest of the toppings. Also very heavy on the stomach. Instant regret. Wings were okay but I did not like their bleu cheese dip at all, it was incredibly strong... with bleu cheese less is more in my opinion. read more

Not Again!!!! Stopped by to pick up a couple of pizzas to see if the quality had upgraded from the last time. We really want this place to return to its original (outstanding quality). I ordered anchovy pizza that had old fishy anchovy filets sparsely distributed on a thin crust that was dried out and tasted like cardboard. The other pizza was pepperoni that (again) was very dry. TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED. It breaks my heart to write this as my family has been coming to Bob's for a while. But the past times we have gone there to pick up recently have been horrible. I'm disgusted by the way Bob treats his employees. They have to deal with his poor and rude treatment everyday on minimum wage. The pizza is okay at best up to this point. The last time we went I witnessed first hand on how rude he is to his employees and these kids don't even look like they are out of high school! It's absolutely ridiculous. He has failed at the golden rule-treat a person, no matter age, gender, race, with the same respect as you would want to be treated. I was hesitant to write a review about this (I have never written a review!) because we have been coming for so long, but at this point- his attitude towards his employees do not enforce a welcoming environment to customers. I have brought this to the attention to my friends and family who have also been getting pizza there for a long time and they have even noticed this lately... I will no longer be supporting this business or buying from them ever again. These kids deserve the littlest bit of respect and they ARE NOT getting that. This is a great little shop to fill that desire for pizza, wings or salad. The antipasto salad was fully loaded with a generous amount of meat and sorted vegetables. It was very filling.
