I like it alot (dumb and dumber voice) very tasty and nice portions had the lunch special with the slice salad and drink it was pretty bomb the slice was stacked with toppings and super cheesy the sauce was on point just the right amount, salad had all kind of vegetables that I don't normally eat like olives and onions. Good quality pizza and the workers are very friendly. The only downside to this pizza place is the restaurant is small for how many people dine here or are waiting on their to go orders. There isn't really a spot for the line to order so you end up being awkwardly close to people sitting at some of the tables. First of all, kudos to the other reviewers sounding the alarm: the 30% cut that's going out to Grubhub and Doordash. As if restaurants didn't have it hard enough before COVID...meanwhile DoorDash went public this week surging 80% after the IPO. Needless to say, support local restaurants by calling them directly to order. I'm a pizza snob and have been spoiled by a number of pizza joints in Brooklyn, so my review may not be entirely fair. The pepperoni pizza was ordinary to me, not standing out in any way, but not bad either. My friend rated it 4 stars. The service was excellent. This place has some of the best inexpensive pizza in my area, but unfortunately I won't be ordering from Big Bob's anymore. I've had persistent issues of them forgetting to include items in my order (my in-laws have reported having the same problem) , and my last experience was the last straw. My wife and I ordered from GrubHub around 3:30 pm for a pickup order at 5:15 pm. GrubHub confirmed the order, but when I went to pick it up, although the order was in their system, Big Bob's said the order hadn't been fulfilled because they stopped taking GrubHub orders at 3:00 pm. They said I could wait another hour for the the order to be made or I could ask GrubHub for a refund. Beyond that, all I got was a half-hearted apology and the sentiment that "these things happen sometimes." My thought in response to this was, "If this kind of issue 'happens,' why aren't you doing anything to stop it from happening?" If GrubHub, and therefore the customer, is under the belief that the order is being fulfilled, it seems as though it should be the restaurant's responsibility to contact either GrubHub or the customer directly to communicate the fact that the order cannot be processed. Not only was this ordeal a huge waste of time, delaying my families dinner by over an hour, but Big Bob's response, in my opinion, shows a complete lack of respect for their customers' time. I really like their pizza, but I'm not going to give business to an establishment that shows such a lack of concern for poor service. read more

Excited to try this spot with so many yelp reviews. Ordered two pizza, garlic knots, and a salad. Everything totaled was a bit pricey but offered plenty of food for 4 people.
